Hey there LB’s
Apologies for the noob question this has just not happened before.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
Although I’m calm about it, it’s slightly unnerving.
I recently placed an order with a reputable and well known vendor on here but due to issues on his end,
He was cancelling orders he could no longer fulfill.
Knowing my order was placed just yesterday afternoon, I felt a bit worried knowing I would have to cancel an order or be cancelled eventually.
So I took it upon myself to cancel the order as it was going to be anyways and try to get my money back to use for a different vendor.
Now the panic of not having done this before set in and I’m unsure of how long and when my Bitcoin will be returned by transaxe.com.
I have messaged the vendor to say I cancelled due to his issues and I hope all is well.
I then messaged the support for transaxe, stating i cancelled my order before it was down as ‘sent’ and now I’m unsure of what happens now.
I’m aware I’ve not lost my money in a scam but I am unsure of how long until I get it back.
I have read some LB’s in similar situations have had it go back automatically in 12 hours and others have had to send off their own BTC address to get the money refunded…
All of this (including btc sent and confirmed and then cancelled after vendor couldn’t fulfill order) has happened within 25 hours give or take and I only cancelled my order around 2 hours ago after reading my vendors “topics” and reading the issues he was having.
What should I do ? Or more to the point, in my situation explained above, what is likely to happen next ?
I believe I’ve messaged the right people and I’m assuming I just wait to be messaged back about it.
Any advice on what to do or what to expect to happen would be greatly welcome at this time.
