Her job is to uphold the law, which she did. She also advocated for changes that were implemented, including preferential granting of SF cannabis business licenses to those who had previous convictions. There's other things to criticize her for, but this one really isn't it. California has led the way in many ways, including giving justice to people who were convicted for laws that have been repealed.

OK then. I lived in her jurisdiction for ten years, and the biggest complaint about her is she played the insider's game in SF to get to power. Hate her all you want, but she's pro-legalization, pro-amnesty, and has done more for the cannabis legalization effort than any libertarian ever did, let alone the GOP.
