As this customer is quick to criticise us and point out we are slow to reply i think it is only fair we share our experience for vendors benefits if nothing else.
We have given at least 2 reships in the past to the same address after a siezure and maybe one loss. I can say it was either 2 at least or 1 reship and one refund, we are very busy so ..
Anyway, customer orders again to same address and now asking for reship again!
To be honest we have had more issues with mastarasta86 than any other customer across all our markets.

I will reship 50% this last time and won't serve again. In fact i am 99% sure thats how we left it after last fiasco but seems he's ordered again and its not landed. To be honest we shouldn't reship at all but we aren't gonna sink to that level.

Our reship policy is 50% yes but one per customer. If there is clearly a problem with an address we will reship once and once only.

I'm a newbie on here but this site and the range of weed has totally helped me stay off coke which is pretty fuckin great in my book.

Order about a month ago for the second time... order never arrived and when checking tracking number informed “package returned to sender”. The package never even left the UK but the seller is refusing to do anything for me. Best part of $170 down the drain. I would understand if the package was confiscated however it didn’t even leave the country!!! Postal service says the address was wrong but it’s the same address I gave first time round, that a parcel from this vendor had already been received. I feel really let down and definitely won’t be using this seller again. His communication is very slow and customer service poor. My first order I was actually sent a Sativa strain when I ordered an Indica (that didn’t really matter too much... at least it actually arrived). I’ve gone to escrow Sussie but with me being a new member I’m sure I’m at a loss. International buyers be ware and use this vendor at your own risk! Very disappointing experience. I hope this comment comes across as fair and factual. Only me 3rd order on here and already at a huge loss... Sad Times :(

Has anybody had any problems with underweight items? I first placed an order at the start of May. Only half the order was sent and after communication they sent the missing quarter. Or so I thought. Only an eighth arrived. Complained again. My integrity was questioned, and they said that although they didn’t believe me they would send the missing eighth. Well you guessed it, never arrived. After further communication they have accused me of being a chancer. Each amount was under what it should be as well. Has anybody else had any problems with these people?

Have been waiting on an order from the UK since Apr 18th. It's been 13 days (10 excluding weekends). Seller has been very good with comms and all round a pleasure to deal with. Tracking says RM have it and it will be updated as it passes through their network. It has been saying that since the 18th though.

I'm just wondering if anyone in Ireland has had success with an order after this long?

Start of a bank holiday weekend now and I'm down to my last couple of J's. I've never been as economical with my herb before.
