I would argue we are already in a post-humanist world, and have been for some time, with the evolution of media, pointedly the internet, on group mentality, opinion and aligning of thought. All through intense, persistent and unrelenting social pressure, various political propagandas and essentially, marketing.
The coagulation of collective conscious intentions via the internet, dispersing opinion, values and philosophies, dispenses of the opinion forming skills of those exposed to it more and more as generations turn over. This has happened in stages since the introduction of the web and I believe can be prevalently seen in the west. In particular, in political states which lean more towards capitalism, as this effectively 'supercharges' the evolution of these mass influences.
We as humans are physically not really evolving any more, Darwinism isn't exactly hitting the spot for us, take a walk through any small town centre and I'm sure you'll find it hard to disagree (We do still hold the record as the best long distance land animal though if I'm not mistaken). We do however evolve behaviourally at an astronomical scale when compared to other species.
Whether the invocation of an effective 'hive mind' on our selves causes us to enter a state of 'post' humanism is open to debate of course, but i think on the Richter scale of change it scores rather high.

I was an anti vaxer so didnโt willingly roll up my sleeve till I caught Covid and spent the next 3 weeks hooked up to machines in ICU. Itโs kinda fucked me up in the long run too. During my recovery I spoke to a dr who was an expert on biology and had done a thesis on viruses in university. He explained to me how it works and how it has mutated and most likely jumped from species to species. As humanity continues to expand across the globe at a rapid rate pandemics will happen. We will most likely get another in the next 30 years. Why the vaccine was created so quickly was it had been worked on for years. Since the SARS outbreak in Asia in the early 2000s. As coronavirus is a type of SARS or is very closely related (on this Iโm not sure) it wasnโt really created quickly. Doctors and scientists just had to adapt their work slightly. I certainly wont have any vaccination for sure. I wager though the governments will make it passive aggressive mandatory. There’s a very interesting book written by Dean Koontz in 1981 The Eyes Of Darkness, that mentions a virus created in a lab just outside wuhan in labs called Wuhan-400, and he’s prediction is that it will affect humanity around 2020! A lot of the carcinogens generated are from burning plant matter, given concentrates remove a lot of plant matter, my guess would be they are less carcinogenic than flowers.

On 24 May I sent an order to the same address used for my first purchase (same seller). Ive contacted Transaxe but no response. This morning I tried to make a purchase (as I know it will take time to sort out my error) however Coinbase have lowered (so low I cant buy anything despite having funds) limit saying that there is a chargeback/reversal on my account from a previous transaction. Chargeback? Some insight please.
Ty I think I've figured out the issue now - me:) The payment I sent to the wrong address has a reversal/refund on it but still part of my buying limit. Being a second trade on CB (and messing it up) even though for relatively small amounts just for security measures n good practice they have restricted my limits - the algorithim adjusts limits at any time. I just got to pay more attention!

I disagree strongly with the war comparison - that's not an example of a mutual effort, but the opposite: it's an example of large scale confrontation. People were called up to defend/attack from other people. MILLIONS of people died over YEARS.
This is a public health crisis, not a war. And the young haven't been called up, keyworkers, carers and health staff have. When I've been out and about with my family, it's fairly clear that the younger generations are the least bothered by what's going on, and aren't necessarily abiding by the guidelines to any effective degree.
And sadly, I don't think this is even something defined by the self interest of the ruling class. I think it's exposed the current ruling class is about as clueless as it ever had been. Johnson's flabby ensemble of random wankers have never at any point been good leaders. They got there off the back of a dishonest, divisionary Brexit campaign based on some entirely different agenda. We need more youngsters in politics and less old farts creaming off the state. I think you reach an age when you start to become more selfish and want to accrue wealth. Bills and mortgages start to wear you down. I was definitely more idealistic when younger. I'm not old (38) and I very nearly got axed by COVID. I don't have a pre existing condition. It's worth considering that many young or younger people with pre-existing conditions are at high risk, as are the disabled and many mentally ill people. The structures of society also make sure that the poor are disproportionatily affected. So, what you're proposing, hypothetical or not, is a cull on the people in society who most need our support. And, I would add, people who add a huge amount of value to our societies. I am as annoyed by how our 'era' turned out as anyone, but putting boomers to death for the greater good? C'mon. Besides, the ruling class are not all old - they have children, who will inherit. Killing old (rich) people would do nothing for society. Advocating that other (poor) people's parents and grandparents have had their time is basically inhuman, or at least profoundly lacking in empathy.

There are elements that are particularly cruel for young generations that have been caused by the benefits enjoyed by older generations. Retirement / pension age is the first to mind. We all retire later if at all because they fucked the pension pot for those claiming now. Housing and land are impossible to buy at reasonable prices, because the older generation owns it all. Wealth disparity grows with extended lifespans, as the elderly hold onto it instead of spending it. But these issues are not the fault of those older generations, but the governments modus operandi of dealing the better cards in the deck to those who can vote at the time and have money. Who cares about the generations that can't support government agendas right now? No one is the answer, and it has resulted in a shit deal for the young that will only get worse as time goes on.

as a 51yr old father of 11yr old twins (one boy, one girl), and reflecting on how I have myself matured (lack of!) I can honestly offer an opinion that humans may be physically capable of sexual reproduction early mid/teens, but that doesn't make them adults. Likewise 20s and even early 30s. I was a selfish prat right up to having kids. Having kids completely changes your priorities and outlook, including CONFIRMING that kids are, literally, the future. So you're right about preserving the future for younger generations. BUT if adults don't become adults (really!) until they have kids, and human kids can't look after themselves, and anyway don't mature mentally til they have kids, we come full circle, that is why you need 2 generations minimum at the same time. HTH!
I'm 27 with baby number 2 due next month. My life didn't feel lil it had much meaning before becoming a dad, I cared a lot less about everything. As for Corona it's really not a big risk to a vast majority of the population. Most of the people dying are 80+. When the people who are 80+ were born their life expectancy was like 67. They've done well. I think all lives are equal but not all deaths are tragic.

Back and forth many times I gotta give it to Android, way more crypto evolution takes place there than the App Store.
Switched to the Pixel 4 XL after 10 years of iPhones. Keyboard is a bit better on iOS, in my experience, but everything else is better or not noticed on Android. The switch isn't that big of a deal unless you REALLY love iMessage.

Android purely because you can not effectively repair or tinker with an apple phone. Android really lets you get in there and tinker with the device, customize it, change it, whatever you can think of really. I love that.
Every device I have is Apple (for work) but i’d choose Android. Apple are ok but a bit restrictive. have a play with both and see which one you prefer.
I find IOS much easier to work with , once you get used to one of them , hard to make the switch

I'd claim ignorance. No order history so they can't prove you purchased it. You're not responsible for the contents of a parcel, even if your name is on it. They're not gonna waste more time trying to prove otherwise. They probably just have to follow up on it, tick the box

Yeah, as discussed and surmised when I was pondering a (still...) missing pack last week I can't see that they can really do too much - I suspect that they are reaching even for a 'possession' charge if you have never even possessed it... obviously there are archaic rules in regards to use of the postal system etc but honestly... surely the feds and the courts are too busy for this shit?...
Obviously they don't have a warrant or they would already have been in and taken ya stash!! Looks like they just want to give you a stern telling off?...
Best I can say is what I intend to do if it happens.... invite them in for tea, explain how it is so much safer (and better!!) for me to purchase weed on the internet than in a car park and apologise for the archaic laws that require them to visit me and establish that I am indeed, not a society threatening criminal of any sorts...

it's been 2 months since i last ordered from a known seller here in LB. Everything is starting to go back to normal, even RM is back to their delivery schedule. Still my package from 2nd of May is nowhere to be seen. i'd like to believe it's never coming. who knows where it is now, maybe it wasn't even sent. LOL. DEFINITELY A WASTE OF MONEY.
Advice to biggers: Screenshot all your orders, so if theh don't come and LB might automatically delete them, you still have a copy of the order details.

Try another order from the vendor it could be sticky finger postie and that will show the vendor your not trying to screw him over you never know you might get some sort of percentage back

The order came through next day but never saw the reship and still waiting original order at the start of MAY now we are in the July

i have ordered 12 items in total for the last 2 months. all from different sellers and yet only ONE ITEM didn't arrrive. i'm quite sure our postie here are quite reliable. not to mention me buying stuff from Ebay and other online sellers, all have been received.
it's easy for them to say that they have reshipped it. the only proof that they did is if they come.
and if i dont get the order again, i'd just waste more money. it could be. though all items except this were delivered to me. i am new to this site. my first order was from them so it's not like the postie knew i was ordering frequently.
lol i didn't go that far, if its someone we have experience with, we maybe able to give a bit of assurance that's all.
i have bought a couple of items from other sellers, most of them after i've bought from this specific seller and yet they all came within 3-4 days. no need of that NDD as 1st Class did just fine. and now they have removed it from my orders list. i haven't even rated it yet cause it didn't come.
Contact vendor if no help dispute with encrow and good vendor will reship or at least reship 50%.
this particular seller doesn't offer refund or reship for 1st time buyers from them, unfortunately. doesn't tell which country they are from, NOTHING that will help me track my item.

seller told me to just wait. initially promised me that they'll look into it if it hasn't come yet and they'll see what they can do. they a few days passed, they just told me to wait and that there's nothing they can do.
hmm, sounds like something JJ might say. Am I warm? Just a shot in the dark. As far as I can see JJ is a good and decent seller, so for your sake I hope it is him because that guy, I suspect, would probably put it right for you if it came down to it

Just need to ask as I am new to this site. Is it me or do vendors seem to the leave messages unanswered. I have been to trying to ask a few curious questions, one about an order I made and another about a future order.
depending on the vendor id expect. Ive had ones who were slow to respond and ones who responded after 2 or more messages were sent to them. How long has it been?

Hey mate, I've never used paybis but their fees do seem quite high. You could try coinbase or bittylicous, both have similar fees. Coinbase is easier to use and more user friendly. Bittylicious has slightly lower fees.
The fees will be the same no matter what currency you are exchanging. You can find more info here under the Buy/Sell Transactions section.

Does it have a restrictive draw? Currently have an Arizer Solo 2 and my one and only complaint is the restrictive draw (I understand why it's like that, but would like it not to be if you know what I mean?)
The restrictive draw is horrendous for me, lovely device it it works for you but after my flowerpot’s free flow I just couldn’t go back to the Solo because of the draw, line milkshake through a straw, but for some it’s it’s biggest draw I guess, just not for me.
