Very dissapointed made my order on sunday and still no parcel or tracking number..... fair to say i may be going elsewhere in future, this time around the comms and service is a joke

No mate i aint that stupid i made the order and paid for it on the sunday 15th, i messaged about it not being sent he informed me there will be a delay and sent out tuesday he offerd a refund but i said that a day late was fine then he just went ghost mode, can only imagine somthing has come up or else why would he ruin his reputation and custom

No answer and no shipping?

It’s been almost two days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received any confirmation that it’s been shipped or a response to my follow up message.
For a shop that only offers Tracked 24 I expected better. I can also see they haven’t opened their messages in six days, so it seems I’m not the only one being ignored. I saw the great reviews and wanted to try something new but I’m disappointed so far.

Ye they have shut the store so looks like they had to close abruptly, They are normally on point to be fair but your order should auto cancel if not marked as sent after certain time period if im not mistaken.

just guessing due to the fact that they have taken everything off the store, but they said they would be adding move flower the other week so i amuse they weren't planning on closing.
Again just guessing hope they are back up soon

They havent been online for 5 days; its usually a good indication that a vendor is not operating. Not that that helps you as you ordered a couple of days ago.

7 days not received. Shop closed but marked as sent. Not sure if I will get refunded as no 1 to confirm items not received. 100 quid down the spout. Not a happy chappy

Worst vendor on here the service and the comms are just a joke they need a reality check they dont post when sposed to they dont post what you actualy paid for and dont repy they dont give you tracking you have to beg for it over and over again VOID at all cost dont waste your time or money be smart and go to a pro, a proper vendor that looks after customers....... AVOID!!!!!
