Good comms solves everything but after this amount of time it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen!…UKD have clearly copped a sulk for some reason and are leaving transaxe to refund you or otherwise mediate a solution. As you are finding out that can be a slow progress once the auto dispute window has expired.
If you want to share your experiences with UKD to help other Biggas there is no reason why you shouldn’t.
