Hey Family,

We would like to clarify the situation involving a recent reviewer to ensure transparency with our customers.

The individual in question, operating under the name “St8plz,” is also a vendor on this platform. Prior to making any purchase, he attempted to negotiate an offer of $1,100 for four ounces of assorted exotic strains. Unfortunately, we could not accommodate this request, as our pricing reflects current market value and product quality.

Following this, he placed a separate order for 3.5g of Zaks Pie and Blue Zushi, which was delivered. After delivery, he contacted us claiming that the product was “not JB” and demanded a refund.

As clearly stated in our refund policy, and outlined on our flower menu with branding information, refunds are not offered under these circumstances. However, in good faith—and as is common practice—we offered a discount on a future purchase as a resolution.

It is important to note that the earlier attempt to purchase four ounces at an unrealistic price directly contradicts the claim that the product was expected to be authentic JB quality.

Shortly after the failed negotiation, the reviewer publicly labeled our Blue Zushi as “mids.” Upon reviewing his own vendor menu, it appears this claim was made while he was listing lower-grade flower for $50, seemingly to justify his own pricing—particularly knowing this matter could become public.

Our customers are familiar with our standards and consistency, and our reputation has been built on quality and transparency.

For full clarity, we have posted photos of the Zaks Pie from our personal stash, the same batch we smoke ourselves. We encourage customers to compare this with the product being sold on his menu and judge for themselves.

Additionally, we will be including this Zaks Pie with upcoming orders for select regular customers so they may provide independent, honest feedback. We stand behind this flower and genuinely enjoy it ourselves, which is why we welcome open discussion and real reviews.

Also, sorry, but your T&Cs are superceded by LB's, so you either have to sort people out who haven't had things delivered, or the algorithm will decide how much is distributed to either side.

Always try to find resolution when customer is genuinely unhappy which isnt the case here. When someone is messaging to leverage the reviews on refund - it becomes simply a principle to prevent the exploitation of our services on here.

And you listed $1,100 as the price for a QP I just wondered if zaks Pie was included in the list and made the enquiry before my order even arrived with me. I'm happy to post our entire transcript. I have never been ripped off so badly on weed until dealing with you I'd have rather you just kept the money and not send anything than post me this utter garbage an claim it's zaks Pie. Their premium exotics are so good that they have to give them away from free to their regular arse lickers who probably live in remote locations where it's very hard to come by semi decent weed. DGT is genuinely the only vendor ive never had an issue with. In four years, not one issue. Package always drops next day without fail, the smoke is consistently good and is what it says it is. Stealth is great, excellent comms and a tracking no provided without even having to ask once. Literally night and day compared to an experience im having with another vendor atm that didnt send my original order and after a week still hasnt given me tracking for the replacement 🤷‍♂️, then tells me to "chill out" when I ask for it. And im still smokeless, without a tracking no! There isnt another vendor providing a hassle free service like this, with free NDD too. Ive been through them all trial and error and DGT is the only one with a top to bottom reliable service you can count on. Christmas stash order incoming!
