Ok so get this… ive been using the smoke den for a little while, made some orders of them and never had any problems, until recently when i made an order for a gram if wax for my birthday, now normally i wouldn't mind if id lost a gram of bud but this was PREMIUM TOP SHELF WAX! No cheap stuff here, stoners caviar if you will… now i paid as normal , order said sent, so i sat back and waited…and waited….and waited and after what felt like eternity still received nothing, so i sent them a message letting them know and got no reply, ill be honest i only sent the one message but being a reputable vendor like TSD receiving all the orders they do theres no excuse for not seeing my message, so i hit the dispute button, and normally you'd think they would try to resolve or offer refund, but i was told that they dont reship or refund orders that arent tracked… so get this, ive had orders siezed, ive had letters from customs and the good old knock on the door, it has been like a month now and still nothing, TSD claims to have sent but who knows, its a shame really as i loved using them but after whats happened and them now just straight ignoring my messages and request on some kind of solution i guess theres not much else i can do, i hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and i urge anyone who gas a similar story with them to share it, thanks for reading

Smokeden you're taking the absolute piss now. I've been as patient as can be (coming up to 4 weeks). It's clear around the date my package went missing lots of others did for you because you've told others you were having packaging issues. Basically your stealth went to shit and multiple people are still waiting for refunds while you continue to promote and sell your products. You told me a week ago you would contact transaxe. They have now offered me 31% even though I have messages from you saying you'll sort it fully as you clearly messed up with mine and other orders. I've been as patient as possible but once again stuck on unread while you have been online.
