I prefer options that don't need signing for too. We live in the same part of the world, so 1st class/standard tracked usually works well for me too - and they seem like a more low-key option. Rightly or wrongly, Iโve always felt that SNDD draws more attention to the package so I tend not to choose that if thereโs alternatives

I had a RM delivery yesterday (Sat) from the lovely Spacemen.
It turned out the postie wanted to deliver yesterday but I wasn't in to sign.
For some people the 'signed for' approach might be good e.g. if they are home all day.
For me it added a day before I got my order, and indeed might have ended up with me going to the post office to pick it up.
As I live in central London first class is ususally adequate, nearly always gets here within 2 working days. I've also had tracked deliveries that don't require singing for.
So please Mr Spacemen can you give us a royal mail option that doesn't involve signing?

Hi Aristophanes ๐24 hour tracked doesn't need a signature. .it's a good one to go for, if you're not home all day to sign for it. Without it going back to your local delivery office ๐

Hi sammyc2๐. There are a few vendors that do 24 hour tracked ( no Signature required) .. it's just finding the ones that do it. Unless you go for 1st class stamp or large letter stamp. Obviously take a day or 2 more. Plus risky without any tracking details if goes AWOL ๐ฅด๐
The trouble with this as a vendor is that in a lot of post offices (ones in Tesco etc) they don't offer it unless you pay for it online first. This involves giving your bank details and that being connected to the item.

I could be wrong mate, but I think its down to the individual postman/woman that's delivering,I've had some say i will just sighn for u an hand me it n walk away,an others post ones that were ment to be signed for, but I'm always home when arrives apart from twice it was posted, I normally pick ndd I feel safer tracked etc,
I've made friends with my last two postman so they usually sign it for me and post it anyway but I don't always get the same postman. I actually prefer a non signed for service as well. I can see from a vendor perspective why they'd want it tracked though.
We offered a NDD tracked but just had a package that didnโt get delivered, went back to the postie and then got opened and classes as dangerous goods! We think no more NDD from now on too dangerous

Where I am the collection office opens 8am to 10am monday/friday which means I could never collect unless on holiday.
Where I used to live I had a parcel sat for 3 days and holy shit I could smell it the moment they put it on the counter (new seller). Never knowingly ordered from anyone who uses signed for since then.

If it will fit through your letter box then defintey not signed for - nothing worse than your gear going back to the depot because you're at work. If its a biggy or you know you are going to be in signed for makes sense. 24hr tracked is my preference - fast and safe and through your door.

Agree 100%, I NEVER order signed because I'm out at work and don't want the people at home to have their attention drawn to things by having to sign for a delivery.
I prefer tracked 24 hour shipping personally, my go to vendor uses this option (Shout out to LVcannabis ๐) and all of my orders up to date have always landed next working day which is perfect for me and no signature etc required.

I'm usually happy with any method that will fit through the letterbox if I'm likely to be out as my regular postie is a mate and he'll sign for anything that needs it, even SNDD, and whatever method if it won't fit through the letterbox and I am in.

'Fuck', I thought, 'I've only had 3 parcels this week...' I give him a disarming smile, tell him that usual postie (who I obviously name) has been telling me for decades to stop buying so much shit off the internet. He laughs and tells me it keeps him in a job and goes on his way. I go back to bed and leave it to open until I get up for plausible deniability purposes, just in case he's a plant... Not really. I do go back to bed though and open it later. It was only 11:40am on a Saturday.
Makes me realise that on the days I have 5 packages all delivered at once and my usual postie says absolutely nothing that he's really a gem. From a stealth perspective I wouldn't have an issue with it going back to a depot then coming back to me, but I can see how that's a logistical ballache for a huge number of people.
Just one thing though, my username has been written on bags a few times now. I've mentioned it privately previously, and then it stopped, and now it happened again. If this was opened (for whatever incredibly tiny chance) I have absolutely no plausible deniability, especially on very large orders.
Other than that little niggle, I'd endorse TSM incredibly highly as they get me very stoned regularly with superb buds at keen prices, and their shrooms are pretty damn good too.

In past over many orders from different vendors Iโve only had two packages go missing and they were by regular first class. The tracked option creates jeopardy for a curious postie. Usually miss the delivery so just redirect to local post office.
We had to stop offering this service after a few times people werenโt home and then the post office notified the recipients that they opened the post and it got classified as dangerous goods - so too risky sadly.

Since you've got loads of recommendations for clubs I'll suggest an excursion... I'd highly recommend going up Mount Teide, you can do sunset/star gazing excursions which are simply incredible.
Even in the daytime the sea of clouds & scenery is stunning, but the real magic happens at night; fom the lower cable car station you're able to see the milky way with the naked eye!

Not that it really matters, but for the sake of clarity, I did not fail to pay VAT custom, I wish I was offered the option by the AN post operator, the problem then was - as clearly stated in my review - that custom information was incomplete and pack was sent back to vendor, I could do nothing about it...the 'feeling' RealD is talking about was about the pack being seized (on a week where 2 more packs were seized), which was not the case... Tbh, a lot of vendors do not work the weekend (like much of us) so might not have looked since then. If I were you, I would wait it out before jumping to any conclusions - bit unfair to call it a scam or leaving bad reviews when even 7 days hasnโt passed. I get you might be feeling a bit on edge about it but posting here is not going to make the vendor behave any more favourably or make the post arrive any faster.

Before everything went crazy I was getting about 3-4% with Bittylicious, which was reasonable, but lately it's been nearer 5-6%, or more, at times. 8% is bad.

What would you guys do in this situation. Ordered a few gs from a vendor & was told it was posted twice.. 4 weeks on & nothing. Was promised a refund & was told the BTC is on its way a week ago & nothing. Then was told they will repost & give me tracking (which they said they donโt provide) & absolutely nothing. Weโve had a message from one of our customers stating they havenโt received their parcel. Iโve checked Royal Mail, status:delivered. The signature with matching surname is also on there, including coordinates and a map when parcel was signed for (showing their address)
As weโre new, we feel obliged to replace the product to save bad reviews, fake or not. But we have sufficient evidence that the customer is just trying their luck. As a vendor, what would you do in this instance?

Id tell them to go whistle - its been delivered and they are trying to take advantage of a new vendor. This happens to most new vendors because of the need to build up good rep.

Reship wonโt save you from a bad review by a bellend like that.
You can always start a fresh account - maybe with some cut price samples to start and give your ratings an early cushion.

I feel that there is no right answer for you.
If thatโs all the evidence you have. As you said I would feel that is more than enough to refuse a reship in my opinion but youโre right. A shite review is going to tank your ratings even more.
Itโs hard enough trying to get a foothold on here without having these types of distractions. With the volume of new sellers.
Keep in mind that he can also dispute the sale if he feels that strongly about it.
Not sure on this part but would you not be leaving yourself open to future disputes?
I know itโs not the point but you have the other way of less resistance. Is the fight worth it? Thatโs what they are counting on. Out of curiosity is it a new Accor well established?
Itโs a shame as thatโs two post now that have been regarding your reviews and not your gear.
Make a positive thing from it.
Postal / stealth check. Next x amount of customers get a selection box for $$$$. Like Rux said on another one of your threads ๐งต make sure you have restrictions on the sales you you down the road. The deals made as custom to you can track the review.
No freebies. As you need reviews not topics. Let the ratings take care of themselves.
Sorry if Iโm over stepping but with fees ect ect quite a lot of biggaโs need bigger weight options and the flower is expensive compared to others out there. Iโm not saying itโs not worth the cash but at the moment loads of people are looking to reduce spending.
At the moment itโs a big ask for customers with new sellers at the price point youโre at.
Personally I would have to work up to spending that sort of cash with a seller.

I think you are being screwed but I'm just going to play devil's advocate for a moment based on an experience of mine:
I had an SD not arrive. The vendor had already provided the tracking and when I checked it was shown delivered to me with a squiggle of a signature that was not mine. I'm thinking they've handed that to the wrong address but I've got a great Postie so I'll look out for him and query it. Two days later my package arrives just through the letterbox and the following day I catch my Postie to ask. He said there was a relief guy on the round and he ran out of time so marked them delivered and signed because they were priority but took them back for delivery on the next round. I thought that sounded completely bent but he said its actually quite common.....weird huh?

Thanks for everybodyโs response! Weโre definitely more than happy enough that a signature, coordinates and a confirmation from RM will suffice as enough evidence.
We may just have to try and start fresh and take everyoneโs advice on introductory offers etc.

I raised this issue originally from the other end, as a buyer. Seller never sent anything or a tracking number, and the auto settlement meant I lost 25%>
Flip this as a seller, and it all comes to one and the same. Settlement should take into account wether tracking has been provided, and or marked as "delivered".
Otherwise, people like this can just continue to take the piss, on what feels like to me in 95% cases a really good site with solid people. ๐คท
