Most simply you just wanna keep it oily inside and out. Oily baths or even showers and you have it under control on the surface.
Under the hood diet is profound, olive oils, coconut, and pretty much anything healthy can turn around the problem.
Cannabis seems to help, a salve is worth a try and sounds fun if nothing else. But don't treat with medicine till diet is changed, that's the cure you want.
LIke your diet your regular cannabis use should be oily, tinctures and cbd concentrates and smoking is going to hurt, you don't put a fire next to dry anything.

I agree with the doc, skin is a lot like plants. Dry leaves means moisture topically and on the inside chemistry that will promote healthy growth on the lowest possible layer, healthy oils, theres your most fundamental lubricant.

100% agree..especially cutting the dairy.tobacco doesn't help if you smoke. And there is a product called neem cream highly recommended and its not dear either.

Fasting and putting your body in an autophagy state has anicdotal and possibly scientific backing too, to improve eczema. Also it has run through my family, and I find eating excessive sugars, carbohydrates and gluten inflames it. Just my two cents
eczema is a symptom, salves may help with a symptom but treating the underlying causes will ... you know.

Agreed with the info already left! By add on... be careful when using creams and ointments... sometimes too much and too often can actually make the problem much worse! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water too... such an easy thing to help so many ailments.

I use moisturisers - usually of the emollient variety, avoid dairy and get some sun around you - avoid the sunbeds though (my girlfriend is a dermo-nurse and swears this will do more harm to the melanin than good. UV light treatment in a hospital is not a sunbed, it is very different). Also cauliflower and broccoli are really good - the rawer the better.
Take care man, and if you haven't already, go ask your GP for a referral to the Dermatology clinic asap, those guys are great and at the moment they are pretty much empty, but still operational as the hospitals wind down their response to Covid.

Animal based diet. Its hard though because your meat has to be pasture raised grass fed. Also, you must consume organs and collagen (bone broth) for you to actually benefit. Also, include fruit, raw dairy and raw honey/maple syrup. Veggies you can eat are strict. Sweet potatoes and carrots are the only ones.

Something that you might not a have heard of before… Tamanu Oil. Used in Polynesia for all sorts of skin issues, from rashes to cuts and burns.
I suffered with a skin rash for years, was prescribed all sorts of ointments, steroid creams, nothing worked and it only seemed to become drier and more inflamed.
I have always had a very healthy diet and drank plenty water, as well as exercising regularly. Still suffered with this issue.
Tried Tamanu oil after searching endlessly online for a solution and within a month the rash was gone. It’s available from face theory and only costs around £13 for a bottle (which should last about 2/3 months or even more) so not a big loss if it doesn’t work for you.
I will say though that it does have quite a strong earthy smell, but you get used to it quickly lol.

All I would add in is cotton gloves. Lose clothes and the washing powder has bug impact.

I’d try cutting out lactose for eczema. Lots of skin issues caused by lactose. I have a severe intolerance to it and as soon as I eat it I get some weird painful skin stuff. And I’d just recommend a whole food diet high in veg and protein and cut out sugar and processed food, drink lots of water, take probiotics, use electrolytes regularly, to help distribute water to the cells.

I have suffered from eczema for most of my adult life. Treatment starts on the inside, you will need to focus on your diet first. Look up 'The Elimination Diet' and start by cutting out the usual suspects: dairy and gluten. Look for any foods that trigger a skin response.
For flare ups you will need to moisturise and use corticosteroids to reduce inflammation, but this is not sustainable for the long term.
This will be a long and hard journey my friend, you will need to be patient, and I wish you luck.

Buy silk bed sheets, get rid of what you have, may seem extravagant but I had constant eczema on my face towards the tops of my cheek bones, used steroid creams for years. On a hunch, I bought a silk pillow case. Haven't had use steroid cream on my face since. I imagine the same effect would apply allover. Cotton draws moisture and if your skin is already having trouble holding on to it, cotton aint helping for 8 hours a night. 👌
Pure cotton or bamboo may also bee just as good.
Like above changed to bamboo and my face has been better ever since.
Also a better diet.

Eczema is a surprisingly complex condition. AFAIK scientists do not know the cause and many think it might be multi causal (like a cough, there are a lot of reasons you might have one!).
That being said - having a diet that nourishes your gut and mouth biome is beneficial for A LOT of things. Anecdotally, since i changed my diet to nourish my biome, my skin has improved, but I don't have eczema.
So - eat whole foods. Avoid ultra processed foods. Try to eat a lot of nuts, seeds and legumes. Avoid inflammation by balancing complex carbs with fats like EVOO. Eat 30 different plants a week. Eat about 30g of fibre a day (work up to this).
As you can see below, everyone has an answer and not all of them are reliable. And hardly any are based in evidence. Eg Neem - great stuff, as an insecticide or fungicide. Probably not useful as a treatment for eczema. Ringworm maybe. No evidence for topical application of CBD either.

Definitely recommend organic black cumin oil & a good diet will help also plenty of sun really helps
Vitamin E Oil is great for dry skin make sure you let it sink in n work before you wash. i get rly dry knees and it always works a treat .

Hey mate, I’m not too far away from you.. I’ve been on this site 4/5 years, different users.. I’ve had over 300 packs land and maybe 10 not get heat.. I’ve also had customs letters on the same day other packs have arrived.. your name defo isn’t flagged because there are a lot of people getting caught lately, way too many to keep names and addresses of.. you’ve just been extremely unlucky I reckon.. TGT and MJ concentrates have never not made it through for me, also godsconnect have never let me down either.. revenue were doing a big audit over the last 2 weeks at all the mail centres, they got over 1500 packs. There’s an article on the journal from last Thursday about it.. things should calm down post wise over the next few weeks as things get back to normal.. An Irish seller would end all these problems but I reckon we’ll be holding our breath..

thanks for your reply... nobody said, it was suggested by a couple of vendors here as I was trying to understand what the fuck happened to me... I do not know how to change name or address, do not know lots of people, definitely no-one would accept lending their name for this... work address is an option but everything is lockdown still... kind of desperate now.
Might also be worth going with a NDD Special option.

I struggle to accept that we haven't got enough posties to actually deliver the post, but there's a department checking certain addresses and seizing bank statements and Amazon deliveries....Can't have that mate we don't have the resource, but every case is different I suppose. If the stealth is there, how is anyone going to isolate a package and address amongst the millions of packages going through the system? Apologies if different down South obviously this is a sensitive area with regards to any kind of cargo but just assume it is a book from Amazon, and then start to figure out how you are going to get it delivered..

All letters and the packages which are in a post box and also collected together then have to be separated. They are then separated and the packages which we get or orders from LB in are then separated into bins. The letters go through a huge machine which reads every name and address on each LETTER NOT LB PACKAGE. The packages which have been separated (LB orders) which we want. Are then brought for x ray and maybe ran over by a dog depending if customs are in the sorting depot that day. I would also like to think that the bins are picked at random as doing them all would take a week. As for names and address flagged I dont think so I have heard this off some vendors. I had 2 orders at the same time I presume they landed in Ireland at the same time and were both taken. A week later I put in another order with the same address and name as the 2 that were taken and that came through. It's hard to figure out what's going on at all but customs not sending letters is a real pain as you dont know where you stand. I keep my buys to 7gs nothing more. So far 1 seized in athlone and the other seized in dublin. Go with a vendor who reships would be my advice as if you still receive 50% it's probably what you would have got on the street for the same money! LoL. Best of luck

Just a warning to others to share my experience.
I bought 14g of Super Lemon Haze back in August which never turned up. I found out later this was due to the fact hootan didn't pay the sufficiant postage for the first shipments of the super lemon. I saw others on LB had some turn up very after several weeks. Mine did not.
After discussing with hootan he was very helpful and reassuring and said to keep an eye on his page and he would send a replacement at my request. Mid October I contacted to get a replacement of 7g of Purple Sunset, I didn't make a big deal about the weight as it was about the same price I paid for the super lemon.
Several weeks later again and still no delivery. I contacted hootan but have had no responses and I believe I'm getting ignored.
I saw another buyer leave a rating on hootans page that they were in the same boat as me and after requesting a replacement nothing turned up, followed by the silent treatment as well.
I can understand it is always a risk we take when ordering on LB that things get lost.
But because it was the fault of the vendor with the underpaid post, I believe I was entitled a replacement.
I would rather know upfront that I was not getting a replacement and take the loss. I would not be happy but it is something I would accept as we all know the risks. Instead I feel that I have been completely messed around in the communications since this started back in August.

Don’t Reply to my messages, nada have landed after more than a month from beginning of April, today date is 12 of May , first delivery he said he sent it to Africa so he said why is he resending again... few days later for he to get the money back and me don’t get refunded by ecrow he says is sending again.... after a month I’m trying to get my money back but what happens now is ecrow says after a month doesn’t give you the money back what a piss take, that’s why is selling the onces on sale so he can rob you, basically I feel scammed on here I jut will avoid this dealer from now in future. I dont understand what kind of postal service is he talking about. I know for a fact that no package will be sent if the sender hasnt payed for the sending. I dont think any carrier has options where buyer pays for it, certainly not in international delivery.
The only problem is when sellers say they will pay for high priority mail and then pay the lowest fee. So the package gets delayed and is handled like garbage...so it can get lost too. Or forgotten somewhere. Once I got a package like that, sent from Pakistan after a year and more....

What I think is, it could be as simple as he says he sent it, the dealer could sent you anything to get seized as 1 gr of bud no sealed, get stopped you get nada and he said he sent u an once for example lol but get stopped anyway second delivery he said did the same get seized again and all he sent you was 2 gr which both being seized by Mail and after more than a month no refund by ecrow, you feel me?
You can prove all as you want as I explained on the post I haven’t received nothing and there’s more people with the same problem as me so yeah maybe you set it up for make some extra money for people which is this times are not having the best tim and this products willl help them to cope and people like you try to take advantage of the situation... I can’t say it more clear AVOID this man

Does anyone know what the story is with the dreaded love letters? I read conflicting reports online regarding your address being added to a database? Others say it contravenes GDPR. Also what is the likelihood of the Gards calling to your address for search? Had 28g seized recently with other orders on the way.

In all fairness I had the slightest issue with one of my orders. I won't get into details but it worked out with me losing maybe 5-10% of my order. I messaged Hootan and he immediately sent me a fresh package out. I hadn't even asked, I just explained the issue and he went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy. Even if that means him losing a little profit. Every other order with him has been exemplary. I do hope he gets some buds in before Xmas though. This is just my experience with him and that's all I can speak on
of course i haven't that's a deal killer, i've been burned with these tactics.

Another review here for you! This time, it's Mimosa!
Radar breeder, as always, has good stealth and a decent delivery window. 2 days wait this time. Great stuff!
WARNING - This weed is LOUD! Very smelly! Very fruity, very pungent! Not very discreet at all when you are in the room with some of this fine erb! Never mind when you blaze it up! Very deep fruity scent. Oranges and raspberries. Cherries and berries. Very very fruity! Like a mimosa! ;)
Lovely large buds. Not compressed. Dense but still bouncy when you give them a lil squish. Light green nugs...very dark orange hairs and a dusty crystal coating. Very pleasing to look at! Well trimmed and cured, too!
The flavour of Mimosa is unreal! Very very fruity. Blood orange comes to mind! My friend said it was like smoking christmas! Like mulled wine and cloved oranges! Beautiful! A great smoke for the flavour chasers! Deep, earthy berries can also be tasted. Honestly, if all weed tasted like this, I'd be eternally happy haha.
The high, well...its strong, and that might be an understatement! One nice fat joint of this is plenty. Sativa leaning, powerhouse! Reported to be up to 27% THC! I can believe it for some of the more choice buds, but I'd say this batch is a solid 23-24% from my knowledge and experience of smoking high grade erb! I am finding that I am floaty and happy from smoking Mimosa. Focused and awake with little body stone. Though, after a few...It put me on my arse! Ha!
Top Strain! Really have nothing bad to say about the weed, or the whole transaction. Radar breeder gets a bit of a bad rep due to their lack of (fast) communications, but in all honesty, you really cant go wrong when spending your money with them! Delivery is quick, ranging between 2-4 days. And he has a decent-ish success rate to R.O.I too. I would definitely recommend Radar Breeder for your herbal needs! Their stock is always very high quality! And Mimosa is a fruity devil you don't want to miss out on!

I’ve ordered Mimiosa from a different well known vendor on here and it was bland and a waste of money. Would love to know how this one stands up before ordering.

I have tried Smoggyman's (but not this) ... his though is insanely good. Some of the best looking and smoking weed I've ever had.
Smoggyman is a class.act. I'm sure this mimosa is good,but I'd be pretty surprised if it were better than Smoggy's

Hey any have experience ordering drops into the country?
I'm new here myself man, based in Kildare and I've made 2 orders. The first was 7G of Hash from TGT and I ordered it on Monday and it arrived Fridday morning via An Post, it was my first time ordering weed online so I was pretty blown away, It's a strange feeling having your post man hand you your hash... lol The stealth packaging is top notch, you wouldn't bat an eye tbh. I orderedd 7 Grams of Lemon Haze from TGT on Monday and I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow morning. I'll repost to let you know how that order goes. If you're nervous about making a first order I'd go for some Hash, I feel like it smells a lot less and is easier to get across customs. Good luck! :)
Update: Yeah that Lemon Haze arrived Friday morning man... Insane stuff beautiful smoke and a strong high. Highly recommend TGT.
Yeah man let me know when it comes through, I ordered another 3.5 of Purple Dawg from TGT on Monday. Sent next day as normal and was expecting it there on Friday but it was a no show (all other orders I made on Monday arrived Friday morning with Express Shipping) It's probably nothing, just a small delay but I'm hoping it's here Monday morning and not been seized. Apparantly the dogs are quite active lately so other lads are saying so you might want to keep Quantity small for the next week or 2 and see how things are then just to be safe. Will reply back if that order arrives Monday. :)

NDD stands for Next Day Delivery and you can't get that from UK to Eire bud. Tracked and Signed is the best option for us amd usually takes about a week, give or take a day. I had a first class postage show up after 6 days once though so it's really down to traffic in the postal system and luck lol.
got you, just as TGT offers NDD to EU, which is why I was checking! Perfect, a week or so, mine shipped thursday, so fingers crossed it is here within the week!

Not at all, went with TGT and 7gs of Stardawg. Got some stardawg about 6 months ago from a local fella and I loved it. Super bayked but I could function haha. My first time ordering so thought I would trial it and see how it goes.

I haven't had their Stardawg yet but I've heard it's really nice. I've been here since March /April and have had 12 orders all make it bar one (still in the postal system somewhere lol). Always between 7 and 14g because I think the bigger you go the greater the risk. Had 3 orders with TGT all come through and have never been disappointed. First order was with TGT actually lol. You'll be amazed at their stealth and wonder why you ever bought anything locally haha. Enjoy your buds bro and happy blazing :)

A friend of mine is a postman and he said with the sheer volume of packages at the moment there is just a big back log. He said keep it under an Oz and everything should be fine. Stay away from Zombie Sticks / Pre-rolls as well if you can, apparently An Post employees have been warned about them. What are you thinking of buying for your first purchase if you don't mind me asking :)? Ah nah I'm not doing it for freebies, I'm just being honest from my own personal experiences lol

Yeah a buddy of mine was with DHL and works with Nightline now, said they're way busier but better pay so more power to them lol. Nothing goes through private couriers here on LB, it's all through RM and on to An Post then. At least all of my orders have worked that way. I'd highly recommend the Thin Mints cart if he has them in stock, super tasty. The canna chocolate is the tits as well, the orange flavoured was my favourite. Those new truffles on the menu look legit though!
I'm mad for his Tangie Dream if it's in stock too. Real nice sativa dominant strain, and tastes a bit like a club orange. I had mine to Ireland within a week from MJ, but that was a little earlier in the lockdown. If you have any questions about any of his products he's mad helpful, but I'd suggest checking what stock he has (anything listed is currently in stock) and checking the strains on wikileaf/leafly to know what you're dealing with for the most part. You can't go wrong with any of his stuff though. Enjoy!

Quite simple really just click pay and send the requested amount of bitcoin to the address that appears on-screen. The exact amount of bitcoin and wallet address will show up after you click pay and put in your delivery address details. You can also ask the vendor your buying from for more help. Hope this helps.
We have delivered to IRE, large letters can take a couple days extra but normally arrive within a week. I have heard of some parcells taking upto a month, so any bigger purchases ask for the item to be tracked for your peace of mind.

It's very convenient but prices are stupid high, I've since started growing my own, I've wanted to for years but never had the inclination.
I've heard reports of post going missing alot ATM, not so much from lb but in general.
Lockdowns will surly continue if the virus is spreading to help the NHS,
I only ever pay next day delivery for the best post results, some places are getting it a day late or later in the evening I think they are saying next days are by 6pm ATM, what with black Friday, Christmas, and a lockdown, everyone is buying online so it will put a strain on the postal system, I've found it to be very good from personal experience. If you're gonna pay £100 on a quarter of weed you may aswell pay for next day.

Down in kilkenny here. Thankfully have never had a package seized. As someone said above I keep it to 14gs max, but I did hear there's a vendor selling an oz for 165 from Canada, so il be keeping an eye on that.

Regarding my loss kilkenny.as I have the package I had the track and trace code.so it stayed in Langley in the UK for a day .went to Dublin international sorting centre and customs within a one hour period.left customs within half an hour to regional sorting centre.love letter gave athlone but it was stopped in Dublin straight away ?would this suggest it was marked leaving London or that any dodgy packages are sent to athlone from Dublin?
I don't know to be honest but I doubt if they found it in uk they would send it out, they would probably just destroy it. Once RM are sending it out I would suggest that they probably only place emphasis on packages coming in as to packages going out.

On opening the package and seeing the buds my excitement went from 'I can't wait to try this badboy' to 'holy fuck this has the potential to be a classic'!
The buds are one of the most aesthetically pleasing I've had in ages. Beautiful deep purples mixed with lime green and a see of mouth watering trichs. Just look at these pics!
***THE BOUQUET
Unique mix of baked goods, with a peppery floral scent mixed in. Doesn't sound that appealing but it smells amazing!
***THE TASTE
Now don't shoot me here, the taste didn't live up to the hype of the look and smell of these beauties pre light up. That's not to say it tasted like a poorly cured or flushed flower, just not my cup of tea, many of you will I'm sure love it.
***THE HIGH
Fantastic high, full on head buzz that hits you between the eyes resulting in an euphoric happy buzz followed by relaxation.
***Conclusion
Despite the negative for me on the taste front, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this great example of a strain grown with love again. At the prices RB does I think you woould be hard pressed to find better bang for your buck at 80ish for a Q.

So hopefully ive mange to get myself a job! WOOP!! Only problem is i think they drug test! Is there anyway of stopping THC showing or beating the test? Anyone in uk know? Much appriciated any help you give!
Hey mate, first things first - Congrats on the job (hopefully) lol. I've passed 8 drug tests now without ever using my own urine. The only "drug" I do is weed so it really pisses me off that a coke head can just take a break for 2 or 3 days and they're golden but as I'm a daily smoker I'd have to stop for 2months to properly purge everything from my system and that's just not feesable.
When your asked to take the test it's in a private room, nobody will be watching over your shoulder and when you're finished you just place the cup in the little window/cupboard on the wall.
First step, source some clean urine, a trustworthy friend or sibling is normally the way to go for me. If you get it the night before, stick it in the fridge.
Step two, put water in a pot and heat it up, when the water is warm (not boiling!) Place the bottle of urine into the pot for a minute to warm it up effectively, just like you would with a baby bottle. (Do not microwave your urine!).
Step three, transfer the urine into a small portable bottle, I find the little plastic travel bottles you use to bring fluids like perfume abroad are perfect but any small concealable bottle will do fine.
Step four, tie or tape the bottle to your inner thigh or between your nuts and your inner leg (sorry for the vulgarity lol). This is vital as your core temperature keeps the urine at it's natural heat when it leaves your body, if the urine is cold it won't trigger the test and come back as a false positive. This is how the majority of people fail the test as the examiners know what cold urine feels like, they are fucking doctors lol.
Step five, lock the door, remove the bottle that is still warm and pour it into the cup. Make sure you bring the empty bottle away with you - do NOT leave it in the little bin in the toilet, they check those too.
It may seem a little impractical and it is slightly uncomfortable but I've done this exact method 8 times and have never failed a drug test and have gotten the 5 jobs I had to take one for (the other three times were for drug tests scheduled within the company but you're told when they are coming up).

No worries bud, happy to help in any way I can. I've been in your position and there's a lot of bad advice out there. Personally this one works wonders for me but I've heard of other more complicated methods. I hope it all goes well for you mate and keep us posted :) all the best!

Its a job for a concret/block paving manufacture, so it at on an industrial unit. Not sure if ill do it there or if ill get called somewhere!

Wear long johns to keep it from slipping out the leg if it comes lose...just an idea

Depends on the weather i dont want to be sweating my b&ll's off aha. Have seen some good flushing techniques online with cranberry juice. Why the fuck does it matter if i smoke the night before! Like drink or anything im not going to turn up to work off myface. Cant wait till its legal here man needs to hurry up!

Quick update! Ive provisional got the job! Just waiting for contract to come to me!
Thought got another job interview tomorrow! Its only as a cleaner but ay i wont need to be drug tested i hope!

You can order clean pee online as well as synthetic urine which I personally know to work
You may find your friend gets tired of giving you fresh samples every day or 2. If tests are random this might be even more problematic having to store it. Just food for thought ;)
Yeah thats true! The jobs not sounding worth it if i have to do that! Joke is i bet they wont be breatherlising people as they go into the plant in the morning! No worries! Some sites do actually breathalyse in the mornings. Best to be careful! But some jobs really arent worth selling off your enjoyment for ;) hope it works out either way buddy :)
Yeah i know some driving jobs do that now! But like with drink i wouldnt go in steaming! Dont see why a few joints in evening would effect me next day! Just got to wait and see what happens.

You can't beat a drugs test for THC as its stored in your fat cells and can take months to become clean after heavy usage. I've heard of people getting done for drug driving days after thier last smoke.
You also have to consent to a test so its upto you if you take it or not, but you could be sacked. Really depends on the type of job you have as to whether you could then challenge the dismissal.
Unless you operate machinery there isn't a lawful reason for them to be testing you.

All depends on the type of drug test they do, a mouth swab is easily defeated and will only show up if you smoked in the last 12hr or so, drink lots of water b4 the test and try to have a cigarette also as this can give false readings (they ask if you ate/smoked in the last 30min.
Litmus test where you pee on the stick is also only good for few hours (ive actually been smoking on the way to the centre and still passed the test)
Urine sample is a lot harder thc can still be in your system 5 weeks later
ive passed a DVLA urine sample test after 3 week sober and was/im a very heavy user.

Yeah thats it! I don't want to message either asking what type of drug test looks a bit obviouse im trying to hide something! They said drug test might happen as part of the job aplication. Only went for interview today and waiting to hear back! Hopefully they will say when they get back to me!
