I use coinbase. Transfer from bank > wallet is instant (page refresh instant), and from wallet to vendor wallet it's like 10mins. Never had a problem with it. There is of course fees.. but that's usually just a couple of quid which is fair for using the service tbh + I always give the vendor a couple more quid or tip if I forget. I think it's worth topping up a bit for something excellent. If it's just stuff you can get on the street then it's money wasted.

I use a BRD wallet to store my coins, which I have to load up afore payment. I used to trade on Kraken because of the rates but they have a similar minimum which now makes no sense. Used bitilicious for a bit after but their prices went mad, now I use whatever the hell i can find.

I sent the btc in my bit panda account direct to the private wallet. More secure too.

I had £75 with bitpanda and with their minimum transaction and their fees I couldn't send it anywhere - wallet balance too low! Joke. Withdrew the cash, opened an exodus wallet and bought btc with bitcoin.co.uk. Bitpanda no longer feasible exchange for me.

I don't know the answer Golmagnum but I have the same issue with BP and it is really annoying! I read a suggestion on LB to just overpay the vendor eg in my case I want to buy 3.5g at around 0.0012 BTC but if min send amount is 0.0015 the difference (0.0003BTC) works out around £10 (when I did a rough calc). It's not ideal as it is costly enough without throwing away money but it's something I'm considering to avoid committing to buy a larger weight.
I'm trying to learn how crypto fees work, I don't know if the BP min send amount is just temporary and arbitrary or a permanent policy. I feel a bit clueless and wary of making a costly error.
If you do find out how to complain to BP please let me know as I feel the same.

I'm a compete novice with Bitcoin but figure out that you can change the fee (which makes the transaction slower), so changed it and am now waiting to see what happens. I’d say test the waters first and try it out as you may find that you like it and as you stopped smoking tobacco I find that it’s a well suited replacement. Also it has far less tar, but I’m sure you’re aware that anything that is used for smoking has tar, so not the best choice, but I’d just say try it out first and if you like it then I’d say why not use it.

Depends on the concentrate. If it's really gooey, unstable shatter than get a pin or dab tool and smear it on your rolling papers. If it's stable and easy to work with snap it up into small pieces and just roll it in with the rest like you would a normal joint. Putting it in the fridge/freezer beforehand will help with handling it.

I think it is oxytocin that causes the problems as it creates aggressive in-grouping, be it from the innateness from skin colour or the innateness from where someone was born.

There was a study I linked to but there is more out there about the dark side of oxytocin. There was quite a few articles in the dumber section of media about giving men oxytocin to fix their aggression problems when in fact it might be a major factor in causing them.

That is not to say that racial prejudice or discrimination is allowable or tolerable. It's not. However to quantify both types of prejudice (the one that is solely individual and the one that is supported by systemic structures) as the same thing or equivalent is false.
One is an individual opinion and has no greater repurcussions than that person's world's or actions, the other however plays into a wider narrative of oppression that reinforces the structural oppression and contributes to and reinforces societal and structural discrimination.
Nationalism is different in several ways.
Firstly, pride in ones nation does not mean an inherent prejudice or discrimination against those that come from other nations (although all too often it does manifest in such a way).
Secondly, if those expressing nationalist sentiment are not the dominant authority over said nation, then it is not racism but discrimination and prejudice as they lack the power to manifest that discrimination through institutions or on a structural scale. This type of nationalism often manifests as a resistance to colonial and imperial forces. In those cases the nationalism is not being the of an ideological superiority or innate belief in the dominance of one nation over another, but rather a resistance to such.
Therefore nationalism and racism only become the same when said nation propogates their dominance and superiority over others while simultaneously systemically oppressing other nations or supporting existing structural oppression and prejudice.
