Click on chats, then click on +new, then type Transaxe support into the box, click on their name, then you can message them. Put as much information about the transaction into the message so they don't ask you further questions in a couple of days (probably Monday).

Open your chats, click +New and type Transaxe Support in the 'To' box and the suggestion will pop up for them before you finish typing 👊🏻
