I for one. Love a british sitcom. From Dads Army, Steptoe and Son, to Porridge, Open All Hours, Fawlty Towers to Only Fools and Horses, Blackadder, Men Behaving Badly and of course so many more. Since i started smoking the beautiful erb, I find nothing more satisfying to watch in that 1 hour before you shut your eyes to sleep, than watching a classic british sitcom. I ask you guys.... which is your favourite british sitcom? Bless all and happy weekend. Kiwi!

15 Stories High with the late, great Sean Locke is great when high. Funny and absurd. I think it's still on iPlayer, BBC put it on there after he died. It really flew under the radar when it was on BBC 3 originally, but give it a go if you've not seen it.

Can anyone remember this gem of a film from 1999. I found it in my attic and it is still a masterpiece after all these years. Anyone who is nostalgic about the nineties, get it watched now! I swear, you will not be disappointed.
Great film, special for me cos i lived with director for 4 years and he wrote it during that period. So its my early 20s on film pretty much. Nice one bruvva is an evolution of how we used to scream down the phone at each other, (and still do) with names instead of bruvva.
It is superb and just represents his zest for life and fun and sillyness and funny situations. Under table snorting scene just one example of the talent in the cinematography.
If you liked this, i would urge anyone to check out his largely unknown second film "i know you know". A different affair about him and his dad and mum, but stunning in different ways. Also his older college stuff, party politics, life in the bus lane. On YT somewhere i think.
The sequel to HT is confirmed btw in case you didn't know.

Wow, that is amazing. He captured a perfect picture of life and it is totally relatable. The whole film was so well done and the cast was just spot on. You will have to tell him how amazing he is. I was 19/20 when it came out and that was a typical weekend. It just gives you the warm and fuzzies. I would be totally buzzin’ if there was a sequel. I will have to do some digging and see if I can find his other stuff. Thank you.

There were no fights, everyone loved everyone, no one got offended and it was safe! I feel bad for the young ones now. They won’t get the experiences we had. The music was on another level too.

Me too. All i need is a few puffs every couple of weeks and it was such a bummer trying to find any weed the good ol' fashioned way. I've just joined here and put my first order in. Assuming it all works out, this is going to be such a game changer. When i was a teen, my mates and me smoked that weed that was going around Ireland laced with ground up glass to make it heavier. We all had awful coughs and sore throats. Now being able to read about strains and order specific to your needs, like the hypersensitive types like you and i, just is the best thing that's happened to me for a long time.

I was tired and sick of being harassed by local dealers..... any time i would say 'no thanks', hash weight would be punctually shorter..many would stop selling or disappear or the endless waiting for a spliff.... i wanted to find a natural cure suitable for my arthritis but all i got was the usual shananigans. So i searched enlightenment on google, I was determined to find a real e-market . where being a girl doesn't mean wanting to have sex in exchange of weed, where the quality or weight you get is not based on who you are, your race or accent... where you can have the side effects and detailed descriptions of what you are going to smoke/eat, before buying! I just didn't expect to find such a lovely and sweet community of people not more haters.... violent pics... aggressive behaviours.... this is the lightest side of the dark net. Love Lb thanks

As others have said, when your needs are medical as well as recreational, you don't want crap. Outside of big cities, there is still a lot of crap around, including contaminated/poorly grown/unflushed crap. On a competitive market there is more emphasis on quality. I lurked for a while, then decided living in fear was pointless and joined up. So far seems like an awesome community.

I moved to an area where I had no contacts so I was only able to get sorted occasionally. Then I listened to a podcast about 'the dark web' which was very interesting and basically explained how to do it! I googled and found this place. I never enjoyed having to go to dodgy places with dodgy people and I have a career which would be destroyed if I had a criminal record. I am happy to pay more then I used to for all these reasons and the fact there are descriptions and reviews which allows me to buy based on the effects I want.

Total luck for me. searching online vendors and came across this absolute beautiful community. I looked at a different market before this but that seemed shady whereas this is a proper stoner community. No class A's or fake passports in sight.

I’ve known about the site for a while but as I was getting a steady supply locally I couldn’t be arsed with using bitcoin. Lockdown changed that and although local is cheaper I’ve had some real nice weed delivered so will continue to come here even when things get back to normal.

I'd been out of the scene for a while and always liked hash. Skunk strains were too strong for me to maintain any sense of normality (I know, that's the point) but I just like to gently chill with a smoke and love the taste of hash (old school sqidgy, leb, Afghan etc). All the dealers I knew and friends who smoke only have weed so I dabbled with the dark net but got ripped off a few times and gave up. Close to giving up and ringing round for an introduction to some random, I stumbled across the high and polite blog and was directed here. Was very sceptical at first but I'm so happy I gave it a try!

After 20 years of experience, I've come to believe there are so many other factors at play, that whether it's an Indica or Sativa is rendered borderline irrelevant.
I've certainly never had a bud that's made me run around like that athlete kid in Breakfast Club.

I spent close to a year living in Amsterdam. With exceptional quality buds, you can expect to receive the typical couch lock and sedation with a good Indica and a buzzy euphoric racing high with a solid Sativa.
Dr Grinspoon at Katsu coffeeshop was a pure Sativa, it was like drinking a double espresso, no ceiling to the high, it didn't roll over, one for the morning...
Apparently some Sativa's can work the opposite on some people, and can couch lock them. Amnesia Haze is a particular potent strain, whilst it's a sativa, it can deck you.
Perhaps check Leafly or Wikileaf for further advice on certain strains.

after 18 years of heavy daily smoking, in my experience indica + sativa are just buzzwords, mostly used by trendy casual smokers so they can "pick a side and have a favourite"

I think its more complicated than people think
If i vape Animal Mints or Obama Runtz at 180c I get sativa effects. If it vape Gorilla Glue 12 at 230c I will get indica effects. Yes smoking brings out the expected effects but the fact I can tweak the effects via temp makes me think its not as easy as indica/sativa
Furthermore, some sativas like Acapulco Gold or J1 are like a cup of coffee in the morning. Legit clear headed energy. Something like the Pink Lady is a sativa but it is more chilled. I think terpenes have a very big part to play in it. Maybe the kush terp has indica effects and that's why despite being a sativa, the Pink Lady doesn't hit like the J1 for example. I'm rambling a bit here but I hope you all get what I mean
If i vape Animal Mints or Obama Runtz at 180c I get sativa effects. If it vape Gorilla Glue 12 at 230c I will get indica effects. Yes smoking brings out the expected effects but the fact I can tweak the effects via temp makes me think its not as easy as indica/sativa
Furthermore, some sativas like Acapulco Gold or J1 are like a cup of coffee in the morning. Legit clear headed energy. Something like the Pink Lady is a sativa but it is more chilled. I think terpenes have a very big part to play in it. Maybe the kush terp has indica effects and that's why despite being a sativa, the Pink Lady doesn't hit like the J1 for example. I'm rambling a bit here but I hope you all get what I mean
There's a difference for me, stick to indica strains as sativa always seems to make the heart race and the anxiety then comes on and spoils the high. Maybe all in my head but happens everytime.

I've smoked 26 years, used to smoke anything and enjoy it all but now I notice a huge difference between the effects of sativas and indicas, every time I obtain an indica strain it's hugely relieving for my ptsd and post cancer surgery pains, and sativas almost always give me nasty anxiety. I'll still smoke them tho, because I'm an addict haha
I agree. Sativa is far more likely to make me anxious, whereas Indica is just a lovely, warm brain hug.
I think this is it, I’ve smoked for 20 years but didn’t notice the difference until really started to pay attention and start to use for medical rather than recreational reasons there is 0 doubt in my mind there is a very easily notiible difference. It’s natures way so everyone can be helped by this wonderful medicine, Sativa to speed things up, indica to slow things down. No one will convince me otherwise on this I’m certain if I was given a heavy sativa dom and n indica I’d know the difference within a few tokes
For me, I believe it to be true to a certain extent. I find with sativa heavy strains I feel a buzz in my head and it's above my ears. With indica heavy it's below my ears and I'm definitely more lazy. It's not a massive difference for me though. My mind tends to wander and think about more random bollocks with a sativa too. Who knows maybe it's all in the mind. All this energetic stuff I see is pure bullshit for me though. If I'm high, not much is getting done.
There are many factors that contribute to an overall feeling. I wouldn’t say Sativa/Indica is the dominating answer. That’s like saying my only expression is sad or happy... However, things get a bit more technical when you dig into it. Being able to simply explain an estimate sensation to buyers in percentage i20s80 is hugely beneficial. It helps people learn about what they’re buying, that’s not a bad thing
Seems the terpenes have a part to play, In the effect of cannabis aswell. not to mention that it seems a good %90 of strains are hybrid, you have an Interesting take non-the-less.

It’s all about harvest times. If you let the sativas trichromes go amber, then you might get a couch lock. Similarly if you harvest your indica when the trichromes are clear, then you might feel creative and focused;)
Seems to depend on people’s chemistry. I cannot take Sativa or hybrid strains any more. Make me paranoid and awful circular thoughts and insomnia. Indica Im easy like a Sontag morgen. I grew up with hash in the 90’s whi I think must have been mainly indica and I used to love smoking. When skunk came along it was hit and miss and paranoia used to be more frequent. Thanks to Lb I’ve been able to buy what suits me both in terms of hash and weed. Got some lovelY Northern Lights and Hindu Kush and Fanta hash which are right up my strasse.
This is without a doubt important to me, after years of trial and error, I've discovered my ideal is a hybrid around 80 indica and 20 sativa, so pretty much something like a og kush or something, I've found a more sativa dominant strain will mess with my head, I get hyperactive and often get headaches, I can instantly tell if the weed isn't right for me, I think it depends upon you, personally I smoke for pain relief and mainly to switch off, I like the real stoned feeling you get from indica, it's like a warm blanket for your brain, I do have a very active mind so this suits me, of course each strain and type affects us in different ways, I can't say I've really every enjoyed sativa dominant strains but when I have smoke it I find it goes really quickly as it doesn't hit the spot, I'd say I'd be active with sativa as a rule if I had to smoke it .....

It usually is one person who bred the strain, will smoke it and say this makes me feel couchlock or uplifting and then give it an approximate rating.
Since the rec market came into play all strains provide all effects you may desire from the plant.

Personally regardless of the weed is indica or sativa its the terp profile like for couch lock it would have to contain a good amount of mycrene to get this effect other terp profiles do different things I would imagine if it was indica or sativa and didnt have enough of the terp profile in either of them for what ur desired effect I dont think it's down sativa or indica more of what terp profile that weed carrys

I too have about 20 years experience smoking different strains, including solids. I normally smoke 'bud' though.
The last solid i smoked had hardly any effect on me at all - it used to make me really 'horni', 20 years ago.
However, i do notice a difference between Indicas and Sativas. I do a physical job and an Indica strain does take the aches & pains of old age away, for me personally.

I've smoked, vaped, eaten it for over 50 years. Travelled around most of the producing countries of the East & Africa in the 70s. Grown much and spent time with several breeders too. Indica, Sativa and Ruderalis are real. A zillion hybrids confuse the Taxonomy thse days.

The interaction between terpene levels and cannabinoids is most likely the explanation for the perceived differences between indica and sativa.
A lot of sativas have little to no cbd, cdb affects the way thc acts, a lot of sativas have lemon, orange or citrus terps which seem to be the more uplifting and eurphoric terps, so sativas having an uplifting effects but being more likely to induce anxiety makes sense given terp and cannabinoid profiles.

I don’t know really. A lot of it is down to the grower and how good they are. That has the most influence on affect for me.

Indica strains are the "Netflix and chill" of cannabis, known for their sedative effects that can leave you comfortably glued to the couch. On the other hand, Sativa strains are the "let's paint the living room" of cannabis, renowned for their uplifting and creative effects that can get you off the couch and into an artistic frenzy. Am I hitting the right notes here?
Interesting post, I have been thinking the same myself recently. Been smoking 20 years and I have always seeked out indicas as I preferred the couch lock but I have recently been trying to try a few sativas to try and get more of a creative high. found nothing yet, any suggestions on a strain if not just looking for a sativa?
I generally dislike pure sativas and hazes, but super silver haze is the exception for me, I've really enjoyed that many times worth considering have seen some listed on here
Dr Grinspoon, Sour Diesel, Ghost Train Haze, Mimosa. To name a few Sativa's. I spent close to a year living in Amsterdam, and I definitely noticed the difference. Sativa's or hybrids, will leave you buzzed, so best to only smoke these either morning or afternoon. Save the indica for late night, or a day on the couch with TV.

Well lads so usually I go out smoking with my friends and get stoned. When I'm driving home I'm always paranoid I'll be stopped and saliva tested and be banned off the road. Is there anyway around this.
Urine tests can detect THC for ages (dependent on various fsctors) The roadside tests are really designed to detect current intoxication but it really isn't ok to drive whilst impaired. Please don't do that :(

I wouldn't trust any online cleanser. Those saliva tests are VERY inaccurate. It's a a scandle they're actually used to decide anything of import.

Yep. Based on their efficiency I think these quick tests can always be disputed later. Of course, with help from a good lawyer

Yea drink a weak beer or a lager shandy and keep a pack of lager on the back seat minus a few cans so when they pull you they go for the breath test instead,wash your hands and face and brush your teeth and give your clothes a spray of some cologne or deoderant the smellier the better before heading home,most people that get saliva tested are stinking of weed they forget that they cant smell it but everybody else can.

I'm back with another review for you this morning :)
A few days back, I received My latest stock, of StarDawg from RB.
The stealth of the packages with RB seems to be under tests at the moment, every parcel I have had from them, in the last month, has been wrapped differently. This time, A brown envelope arrived, with another inside, then the mylar bag. I can't decide if stealth is improving or not ... Either way, It got to me, within 5 days of ordering. Which is a pretty normal time frame for RB.
Once I had opened the package, and peered inside, I could see I have been sent a batch of medium to large sized nugs, all sticky and glistening with crytsals. Covered in hairs but with a little sugar leaf still present. Normal for SD.
The smell upon opening was very earthy and dank. Just as I would expect from StarDawg :) Ever so slight sweet, diesel scent, with hashy notes to it, too! Quite pungent, too!
The smoke is smooth and pleasant. Again, those earthy dank diesely tastes are all present in the taste! It tastes pretty much as it smells :) delicious! The high, I find to be extremely relaxing and pretty potent. I tend to find the effects of StarDawg come on quite quickly, but arent too debilitating! Definitely strong enough to appease even seasoned stoners, but not too heavy headed, or body stoned for part-time puffers, either! A lovely, well bodied, all round good herb! One of my go-to for consistency in quality! This is no exception. It's not the best of the best StarDawg I've ever had, but its bloody lovely, all the same :)
The price paid for the weight received, was very good value! Radar Breeder are always great on price and My deals have always been over weight! This time, I received 7.4g for $82! Cant fault that! :)
Radar Breeder was the 1st vendor I ever used on LB, and is still one of the best IMO! The only thing that holds him back from being the best vendor on here, is his slow communications and the fact he doesnt get new stuff in, that often. But when he does, I've never been disappointed! Always good quality!

Taste/Smell - 10/10 (I love Dawg)

I find it quite an uplifting effect. It don't knock me out or nail me to the sofa I'm perfectly able to function whilst feeling great. Trial and error really to find the perfect dose. That's why I like to use capsules. One days level teaspoon could be half another days heaped one if you know what I mean. With capsules it's a measured repeatable dose.
All in all Im happy with it and definitely recommend trying some. :)

FULL CONFESSION: I normally smoke spliffs full of tobacco, not very medicinal but certainly wherever i’ve been in europe, everyone does it!
I have a MFLB (magic flight launch box) which is a small portable dry herb vape that’s been gathering dust. Been using it again lately, the efficiency and lack of stink is amazing but you can only get small tokes off it so it doesn’t really ‘hit the spot’ like a nice filthy spliff. And i don’t really trust carts/liquids since synthetic cannabinoids are such a big problem here in UK.
Anyone recommend a preferably portable dry herb vape with a bit more power? I got the MFLB like 5 years ago so I imagine the tech’s way better these days.

I use a pax at the minute, before that I used the Flower Aura which was only about 50 quid and worth every penny!
I tried about 3 cheap ones. In the end I invested in a mighty. Worth every penny. Only downside is it's pretty big. I mean it just about fits in my pocket but it's kind of a home use only thing for me. For out and about I use my best cheap one which is a nectar v2. Cost about 60 quid and is small enough to just slip in your pocket next to your phone or wallet but still hits the spot.
You’ll be hard pushed to beat the Storz & Bickel Mighty, I tried not to pay that much but inevitably the road to getting the right thing lead me to it! Buy cheap twice (or three times for me!)
If I need portability the Mighty isn’t too bad but I prefer carts attached to a small 510 battery!

I use an arizer solo2 -expensive but amazing . My last one before was a flowermate V5 nano also really good to-great for outdoors as uses discrete pods
I'm using a Boundless CF, which was a lot cheaper than the Crafty, Mighty or Pax3. It works great, I really like how discreet vaping is compared to smoking, but I seem to need to consume double the herb to get the same effect. Is it the same with the Pax or S&B vaporizers?
I found with the MFLB that no matter how much i vaped and reshuffled my herb, I could still smoke it afterwards!

I have a Pax 3 and Arizer extreme Q with Ddave mods. Both are great. For Pax3 make sure you buy an original one, a lot of fakes out there. The arizer; get the Ddave mod. Vaping is great, but there is a learning curve. A bit like pulling a good espresso. Ones you get it down, it is great and I think a nicer high.
I use a Pax 3. Superb range of temperature controls via bluetooth to your phone. Nice size bowl with different portion size adapters if you prefer a half sized bowl of herb. Good battery life as well. It has a stealth mode which eliminates any vapor smell
I have a pax3 and note it doesn’t work with iPhones anymore as Apple took the app of Istore!!

The Mighty is epic imo but very big, bigger in person actually, the Crafty plus is where I’d be going if I were you.
If you're coming from smoke and trying to quit, electronic vapes wont touch it for you IMHO.
If you're not planning to ditch tobacco you'll struggle. If you are, get a Dynavap or more likely a StickyBrick. Same concept as MFLB but neater and easier (dyna) bigger hitter (stickybrick).
Once the tobacco is long gone, electronic vapes become more useful.

I mainly use my Arizer Solo 2, its an absolute workhorse. When with friends who vape, i use the Dynavaps. I still have the odd spliff but 90% of the time im vaping and its the Arizer. .great bit of kit and there might be a few deals soon due to Black Friday events.

I got a Pax 2 a couple of months ago. Pretty much all I use now. Was on pipes, bongs & the odd spliff mixed with mallow leaf or cbd flower before. Love the way you can treat it like a spliff & go back to it for puffs. Also my lungs don’t feel so fucked when I go for a run.
No reason for me to use anything else at the moment. Does the trick well. May have a bucket session just to plumb the depths again soon though ;-)

Have a look for a Flower Aura Vaporiser. They are class. It has a chamber for hash and one for wax too. I'm the same as you. I need a kick in my throat to make up for it not being joint. This definitely does the trick. I have a Pax 2 also. Equally as good but the Flower Aura is about 55 quid :)

We thought our lovely haze was nice and the reviews speak for themselves, thank you all for supporting a new small vendor. Naturally following the success we want to increase output and we are working to do so and will make the Purple Haze a repeat grow. Still got half of it left. It's way too strong for me. I just sit there staring at the TV. Then the film or program ends and I realize I've not actually been watching it. Lol. Just managed to get my hands on some AK-47 not had that for ages. Hopefully I'll enjoy that a bit more. Supposed to be a bit more of a mix.

I used to smoke haze (saliva dominant hybrid) all day every day then quit for a couple years. Nowadays I like to try all types of flavours, most of what I get locally is indica but no complaints from me. My plug always has ridiculous flavours so it's all good!
All those years ago, I wasnt offered a choice! Mainly Hazes...but now when i buy a sativa dominant, I tend to reach for the indica pot, subconsciously for my next roll.. The brain defo loves the indicas more :P

I've been making capsules with my AVB. I infuse it in coconut oil. Most of them turn out great but maybe 2 out of 10 are very weak and don't do much. They all look identical and there's no way of knowing which are good and which are duds.
I'm pretty new to eating weed/ taking capsules as I've not been vaping long and always just smoked before.
Is there any reason for the inconsistency in strength or do other factors apply like taking them with or without food? If they could all be like the good ones it would be great.

By 2023 it will be legal, UK are taking steps daily scientifically seeing the beneficial effects. And totally agree, this is a money spinner for the government tax wise. And with the pandemic they need to kick start the economy and recoup money so I think it will happen sooner rather than later. I posted this a few days ago
One reason to legalise, when there is a significant unemployment rate (what happened in the USA), UK is estimated 4mil unemployment rate cause of Covid - You see all the way the vape shops started creeping up, then CBD came out so the CBD shops creeped out with the vape shops... Now they selling CBD Flower, I wonder how many new jobs legislation would bring considering Vape shops are still in work. just dreamin tho

I recently bought an adapter so I can use my S&B Mighty with a bong, I tried several ‘bubblers’ but they were shite and prone to leaking into Mighty when it was hot! This little set up I’m using now is immense, nice, smooth, cool and imo enhances flower with great taste! I keep looking for the Arizer Whip which fits onto the mouth piece of the Mighty with a rubber tube which fits onto a bong, but can never find stock!
What systems are other vapists using? I’ve got my eye on the Hydrology9 but I doubt it’ll be an improvement on this method, although much more practical!

Wasn’t impressed at all with the Hudrology9, great concept in theory but in reality it’s meh at best.
If you really want to run through water get a Newvape Flowerpot, mines an absolute monster man, 0-10 in 10 seconds of you wanted to be, it’s just a giant log vape really, and yes you will 100% get burned by it.

Be careful you don’t twist the adapter on too far, eventually the mighty will split open....expensive lesson learnt....
Otherwise this is my go to set-up with the mighty. I have the Arizer whip you mentioned but the adapter is a better and more elegant solution I reckon

Immediately remove the screen from the cooling unit and replace it with one of the spare fine screens included in the box. It will keep the cooling unit cleaner for longer.

Yeah I've only heard good things about it and a friend of mine won't shut the fuck up about how "clean" the high is but if I blaze a G in this thing in half an hour, will I get blazed? Lol. I shall invest in a few of the dosing caps and hopefully everything goes smoothly. Have you tried any shatter or concentrates with your one? The AVB potential seems great too, though I would have no idea what to do with it lol
Regarding shatter I sometimes drop a nice lump sandwiched with flower in a dosing cap but I’ll mostly dab shatter or use the Puffco Plus! Throw you AVW in water for a few days, I usually wait until I’ve got about 14g and use a small cafetière to do it. Change the water a few times and after 2/3 days all the nasty tasting shit is flushed! Then warm it slowly on a baking tray at a low heat to dry it, the result can be chopped finer and used for an edible of your choice, I make brownies.

Filter it all through a coffee filter. Get some empty capsules off eBay and a pipette. Fill capsules with oil and enjoy. I use size 00 capsules. I take 1 for a mild buzz and 2 is nicely stoned. Not dared try 3 yet lol. Should look something like this.

Long time no see, prices have gone mad on here and quality is worse than local going by what I've received from some vendors. Do you reckon the prices will drop a bit after the pandemic? Please don't think I'm complaining, it's the old if you don't like it go elsewhere which I have. I'd just like to start using this again as I like the community. Any new vendors over the last couple of months I should check out?
Anyway onto the main part, what do you guys do if anything with your AVB? I've got around 500 grams of the stuff minimum so would be a shame to waste it. I have done my research but most options are for edibles... well me and edibles are having a rough time at the minute after an experience like no other.
I use a plenty by Storz and Bickel, the one with the big metal cooling whip, hadn't cleaned in a year, had vaped probably close to a KG or just over in it. Obviously there was a lot of reclaim (about 4g) so I made a milkshake, holy shit never again (well with work the next day) I was stoned for 3-4 days but the last 3 weren't a nice stone. After consumption it felt more like an acid/mushrooms trip (I'd microdosed 20ug LSD that morning) I'd estimate something like 1500-2500mg THC consumed so my own fault, however yes, that's why edibles are out, my tolerance will be wild. I don't recommend this to anyone unless you have a week off and are extremely experienced.
So is there any way of removing the remaining cannabinoids that's not overly difficult? I have a reasonable knowledge of chemistry and access to some equipment but for the life of me cannot think of a way. Would pressing it work? Like a rosin press with a really shit yield? Alternatively any ideas a bigga can give?

My thinking is I vape pretty low temp sometimes, so according to my research my bud still contains 20-30% of it's active cannabinoids, if I could get even 15% out of the half kg, I'd end up with 75g of some sort of consumable product hopefully with a fairly high cannabinoid content.
My use is primarily for pain for me and my partner after kicking the opioid meds the doctor loves giving out (partner had a major trauma and broke back, hip, plus a few more and I have multiple disk issues) so any remaining active cannabinoids that can would be useful not just an only THC heavy product. However we do love to get blazed as well so a method with a lower yield but better quality end product would be best, if such a method exists.
It's not urgent, we can take days to do it, if patience yields good results I can wait months for it. Just looking for opinions from other capers. Feels like such a waste every time I see this huge ass bag of AVB and then go drop loads of cash on more weed. Need to start growing myself I think.

Long time no see, prices have gone mad on here and quality is worse than local going by what I've received from some vendors. Do you reckon the prices will drop a bit after the pandemic? Please don't think I'm complaining, it's the old if you don't like it go elsewhere which I have. I'd just like to start using this again as I like the community. Any new vendors over the last couple of months I should check out?
Anyway onto the main part, what do you guys do if anything with your AVB? I've got around 500 grams of the stuff minimum so would be a shame to waste it. I have done my research but most options are for edibles... well me and edibles are having a rough time at the minute after an experience like no other.
I use a plenty by Storz and Bickel, the one with the big metal cooling whip, hadn't cleaned in a year, had vaped probably close to a KG or just over in it. Obviously there was a lot of reclaim (about 4g) so I made a milkshake, holy shit never again (well with work the next day) I was stoned for 3-4 days but the last 3 weren't a nice stone. After consumption it felt more like an acid/mushrooms trip (I'd microdosed 20ug LSD that morning) I'd estimate something like 1500-2500mg THC consumed so my own fault, however yes, that's why edibles are out, my tolerance will be wild. I don't recommend this to anyone unless you have a week off and are extremely experienced.
So is there any way of removing the remaining cannabinoids that's not overly difficult? I have a reasonable knowledge of chemistry and access to some equipment but for the life of me cannot think of a way. Would pressing it work? Like a rosin press with a really shit yield? Alternatively any ideas a bigga can give?

I water cured my last lot of AVB in a cafetière, dried it ‘very gently‘ in the oven, chopped it into a finer consistency and added it to a Pre-done Brownie mix (not all of it) and it knocked my head off lol
Sieve your decarbed bud, then put it into capsules (00 size). I bash two of these every morning, noon and evening. Keeps things limber! Better effects after meals and the uptake seems better. Your poop will stink a bit, but no pain no gain!
As above. Capsules. I infuse mine in coconut oil first though. Seems to be a little less harsh. Don't get the weed smelling burps/farts as much either.
Actually, I've been significantly reducing my vaping of herb due to rising costs (and tolerance). I had a ton of AVB up until now, but have been bashing the capsules (and also sharing with my wife, as she has some shoulder pain that she doesn't want painkillers for). One thing I will say for sure is that it's a highly efficient way of medicating. It lacks the impact of a dab or bong hit, but can definitely get you through the day. Nowadays I tend to vape pure distillate and edibles. If you would like to shift some of that AVB though, I'd be happy to make a contribution to you of your choosing (within reason). It's always nice to have in an emergency (like a pandemic). To cut a long story short though, I think capsules are probably the most accurate way of dosing (with some trial and error, of course). There's someone selling "decarb for edibles" that looks almost suspiciously exactly like my AVB at the moment. Maybe I should list as decarbed weed... joking of course. Ive had no dealings with that vendor so couldn't say for sure, just at first glance looks like vaped bud.

Ok, so here's my problem. My Mrs hates me smoking spliffs (my preferred method) but is quite happy for me to vape. She even joins in more times than not. I'm currently vaping with a nectar V2. I'm getting through on average 3 bowls full a night. So probably an 8th in 3 days.
Granted, I'm furloughed and bored as right now but I'd normally get a week out of an 8th smoking.
Looks like vaping is my only realistic option of consumption (I think she just don't want the neighbors smelling me smoking) so thinking about investing in some better equipment if I'll get more bang for buck. I'm looking at the mighty, but at £250 it's quite an investment. Rather spend that on weed tbh lol.

I was of the same opinion, the Mighty is rich pickings but better than buying cheap several times before realising you should have just made the investment to begin with.

Says you can use liquids in it as well using the little Brillo pad. What sort of liquid do we use? I'm way new to anything other than weed and hash. Not really got a clue. My mate gave me some stuff you mix with ejuice. He said just put a couple of drops in the tank with normal juice. Can I use that? What about wax? Never tried anything like that.
I’ve had about 8 different vapes including pax firefly flower mate ect but the mighty is the best IMO. Expensive and a slow heat up time but I use it exclusively now. I have the little dosing pods that make it even easier and keeps it clean. Can’t really say about efficiency as I haven’t smoked joints for years and can’t remember ? but I found it to be more efficient than other vapes I’ve tried. Hope that helps

Do you use the already vaped bud for edibles/infusing oil etc? You will really get more bang for your buck if you do.

I've started experimenting. I infused some coconut oil and added some to a cookie mix. They was a bit weak. I'm nervous about dosing for edibles cos I way over did it once. I've bought some capsules to fill with the oil so I'll try one of those and see how I get on. :)

Sounds great, glad it turned out good for you. I'm currently vaping with a splinter Z. Produces great clouds and gets me high.
Yeah, I find that smaller amounts do a lot further, and get me a lot higher with a decent vape, so long as temps are kept in the 175-200 range (depending on the vape in question, and how close the herb is to the heater)
If you're not keen on the huge investment but want to know it will last a long time then I'd recommend looking into the Dynavap series. They're virtually indestructible and they're much more like smoking a spliff. The taste is great at lower temps and I can get bigger hits with the Dynavap M than I can with the Mighty. You can also hook them up to a bong no problem.

In my opinion the main plus with the Cano is that it does the sucking for you.
After using the Plenty or crafty for a while you can suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

For me the most truest haze is amnesia. It stands out from the rest for me. You can always tell when you’ve got amnesia. It carries the heaviest buzz out of them all too in my opinion. Hence the name lol

If your interest in haze is due to the uplifting cerebral effects or it's taste, then Orange Sherbet by Fast Buds, NOT Barney's Farm . It's awesome and energetic but I'm not sure on it's heritage. It's an auto though so limited yield.

Hey guy's, just recently bought a vape (Brand name slips my mind currently but was £40) and have tried it a few times and was left underwhelmed considering all the great things I've heard. A joint with same amount seems hell more potent than the vape, I was wondering if there was something i missed or whether the Vape needs to be higher quality.
To note, I smoke quite heavily averaging 3-4 joints across a day or so to help alleviate some chronic pain issues.

You need a high end vape if you’re a regular user. Dynavap, Pax 2 or 3, Mighty or Nebula X would be my recommendation to you.

I was getting through an 8th in like 2 or 3 days and not really feeling it that much. Smoking an 8th would last me a week. Nebula One - 2ND Edition - Portable Premium Vaporizer Loose Leaf Dry Herb Vape purchased based on price and reviews seemed to be good tbh, should have invested more seems to be the issue.
Bruh...I smoke about that conservatively and for sure I can tell you it’s not that u are too hardcore for vaping just too hardcore for that vaporizer. All that cheap tech is garbage for those who appreciate it. Invest in the best bro you are going to be using it everyday for years pay how much you would spend on an ounce or about you know what I mean? How long will an oz last, it’s an investmentccs I used the old vapor bro’s model (not hands free and I love it just have to learn how to change the screen online but it gets hot enough to feel like I don’t have to smoke and nothing else not even their hands free model did that I think because they had to regulate the temp to prevent burning.

Why don't you turn off the tv and do something else instead. I've shortened the phrase but certainly older members of this lb community will remember it. But now that we all have been in lockdown for a while, what films, box sets and tv have you been watching? Also if you have been watching stuff whilst stoned did it bring a new perspective or meaning to something, perhaps with something you have watched before, perhaps many times. I watched "The Nun " for the 2nd time whilst under the influence and it freaked me out a bit, especially as I live on my own. After watching that every sound I heard around my place and nearby was freaky lol.
I used to watch that in the summer holidays usually on at 9.30 after The Pink Panther show the kids on it were annoying cunts and usually were from Newcastle or Belfast.

I play on ps4 as well as a recently acquired hacked SNES mini (old games are HARD!) I don't necessarily think I play better while stoned but I definitely enjoy it more. I find it much more immersive after a smoke, like I can forget about the rest of the world for a while while I'm playing.

Does anyone else find that when vaping, you get to a certain level of highness then it's impossible to get any higher? I'm getting through about double the amount vaping than I would if I was smoking and not feeling anywhere near as high. It's not the weed as I tried a j and was completely mashed.

I have the same problem,i got a volvano digital and havnt used it much as i get higher doing a waterfall bucket and joint,i have been trying diff methods ie heat and diff bud or even hash but the hash is really tricky in the volcano i still havnt got a proper vape from it
vape at EXACTLY 392 degrees Farenheit (200 Celsius) for the best effect. That is the temperature that combusts all the good stuff without wasting much (THC combusts at 315 D.F.). Higher will just waste more.

I used to have the same problem, vaping ain't like smoking. When smoking you get all available cannabinoids in the plant matter, when vaping you only really get THC because vape doesn't get hot enough to vaporise CBD.

I have been saving the AVB. Wasn't sure what to do with it. Was going to try the coconut oil capsules. How much do you put in a yoghurt? I did try a bit on some toast. I used about 1/4 teaspoon. Sorry but this is just all sorts of bollocks. Saying vaping doesn't get hot enough is highly dependable on what vaporiser you are using, most (decent) vapes will easily reach above 220C which is more than enough heat to extract nearly 80% of the cannabinoids in the weed CBD being one of them.
If you are after better effects you need to dial in your temps to the correct levels, for maximum effects anywhere between 205-230C will deliver quite the hit but it may taste not as good as a low temp flavour hit.
Vaping is very different and a few degrees can make all the difference to your experience, if you have a decent vaporiser and it's not doing shit for you chances are it's down to human error.
I would suggest starting at 200c and rising to find the sweet spot for your vape.
If you are after better effects you need to dial in your temps to the correct levels, for maximum effects anywhere between 205-230C will deliver quite the hit but it may taste not as good as a low temp flavour hit.

Do you mix the weed with tobacco or just smoke it neat? When I stopped smoking cigarettes and joints it took time to adjust not getting the tobacco buzz and appreciating the cleaner buzz from the vape. It did take a month or so to adjust but I wouldn’t go back now. What vaporiser are you using?
I mix with tobacco in a joint. I'm using a nectar V2. I usually set it to about 190 - 200 degrees depending on how it tastes. How many drags should I be getting out of a chamber full? I usually half fill it for myself and add more if the Mrs is having a bit. Probably taking 10 hits before it tastes bad.

Just to put in my 2 pence a Dynavap is literally the only thing to help me quit spliffs and cigs back in November.

I hope I have the same experience. Is it essential to use a torch lighter or will a clipper be okay in your opinion?
It's quicker and easier with a torch lighter, I have to fill it up once a day but a can of gas still lasts 3 weeks at 99p a pop so not to bad!
It's possible to use a clipper but will take longer and harder to heat up all the bud evenly.

your first paragraph is spot on. There is a difference between a bong hit & a vape hit.
For Me-I like to hit both along with an edible (Green Dragon, preferably) and a cart hit for 4 similar, but different effects.

I think it's carbon monoxide you're missing. Which I found was responsible for a lot of the lethargy when smoking. Try reaching the higher temperatures with your vape. Might deliver more of that couch locked feeling. For me about 180 is my day time. Uplifting and happy. Before bed I raise it up to about 190-200 and that makes me sit and shush.
I'll give that a go. Think it goes up to 225 max so got a bit to play with. Just tastes a burnt quicker when it's higher. Should I keep taking hits when it tastes burnt or is it done at that point? Usually get about 10 hits before I chuck it in the collection jar.
I use a dry herb vape and found the same- wasnt getting the couchlock feeling I was after. I was mostly vaping at lower temperatures eg 140-150C. However, later read up on it and found out I was vaping at temperatures that were too low.
I found that by increasing it to max 200-220C you get way more bang for your buck. Even at these temperatures, all of the thc is still not evaporating. You can still smoke remaining herb for an effect, even though it smells horrible. Terpenes are gone but some of the THC remains.

Yo all, so through the time I started vaping we've saved up a pretty large amount of AVB, what do you guys normally do with it i.e edibles, oils, drinks maybe? what have you found the best way to consume it?
I save up approx 1oz and then do a water wash for a few days. After that I tend to infuse it into something so I can make food. Last time I made infused coconut oil and soon in making some corn syrup for gummies. It’s sort of a guessing game strength wise but I tend to work from the idea that the avb is still a few % thc etc so you can estimate the total mg from that.

What vape are you running for that AVB? It’ll have a lot left in it as that’s a nice light brown, should do real well off edibles with that.
Bam! Beat me to my answer, I’ve only done it twice, both times in Brownie mix as got me slammed, I did put about 10g in 2 brownies though so what did I expect... first experience with edibles and it was actually one of the nicest chilled stones I’ve ever had.
Yeah me too really man it turned out really good, I thought it might make them taste a bit nasty but you couldn't detect it was in there at all, slapped some fudge icing on top for good measure haha
I wasn’t as pro as you and didn’t bother with the icing but I was well surprised how little you could taste it in there, not sure in a blind test if I could have so I was well impressed. What did you think about the high?! I was shocked just how much I got off some old AVB tbh but I did put a lot in there.
I guess that works as well then! The only reason I do the water wash is because I already don’t really like the taste of weed in edibles and I find AVB to be extra bad and sometimes it doesn’t make me feel great - the wash seems to remove a lot of the plant waxes etc which helps with that

What temp did you burn it at? I typically grind it up again which will turn it into dust, then chuck it in the volcano at 215 degrees - you can get one XL bag of pretty strong smoke. You'll feel like your insides are 50 years older though.

Hey man, probably around 220C for the majority I reckon in the dynavap but it will vary a little, I can imagine hitting all this in a bag been proper nasty lol
