Dont know about rectifying it but you should be ok, you could message the vendor you placed the order with and ask them to confirm the order.

Thank you for the reply, I have just finished doing that, for what its worth the order was placed with Strainsburys who i know to be a great seller having used them in the past. Just waiting on a reply now.

Is there anyway to check on the transaxe status page afterwards?

Hi, I sent the bitcoin amount and payment wallet adress (also added a transaction ref too but dont think its that important) to Transaxe Support (https://littlebiggy.net/viewSubject/p/4760120), Start a chat with them from thier page, they got back in touch within 24 hours and were a great help.

When Transaxe Support sends your order number, access it whilst logged in and it will give you an option to link it to your account.

You could try and find the order page in your browser history. If you do find it. Log in from there an it should link it to your account

I unfortunatley opened the link in a new tab on firefox private mode and lost access to the history for transaxe!

I have now sent the relative info to the transaxe help account and strainsburys so hopefully I should hear something back from them very soon.

Perhaps you made the order without being logged in, you can’t remember the vendor though? I thought my memory was bad 😂

Check your internet history see if you can get back to the transaxe page it’ll show you the LB order ID which can be linked to your account if needed

I have just logged in to check an order I put in 24 hours ago and found the same thing - no record of the order. I was definitely logged in, and copied and pasted the amount and code as normal. The BC has definitely left my wallet. Unfortunately I can't check my history to find the order number.
I understand Transaxe has been having problems. I am hoping against hope that this will sort itself out.
