On 18th Feb I messaged you as I had not received the order even after 7 working days. You said if it does not get get delivered by tomorrow we will refund and that you will be online again on 24th. I kept waiting and there was no response. Had no option but to dispute - you were awarded 13% of the amount, so no I did not receive the full refund. Not only that, it spoils my profile as well as the dispute shows with no fault of mine.
I’ve dealt with them a couple of times and never had an issue. They can’t have robbed your money if you have put a dispute in, it’s held in an escrow wallet until the issue has been resolved.

What would you guys do in this situation. Ordered a few gs from a vendor & was told it was posted twice.. 4 weeks on & nothing. Was promised a refund & was told the BTC is on its way a week ago & nothing. Then was told they will repost & give me tracking (which they said they don’t provide) & absolutely nothing. Gave them the be if it of the doubt but they sweet talked me until the dispute window was gone. My fault I lost my money but Is there any way or getting it back? Absolutely fuming because this never happened on LB to me.
Name and shame lad, helps us all out. I personally don’t have time for it, just want what I pay for. Hate liars and people who avoid situations

You can request a dispute even after its timed out. Go to transaxe support request a late dispute with your order number. Should always leave your dispute open until it's resolved.

I'm new on LB and I thought it seemed dodgy an still dubious but I also thought f it and ordered 7g the teatime Zkittles x something and the bisscotti 7g ordered I git a reply days it takes 3 days for tracking details an that they look forward to doing business but I will also let yous no how I get on and if arrives I'll post pics.🤞🤞 if the stuff comes and as good as it looks I'll order plenty lol, ON there reviews 6.4% disputes which is high so time will tell,I'm giving the benefit of the doubt ....

Ordered 13th March, sent 16th March, ‘tracking’ 18th March. Got told the tracking would be on Thai post the day after they sent the tracking which it still isn’t on there. At this point I’ve come to terms with the fact that it won’t turn up because I’m a bit of a pessimist but if it does turn up it’ll be a pleasant surprise and I’ll inform everyone

I’d have possibly gone for a smaller amount. No clue on stealth with these guys. Could literally turn up with a sniffer dog attached to it.

Just possibly maybe selling them these prices to give peace to customers for the longish wait. Could be! I will be sticking with my usuals anyway but I wouldn't order from outside UK. Bad experience many years ago ended up getting charged for extra insurance just to recieve my goods wich could not afford that exta would have come to 500 for one oz so I never went through with it and never went to order abroad again I also lost the 250 for the oz aswel straight scammed! . But good luck to some who try I actualy think he's legit this tai guy but hit an miss with getting them packages through every time. There would be some very agitated customers haha

This picture I adjusted a few parameters like colour, contrast, etc. to try to match Thai-Lands picture as the buds appear more green to me BUT fook me just had a vape of Boofscotti and by Scotty I’m Booofing Fooked. Will try the Papaya another time but I’m sure it will be just as good. 🥴
Was it well packed as far as stealth? I see some of the reviews saying got stopped by customs in Ireland. Im worried stuff isn't going get through here.
My stealth was terrible tbh. While it was triple vac sealed, the vac seal was clear and inside 2 normal paper post bags, I paid for a decoy. Actually surprised it got through. Bud is fire though
I'm in 2 minds about putting in an order. No mylar or decoy is only asking to be caught. I know you got your package but it doesn't help know the stealth isn't great. Would you order again??
I am personally gonna give it a few weeks to let the dust settle and see the outcome of these 3-4 no show/seizure reviews. It was my first international pack and opening it up kind of made me realise how easy it was to work out what’s inside through feeling/scanning due to lack of decoy or atleast some sort of solid container/mylar to hold shape.

See this is my problem. I don't want to get my address flagged and ruin future buys. The opsec should be first priority. If you don't have that then there is not much of a point doing it at all. Well that's just how I think it should be done. Maybe they will read this and take some advice on board?

I ordered, got told tracking within 3 days, that passed an I was told to cancel as they had to produce id in Thailand to send stuff so had to time it right and it would be advised by the vendor to cancel as they was no guarantee of a shipping day as previously promised, I got a refund quick but this wasn't my preferred outcome obviously, what a load of shit land !!

They already have disputes. 9 days is not enough time to get from Thailand. This is going to be their major issue I think.
Logging a dispute after 9 days opens a further 16 day window for the goods to arrive before auto resolution. You can extend the dispute for two further periods, all the time protecting your coin..

Like others here have bought regularly from an overseas supplier in the Middle East with no issues whatsoever. Make sure your stealth/packaging is top notch though, something that the Middle Eastern supplier has down to a fine art in concealing the goods. Happy to give tips by DM here. Good luck! ❤️
