Whether you want to hear it or not, and whether he contacted you or not, if the parcel you sent doesn’t turn up for him, it is your responsibility to sort that shit out. Problem is order friday and 9 days to dispute comes around sooner than 7 working days and this site is dominated by a small vocal number who insist on posting on every topic that buyers should dispute immediately the option arises.

If you look at the time stamps you’ll see he informed me on the 20th and i told him if package is not here in 3-7days let me know., he easily could’ve messaged me as early as 23rd-27th and I would’ve sent NDD reship.. and everything would’ve been solved by 28th latest 29th.. instead he waited extra couple of days to open the dispute when I told him to let me know in 3-7 days.. if I had zero or late comms I’d understand…

U cant blame real d for a package that doesnt arrive that falls with royal mail. If real d supplies u with tracking number its out of his hands. But with real d he does reship always... that budboy. U need to wise up. Ur a scam by the sounds of things. And if u were caught tyo. Everybody does sometime. Some people just know how to do it better than others. Real d is a professional at this.
