I've used it a lot over the years to help reset my sleep patterns around shift work, and found it varies in effectiveness depending on the brand, as well as the dose. High doses don't work well for me. Best is a brand called Vitafusion who do a product called SleepWell. It's formulated with 3mg per 2 gummies, and it was so effective for me that I'd find myself drifting off to sleep without trying. No other dose or brand ever did that. Still available from a popular auction site, and I've never had any stopped by customs.

Yeah mental it requires a prescription now - some further reading tells me that most Drs are reluctant to prescribe it, so probs not a viable route anyway. Obv can pick it up elsewhere thanks to the internet but from sounds of things, might be a bit bunk.

Microdosing Xanax carefully sounds interesting, can see how that one might work, just enough to send you off without giving yourself a dependence problem. Have tried Valium once or twice before as a post rave sleep aid - magic blue off buttons! I should note this definitely was one-off/emergency usage only, never regular (just a health warning for the benefit of anybody else reading - very easy to get hooked on benzos and very difficult to come off, from seeing ppl close to me who’ve developed a benzo addiction. Very nasty physical withdrawal symptoms)

Totally agree with your comments mate. I find with sleep aids the less you use them the better they work. Tolerance builds so quickly. I take 0.25mg (or less) of Xanax possibly twice a week if I’m wide awake in the middle of the night with a least 4 hours to go until I need to get up. Always works and I wake up very refreshed. Taken nightly it would stop working in a couple of weeks and knowing that means I have no incentive to increase dose or frequency.

I occasionally treat myself to a hit of the 🦄 at bedtime. Fall asleep with a big grin on my face!🤗

I used melatonin on and off for a few years. Making it prescription only is a bit over the top, but good for Big Pharma.

The only problem with melatonin is that it's a natural hormone we produce. So if you supplement with it too long, your body will make less.

Also, the trigger for your body to start releasing melatonin is darkness. So if you're using your phone or watching TV before sleep, you're body is not releasing it's own melatonin.

Red filters will help a lot, as it's the blue light that triggers our brain to wake up. It takes some time...30-45 minutes for me.

If I need help besides the filter I've added to my phone, I take a small THC edible.

Good luck, bad sleep is a serious problem. I have sleep apnea, where I stop breathing while asleep. You might want to check on that before you only self medicate.

My sleep got a LOT better when I started using a CPAP machine that keeps me breathing at night.

So please check with a doctor about that, it is life threatening.

I find it very useful for sleep when I'm taking a t-break.

I’ve tried melatonin gummies in the past. They worked great but used to get bad headaches the following day.
I also read that long term use can cause rebound insomnia so I quit.

melatonin defintley do the trick at helping you get to sleep but not so great for helping you stay asleep. great for a nap or if you redose half way through the night.

valerian root are good too and tend to keep you out longer.

please do not go down the benzos route as a long term solution (xanax & Valium) the withdrawals can be harsher than H

I spent the next few months lurking and reading and plucking up the courage to order. i then spent a while sorting out a source of crypto, then bottled it again for about a month. I finally went for it with an order from TGT with some hash. It arrived the next day. That was Nov 2020. I'm now on 100+ orders.

Yeah I think that's about the same for me. Had been looking for a go between for a few months and found a place where I could get Delta 8 or HHC and thought I'd just settle for that as getting weed on the clear net would be unlikely.

Then when I investigated a lil further I saw the newsletter an English dude did where he had a list of reliable sites (probably the same one you're referring to). I'm pretty sceptical and researched it a lil and found it was likely legit and put in a guest order which never showed up btw. But I persevered and I eventually got some stuff which arrived next day.

Tbh I love this place and think this is the way forward. No more bs with shady dealers that you don't know from Adam. Not being made to feel like you're a scumbag just cos you want a lil smoke, most people seem to be like minded here which is a breath of fresh air.

That being said, I have been disappointed with the service from some of the vendors and it's typical that I find this place and our beloved RM has turned into an absolute shit show (although I support the principle of strike action).

A work colleague told me about it so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised and have been using LB ever since.

I'd seen a website in the news supposed to be selling weed. I'd started looking through reviews, which were mixed, but ultimately it seemed like it was a scam. Certainly at best a roll of the dice. Eventually I read a comment on a forum that said something like, "ignore all these sites and go little biggy. You can thank me later." Except I can't thank them as I've no idea where I read the comment. Certainly I should thank them as I've ordered all sorts of bits n bobs in the short time I've been a member since. Around 2020 I started vaping to try and quit fags and when I found out about thc vapes through social media I started to make vapes with rso, I pressed rosin from flowers etc but they always clogged up the coil and I had to admit it will never work right without clean distillate. There was some forum I found that lists all the websites that have scammed ppl out of weed online, a few people on there pointed at this being the only legit place to buy so after a few searches I couldn't find anyone saying theyve had a bad experience on here so tried it out during pandemic/lockdown and haven't bought any off the street since :)

Did a ten day fast with only water few months ago..Had the occasional bit of salt and lemon to suppress appetite. Cleared pimples ive had for years, black marks on my skin. Still smoked weed during it..called it my "weed and water" fast
but wow was an amazing experience days 2-3 are the hardest, after that u get a natural body high and u feel intermittent bursts of energy which u should use to do light exercise....was losing over 0.8kg a day..would defo recommend!!

done this for years found it a bit harder latley though. id wake up 8am and wouldnt eat till 4pm to 7pm never felt hungry to a point ide suffer so didnt have any issue doing it. since covid i have been eating earllyer due to feeling starved by 1pm will i get back to old self probabby not since having covid twice now eating in general is not what it used to be like taste and texture not the same anymore.

I would really urge anyone who is or is planning to fast to get a checkup at their GP first. Make sure your vitamineral levels are good.
A few years back I was addicted to speed and consistently went 4-6 days without food (and sleep) when one day I just fell over and woke up in the hospital the day after. I was apparently on the verge of starving to death even though I'm a tubby motherphoenix, so stay safe friends!

My app tells me I have fasted 8277 hours! i tend to eat between 12-8pm and have lost a total of 4 stone, im not sure ive noticed many mental benefits though other than not berating myself constantly haha If anyone wants a good tracker app, I use Fastic.

I have 18 hours between eating everyday which seems to help me anyways. Best thing I’ve done is pair that with stopping all processed foods and sugar. grass fed biltong and walnuts are my snack of choice. Milk thistle, moringa powder, turmeric, cayenne and Ceylon washed down with ginger juice is definitely worth trying too.

Yeah, I do it once a year. Did do it for detox and lose some weight but recently it's been a more spiritual experience.

I’ve always naturally kinda fasted. Never really had breakfast or lunch. I do have coffee or tea so break my fast I guess with the milk. But I only really eat my evening meal about 7/8pm and then might snack again with the munchies till about 2am. I’m not a massive eater tho and could probs do with eating more.

i fast maybe every 2-3 days for a day sometimes 2 , longest i ever fasted was 9 days. also i mainly only eat one meal a day (Unless im toking) Munchies make it way to hard too fast XD

I generally don't eat until about 5pm. Still overweight due to munchies. But have halved sugar and doubled cardio and weights with really impressive results.

Just starting Out my own fast, just water only for the last 48 hours.

Going to try it once a week (for the health benefits)

No bad side affects so far, just not able to eat socially can be a downer when your on it.

48 is right when it starts feeling a wee bit psycho. like you're going to eat a side of beef or nothing ever again.

that said i find the hardest part is compatibility with others and meal times

Do it bro.. its amazing..but must say first 72 hours are usually the hardest..after that your body starts using its own fat reserves more efficiently.. so would suggest 7-10 days if u can.. everyday after the 3rd ull see benefits and increased energy levels..
