Its not my daily driver put it that way😁

I still have quite a bit of charcoal left probably over 100 pieces. I ordered quite a bit from Dan when I bought it. Its a wonderfully tactile thing. More to look at than use in my case. But it does get used sometimes when Im out and about instead of the dynavap but rarely.

Not a custom RBT but a Milaana 3 and my handheld daily since getting it about a month ago.

For anyone who doesn't realise quite how rare are islandbuds vapes are, if I had joined the waiting list for a nomad when I quit smoking 18mths ago my turn to pick a design wouldn't have arrived yet and production would still be at least a couple of years away, the Okin makes the nomad look common in comparison.

For the first time ever on LB I have serious vape envy

For sure. I think thats one of the reasons they get looked at more than used. But dont get me wrong they are perfectly functional vapes both have learning curves to get best use out of them but they work beautifully.

I was real lucky too and caught the forever changes tour at the 02 with half orchestra, and stripped back in king tuts and queens hall with baby lemonade, absolutely amazing gigs.

I was at the Queens Hall gig too. Kind of wish he stopped playing just a little earlier, the new songs were funny but maybe not so great. "Maybe the People" is just such a classic track.

Hey guys! Sadly my beloved "Flowermate Pro 5" that Ive had for the last 7 years,finally "gave up the vaping ghost" last night after so many incredible vapes and highs...Now don't get me wrong,Ive got other replacements standing by like my Sapphire and Pax 3, but I'm wondering, with the price of bud these days and all the amazing variety of strain tastes to be found through our wonderful LB Vendors,is it time to shell out some serious cash and get myself the best vaporizer money can buy?...Ive heard that the "Mighty" is pretty much the Rolls Royce of vapes,so shall I go for this,or should I consider others on the market? So what do you think? Any "Mighty" owners thoughts would be welcome including competitors....Many Thanks Guys...Peace and Much Respect to You All :)

The mighty great but is is not the rolls Royce of vapes , it's a 2010 BMW 5 series 5 door diesel.

If you want electronic and tasty and hard hitting get a tinymight 😉

I prefer unregulated devices but that's definitely not for everyone

I would like to try the Tinymight. I’m put off by the crappy temperature dial, I like to have a precise number as I switch between low temp CBD and high temp hash and I like a readout that confirms it. I’ll also probably break the glass, and there is something about a rattle that sounds all the time?🤔

The temp dial works brilliantly, and you will still be able to kick it up through the gears if that’s how you like to vape. But tbh the tiny might is designed for hitting your bowl in one not session vaping. And as a result the temp dial is kind of a mute point set to 6 or 7 and rip your bowl in one.

It vibrates whilst it’s heating up and stops when it’s at temp. And I’m pretty sure my mighty vibrates as well so 🤷‍♂️

And don’t get me started on the flavour, you’ve not experienced anything like it unless you have a vapman or all glass vapes

Imo you should be vaping the cbd at a higher temp compared with thc as cbd’s vapourisation temp is 10c higher than thc if I remember correctly ;)

Good point BB, but I actually vape 1:1 CBD: THC and I find the lower temp (175c) on these particular varieties hits a sweet spot for a daytime lift👍😎

I used to do that 1:1 thing but for me I found the thc wasn’t hitting me nicely and I was paying out twice the cost per month as buying cbd weed also. Meant to be the best for health though;)

Yeah, it’s very much part of a ‘repertoire’ 😉…I’ll vape the CBD/THC on a morning dog walk when I need a lift, it’s just the job for the day ahead. I bought ‘CBD Bomb’ and ‘CBD Euphoria’ from The Cheesemaster- both lovely grows and 7-10% old school THC levels.
Plus I feel healthy like I’m having a granola bar rather than a Yorkie😂👍

Hmmm....thats very interesting regarding The Cheesemaster...ive seen his shop and always thought CBD weed was not worth the money...didnt know that there was 7-10% thc in his strains...quite like those levels....will have to look at his page again!...Thanks!

They are really fine examples, but he also does them in tester volumes from 1g and free postage so there is no reason not to try! 👍🥳

With the exception of some of the custom build electronic vapes which you need to be on mailing lists and/or product drops to buy it's arguably from a hit perspective in a class of its own.

The firefly 2 is renowned for its flavour and fussiness in technique of draw and cleaning needed.

Tinymight the heater has some much surface area the amount of calories it gets into the air is ridiculous, also really good for flavour, more stem options from custom people if that floats your boat

I would buy a firefly for the novelty and if it came up dirt cheap.

The only reason I don't own a tinymight is because I have a rbt mi3 and that has scratched that itch for the moment 😉

…and the last time I looked you can’t buy them in the UK and they wanted a €65 ‘Brexit Fee’ to ship it, and then you are going to get seriously messed about if you need to return it🫣

Apparently vapefiend in July, that’s what tinymight told me but when I asked vapefiend , they were unaware of that. I was hoping to be able to vape hash a bit quicker as well;) the mighty is a bit slow for hash imo.

Yes,based on what you have just mentioned I think I also will get a Tinymight from VF! I like to vape hash as well,but am currently using my old Flowermate for that, as the temp goes up to 230c(20c higher than the Mighty)...Its not bad, but if TM does a better job,its worth a buy!!

I got it;) it’s pretty good;) definitely a faster extraction. Problems for me are you need to make sure everything is ok with the seals, gauzes and the battery runs out fast. The mighty is definitely better as an all round great vape but the tinymight is more efficient and more tasty. ;)

Basically the tinymight is a Lamborghini, hits a like a bong and guzzling power. The mighty is a tank with a big tank but still slow;) yeah save your money, or take a look at the tetra p80;)

The mighty really isn’t the best use of your money, and I’m talking from experience.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND !!!!

However there are plenty of vaporisers out there that are excellent. As deadrabb1t said the tinymight is great and a much more hard hitting vape than a mighty. You can consume 0.2 g in one hit compared to a twenty minute session on the mighty.

The anvil is another excellent vape but not easy to get at the moment.

Xmax v3 is worth a shout not as expensive as the other two but performs nearly as well.

Watch some videos and find a vape where the ritual of using it suits your life style and you should be good.

FYI the anvil is brutal

It more depends on how you want to vape rather than someone telling you there favourite.

Hello dreamer 420,

Mighty is really the rolls Royce of the vapes. The taste that comes, the amount of vapors while exhaling, the super battery...

Mine is about to die after more then 8 years surving intense use... Incluind flowers, hash and extracts, taking him to beach , rain, falling down from my pocket.. at this point the temperature led is broken, the outside plastics also a bite broken BUT the engine and battery are working very well!

I have bought more vapes like Da Vinci (they were selling it saying the ceramic chamber gives a better taste) and tried for a while Pax 3.

Mighty is still another level specially because of the amount of vape that it gets.

Wow GH, your post really proves what a work horse the Mighty is!👍 I love mine too, but I accept that it is now deeply ‘untrendy’ amongst the vape glitterati 🤩 with all the sleek little beauties that have hit the market since it was born. I think S&B missed a few chances with the new Mighty+, they didn’t need to make it smaller because there is the Crafty but a detachable battery so you can have spares on the move would have been an easy win.
But for a weed/hash/concentrates piece of kit that is utterly reliable and virtually unbreakable, I’ve yet to beat it….😉

Like you said, you probably will use it for many years.. does it worth it to risk to safe couple of bucks?

I have listen to many people that buy a cheap vape to quite smoking... And then they don't get high or see vape out of their mouth. And simply give up on vaping .

Because you are use to vape maybe you can risk in a less expensive device

Mighty users are happy with it to the point to.come to this topic defending it like it was a football team (like we are doing 😂)

Mighty owners are like iPhone users it's great that it works and your so happy with it but there are many other options.

For the record is I class my dynavaps as 1 I currently own 38 different vapourisers and use 36 of them ( 2 are beyond awful) in a regular rotation depending on my day, how much pain relief I need at a given time, how much time I have etc.

The mighty is a great vape, it's not the rolls Royce its a 2010 BMW 5 series , old boring and reliable

If that works for you brilliant but please acknowledge there are other viable options

Mighty is hands down the best for flavour and density of vapour. I haven't tried them all but the Mighty stands out as a clear winner of the ones I have...which is why I have one in my hand right now. Mmmmmmmmmm...yummy!

I think it's hard to beat the Mighty+ , but it's on the pricey side.

Crafty+ is a great choice and is more portable. Arizer solo 2 is also a good choice it's on the cheaper side compared to the others and is also portable. I use the Solo 2 and I'm happy with it

I have a mighty plus and use it with dosing capsules. I put 0.1 in each have 10 a day ish and love it. When it's being cleaned and if I can't wait for a vape I use my XMAX probut self load the herb. I'm an ex smoker and wish I had heard about the tiny might. Maybe I'll get that and try it myself.

If you are into the ‘Art Of The Vape’ and want to spend as much time fiddling with glass and whips and screens and butane etc etc as you do getting high then the Mighty is an abomination.
If that doesn’t really float your boat and you want the most reliable quality vape delivery for your weed/hash/concentrates in a pick up and hit then you’ll quickly realise why the Mighty hasn’t really changed in a decade.
You won’t be down with the cool kids, but you’ll know why you love it! ❤️😉

Yes...S&B must be doing something right! Shame the Mighty is mainly made of plastic though...I feel for that price and quality,it should be a different material...but if it works...it works!

The only truly naff bit of plastic is the mouthpiece 😟…ensure you buy a glass one, or my favourite is the titanium- it’s cool on the lips and has a wide air path…

I will need to buy an adapter anyway for the water tools(Budgie & Aquavape) that I always use when vaping...I also after filling with water,put them in the fridge to cool the vape further :)

The Mighty is a sturdy, dependable vape. As mentioned, some vapes hit harder, some have better flavour, etc. If you are a vape enthusiast like DR, youll likely find something more to your taste but if youre just looking for something good without experimenting with loads of different units, the Mighty usually satisfies the buyer. Its a simple, unspectacular device which does the job.

You might prefer a desktop type like the Volcano, vapexhale cloud evo, Arizer extreme Q or the Herbalizer. Im no expert on these things. If you want to be sure, you should listen to guys like DR as he clearly has a lot of experience with vapes. Much of it depends on what you specifically want : portability, strong hits, flavour, battery life, dependability, cost. Ive only ever owned the Mighty and it does the job.

In saying that, the Tinymight is also highly rated. If you prefer bigger hits, that might be a better option.

It is good to have a selection depending on the occasion. I have the Arizer Extreme Q as a desktop ‘cos sometimes 🎈 balloons are just great fun…other times portability and stealth is most important…😶‍🌫️

Yes agreed! My Volcano makes me laugh on the rare occasions Ive used it(specially after a few hits!)...The pure theater of the bag inflating like some strange sex devise leaves me in stitches!!!(I'm reminded of Del Boy and the inflatable dolls! remember?!)

The mouthpiece is dual purpose and also acts as a wpa so you can hook it up to a bong. This is the best way to experience the tinymight imho

Thanks mate...Ive also ordered a water tool connector,stand and a 6 slot dosing cartridge but the total for all that is £296 so I think its a good price and should last me my vaping life(hopefully!) Cheers!

They still charge nearly €70 in ‘Brexit Tax’ but the whole cost with delivery still comes to £260 so that might not be too bad…but my Mighty just keeps on going! 🙃

Thanks mate...the water tool I use with all my vapes is "The Budgie" which I bought from Vapefiend...It works brilliantly on the Mighty(you need to buy the adapter as well to use the Budgie)

Oh cool, I have a budgie a friend gave me but I just need to get the adaptor👍…so it really makes a difference over the cooling tower yeah?…how much water do you put in it?…sorry about the daft questions 😉😂

You fill the Budgie about 1-2 cms above the peculator...the adaptor is also for sale at Vapefiend at £17.99...also a little trick is to fill the Budgie up and then place in your fridge for an hour or two...this further cools the vaper and is much better than just using the Mighty without any water tools...Hope this is useful mate :)
