A buyer can cancel a dispute at any time but make sure you've got your ched before you do this

if the order is still in escrow the seller can refund by contacting the auto settlement borg, if its already released the seller must send you the funds directly, then you contact the borg to cancel the dispute.

As much as it almost hurts to ask what seems to be a stupid question—- where is this ‘dispute button’ please?
I typed dispute into the topic box and nothing was suggested?
I’ve gone to the vendors page and my sales page but cannot see DISPUTE anywhere.
