That's a very good response, with multiple solutions, INCLUDING the option for you to propose your own solution if you wasn't happy with the options given. Did you offer them a solution you would be happy with?

LB doesn't have a stock counter, it's not always on the vendor when an item over sells. I appreciate it's frustrating, but these things happen. I think the way issues are dealt with says alot, and the vendor has done great here.

Good luck ordering from some other vendors, who's normal practice is to send sub par replacements without even contacting you.

We know about the lack of stock counter Hesh because we have been hanging around here a bit now.

Paulio is a relatively new account so might not be aware of that, or have made many orders at all to have confidence in the vendors on here

I suspect that if they had actually just messaged you rather than leave it, they would have established that the NDD option was.also a priority for you and resolved it.
