Receiving empty packages

I received my order today...but it has been tampered with and was empty! The envelope was open and the packaging inside had been torn apart and the contents removed! Anyone else had this? Fuming! That's my last two orders that haven't arrived!

Mate had the same a couple of weeks ago empty envelope delivered which had all removed, it’s a bitch but at least there wasn’t a letter in it or a visit from the old bill. I did hear somewhere that in the sorting office, the wrong uns would stick a knitting needle through a package they thought might have something in it, if it smells they have it, they also put the envelope back in the process because they don’t want to walk out the sorting office with an envelope addressed to someone else, as that would be theft (There are random body searches when they leave) but in my Opinion Drugs inc have have the best weed on here.

Yeah, I've ordered from them before and had no problems. Just the bollocks on it to nab my goods and still deliver the empty package in an open envelope! I've got another order on the way so hopefully that will be delivered no probs. I want to try my new dry herb vape out!

Hey biggaz its been a whileeee!

Some of my loyal customers may know that we changed management last year and ever since then everything has been a absolute sh*t show. Literally threw the accounts whole rep down the drain...

The account was given away due to personal stuff in my life... Let's just say your boy got a wife now 😂

Well old management is back and FML I have a lot to sort out 😭 I already know you biggaz are gonna crush me in the comments haha but im going to take it all on the chin. It's time to build up our rep and make it good again.

Firstly, we will spend the rest of the weekend and Monday replying to all comments and sorting out any disputes, The idiot who was managing before literally never opened he chat section so there's over 600 messages 😭😭😭 I cant physically go through every message so please message me from today and I'll get back to everyone, also if you didn't used to message before, feel free to message now because I will not leave a single message unread once I start replying.

Last thing, I've seen what was sold as an excuse for shake last time and it was not acceptable. I'm REALLY surprised there was still 10/10 reviews being given out 😭 that stuff was shocking and all listings will be updated by the end of the night. The new shake is a LOT better, also will be getting really nice hash soon and whatever else you guys want. To show my appreciation, EVERY order from now until 100 orders will be receiving 1g of free homemade static, every order will also be topped up by AT LEAST 1g when it comes to shake and bud.

Thanks guys and I look forward to hearing from you all again its been so long. I really am not looking forward to the negative comments but ahh! 😫 It is what it is man go for it and let it all out below !

Props for coming out and saying it rather then just rebranding and coming back as someone else, that happens far too often around here!

To be fair I have been ordering from Strainsburys for a looong time now & other than thew odd quality issue everything I ordered arrived when it was supposed to and was (with a couple of exceptions) decent. The last batch I ordered 24/9 definitely wasn't great though.

Admitting that things went wrong and sorting it out publicly is a lot better than the whole "rebrand and move on" thing that certain vendors have done several times on here.

Good luck going forward and, assuming things stay on track I would have no issues ordering from you again.

I agree 100% , I was not looking forward to coming back to a pretty much “ruined” account but at the same time I genuinely have made so many good friends when I was running the account and I do think I can change it back to how it used to be :)

My Dad taught me if you get ripped off make sure you cost them twice as much. Thats the beauty of feedback and posts. Probably the best trim I've ever had on LB came from yourselves when you'd not long opened, then had to shut and relocate if I remember correctly 🤔. It was Chemdawg and absolutely fire 🔥!

Last time I ordered 2oz of Trim around Christmas last year the quality was awful, basically 2oz of fan leaf so I've stayed away since then.

I ordered 1oz each of the 2 shakes strains offered, both arrived unlabeled and both were definitely the same item, both taste of perfume and stank of something unlike bud, almost a damp smell.

Anyway my issue is the vendor has not responded to any of my messages to resolve this isssue without a dispute (I have never done one before and would prefer to avoid it). 4 unread messages, dispite it showing they have used messenger in past 24 hours numerous times since my incorrect order arrived on 14th Sep, 3 weeks.

Now I have setup a dispute and reading through the reviews, one shows another customer this week receiving the wrong flower and a replecement being offered to them?!
I cant understand the reason for Strainsburys ignoring me, I even offered to send the items back as I cannot use it in the state it is in so will just go to waste, the perfume taste is very pungent and has been described as such in other reviews too.

Has always been the same and the quality of the shake has always been the same too. People that are smoking it and genuinely believing there's nothing wrong really need to shop around more. 3 separate occasions (spread over a 3 year period, so multiple different batches) were all crackling/sizzling when smoking. It's barely mentioned and when it is, people assume it's normal. He's very quick to ignore when mentioned too. He knows, and doesn't want to acknowledge it because not enough people complain, that's the simple answer. It's a big issue this site has with non honest reviews or "pre-smoked" reviews letting the vendors continue to not care. His shake shouldn't be on the site.

If it isn't sent within 100 hours it'll autocancel and refund borg will ask for your btc wallet address. It won't get to the point of dispute if it hasn't been marked sent. The refund take about 3 days to come through.

I ordered last week from drugs inc - sent 1st class. My last couple of orders have arrived pretty much within 1 or 2 days from radar breeder, so I messaged drugs inc to ask for the tracking information but no response from them. I also messaged them at the time of my order to confirm it was received as I made the rookie error of not being logged in during my order, but managed to link the order to my account. Again no response. Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues etc

Oh ok I thought it was recorded first class! The other issue I have is that I did message to ask if I could send more money separately for them to send NDD cause I just don’t trust RM with $80 worth of anything! Use to have an eBay business about 10 years ago and about 85% of parcels sent without tracking “never arrived”...

Additionally by using the NDD service and oh guarantee your parcel to arrive. However if you don’t, let’s say no recorded delivery and the parcel either gets stolen by a sticky fingers or is left sat for ages in the sorting office they eventually open this up (neighbour works for RM) - so again it’s more risky not to send goods recorded.

I’ve ordered numerous times with drugs inc, apart from once where the envelope turned up ripped open (obviously in the sorting office) everything has arrived and I should have 14 g from them in the post tomorrow, drugs inc replaced my lost item within a day so these guys are to be trusted , although I do agree it would be good if they did recorded, their stealth is one of the best I’ve seen and personally think they have some of the best weed. I try to order so they put it in the post by Thursday, the one that went missing was posted Friday and so sitting in a sorting office over the weekend and that when I think someone in there had a poke around. During the week the mail is straight in and out.

Morning folks - quick update

Stuff arrived today and Drugs Inc did message back last night eventually to say they don’t do tracking. However package finally arrived today in good order. But can also confirm that I ordered from Greenfinger on Tuesday evening just before as midnight and today (Thursday) has arrived using same postage method as DIUK - so currently enjoying a nice overdue relaxation and vibes moment on green fingers stuff :D

They do reply, but it can take 2 or 3 of days as they have so many orders, not just on here.
RM post will take anywhere from 5 to 10 days in the current circumstances, but these are trusted vendors with a proven track record of delivering quality items and making it right if things go wrong, so panicking after waiting two or three days seems pretty pointless imo.
