Even though customer chose untracked we sent as tracked due to it being a new customer to avoid this situation

Customer also had too few buys for us to consider any legitimacy of the situation

Crazy we want to keep a. Clean record so is there anyway to appeal this

Especially as it happened while we was away the settlement

Same im looking to dispute too... I ordered one package tracked 24 and 2 weeks later still have not recieved it.. so I tried ordering second order through sndd and have not received that either... then have the audousity to say ull resend 2nd package even tho 1st order was the biggest order.
U were my go to guys for the dankiest products but now I'm iffy... would like my problem resolved as I don't want to be losing u as a supplier but ur kind of pushing a lot of people that way...
