I want to take a moment to address the recent order cancellations and the discussions surrounding them. First off, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The decision to cancel orders wasn’t taken lightly, but it was necessary to protect our customers.
As a few of you know, I was still in the US last week, and without enough hands on deck, too many issues arose with packing and shipping orders. Rather than risk further delays or mistakes, I made the difficult call to pause operations temporarily. Now that I’m back in the UK, we’re preparing to reopen, and I can assure you that when we do, our usual Monday–Friday posting schedule and top-tier service will be back in full effect.
In hindsight, I was a little hasty in reopening when I did. I was conscious of being away for too long after the Christmas break and should have simply waited a couple more weeks to avoid this situation altogether. These things happen, and at the time, I believed my team was competent enough to manage the store. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I also want to address some of the noise surrounding this situation. While there’s been a lot of discussion, the loudest voices seem to be coming from people who have never even ordered from us. This has blown the issue out of proportion, and it’s disheartening to see so much negativity over a one-off hiccup from a brand that consistently strives to deliver the best bud and service for the price on LB.
To our genuine customers who were affected, we will make it right. Anyone with a cancelled order will receive a free 3.5g pack as a token of apology should you return.
I also want to personally apologise to the customers directly impacted: Bropro05, MoJam, Mogfromthebog, Mstephenson93, Nessguy72, Rosspacopter, and the_Cs_1888 - I truly appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you’ll give us another chance.
Lastly, I want to remind people why we do this. We’re here for the love of weed, not for the money or to scam anyone - if it were about profit, we’d be charging a lot more, and if we wanted to scam people, we would have marked the orders as sent, not cancelled them. Seeing so much hate over a temporary setback makes me question why we even do this on LB. We’ve always put our customers first, offered the best prices, and maintained a solid reputation, yet some are quick to turn the moment things don’t go perfectly.
Regardless, we’re not going anywhere. We’re back, we’re ready, and we appreciate the real ones who continue to support us. Stay tuned for our reopening - we’re back stronger than ever.
