Just wondering if anyone has issues using this vendor? I put in an order on Monday morning well before his cut off of 3pm and paid for sndd. Item was marked as sent at 7.20pm that evening. I messaged asking if my item was being sent that day and got no reply. Today nothing came and despite several messages inquiring about my order I seem to be getting ignored. The vendor last used messenger recently yet my messages lay unseen. It's so frustrating. In the three years I have used LB I have never had this happen. I was kinda relying on this today 🫤

I’m not ignoring anyone by using messenger most of the time it’s just to fix an issue with the order or address and it shows that I’ve used the messenger.

I little bit of patience please your order from Monday hasn’t turned up today it’s Tuesday no need to post topics it’s probably a RM issue it happens sometimes sorry for the inconvenience.

Always been using GC since i been here, never ever had a problem, i agree comms might be abit slow but it always lands regardless, also royal mail has been having major issues atm also so most NDD take a day or 2 to arrive. So mostlikely you shall receive it by tomorrow.

I am not trying to bad mouth the guy. Just used to comms being quite quick from my experience on this site with various vendors. I have used GC twice before and happy with the items. Just lack of communication kinda gets to me…

honestly i generally expect an answer same day; Its either a business or a hobby; I prefer to deal with people who treat it as a business. But once you deal with people a few times; you get to understand the way they operate.

If a vendor states what Thier response time I'd go by that, otherwise like 2 days. If a vendor goes on holiday/away would be ideal if they put it in Thier bio. It's annoying the topic threads are not timestamped.

I usually pop a note in the order and you have always accommodated my requests.

I don’t expect you to reply but if I did, I would communicate with you before placing my order to give you time to answer.

I get that. No worries. I don’t know what an acceptable time would be but I have always had my messages replied to within an hour or so in my experience here. I’m not saying this should be the timescale but when it gets to the evening of the next day and still nothing… I failed to appreciate that you are likely quite busy. So apologies for my reaction. Thanks for getting back to me.

His skywalker is lovely so went with more of that and trying the cookie dawg also. Not had any dawgy strains in a while and reviews saying this is gassy and fresh made me have to add some.

Not tried the dawg so may get that as a side, think it will be the strawberry one for me today (ordering ATM). The Skywalker is lovely, I still have a tiny bit from ages ago. Also got the OZK and some other previous orders mixed up. I get a new one when theres like 2 g left and then focus on consuming the new one leaving a mix of nice little buds.

You're buying drugs homie, don't forget that. drug dealers, the people you buy from, don't typically sit around all day practicing their customer service skills. You're not buying a kettle from Amazon with live updates as to when it will be delivered.

I’m well aware of that. Think you’re missing the point. When you use sndd you are buying with expectations. I don’t expect rapid live updates. Just a simple reply within a few hours at least…

No mate, these are drug dealers, what they do is deliberately break the law so they don't have to follow any societal rules or get a job. They're knowingly taking a massive risk to do what they do and it's by their own choice. They're drug dealers. They sell drugs. You can't expect anything from them other than hopefully getting drugs at some point. And if you were to approach one of these drug dealers in real life and complain about not getting your drugs at the exact second you want them, you're gonna get shanked.

Ordered on a monday sndd and it arrived on saturday . Messaged the dude politely and received a message saying im a nightmare dont order of me again. So i wont . Fuck em

Royal Mail is shite at the moment, I have a few mates who use LB who've had delays over the last 2/3 weeks or so with different vendors.

RM posted something to an entirely different address for me yesterday, thankfully it wasn't LB related.

Sucks that you didn't get your weed but I'm sure your stash will be full today or tomorrow mate!

Pretty much been using GC exclusively for the past while.
He always follows through.
It may be a business but it isn't like a high street business so I can't see the comparison.
I almost always get mine next day If it's sent early enough.
Mine was marked as shipped late on Monday so definitely wouldn't receive by Tuesday. Mondays would always be a busy day though so I don't mind.

Yeah. Maybe the vendor should say delays are likely or something. Just when you opt for SNDD you kinda have to know what’s going on as it won’t be posted through the letterbox if nobody is there to accept it. I wasted my day yesterday waiting for the postman. And today I’m none the wiser as I had no reply after being asked for my details to follow up on my order…

Green cat 19/20 times has been next day delivery absolutely faultless, I find even with the best of vendors sometimes things out of their control does happen every now and again.

Still use GC and continue to and nearly every purchase has been as said above faultless other than issues with Transaxe or RM issues.

Exactly the same for me, placed before 3pm cut off and marked sent same time but didn’t receive it yesterday but I also got no reply :/ ….

It's not Amazon and GC is taking a risk, so I give some leeway. But its good practice for vendors to manage people's expectations via their bio/topics.
