Got an entitled customer complaining about the shake smoking “harsh” …
his not complaining about wrong product being sent or incorrect weight.. but something very subjective like smoke being harsh..
I told him I haven’t had any other review or customer make the same complaint and also there’s nothing much I can do about it being harsh cause what’s harsh to him might not be harsh to others..
But I still offered him $70 store credit In Good Faith which he wasn’t happy about even though I told him it’s not compensation and he should open a dispute.
The skittles shake description has not changed since the first ever review it has gotten 4140 reviews ago but the 1/10 review thinks he got a smoking gun 🤦♂️
Edit: I’ve also been told by other biggas this users been on Reddit crying about this and spreading his narrative when I’ve been in contact with him and been actively trying to resolving the issue.
