Like Burgle says it could just be RM delays, but you should still get good comms and even if they don’t provide the tracking to you they should check it and update you.
The first thing you should do is change your choice of vendor. There are just so many options it’s crazy not to.
You can raise a dispute via a tab that will appear on your order page after 9 days. There is obviously a good chance that it will appear by then, hopefully. If it’s a quality issue then you should try and resolve it with the vendor. If they refuse to engage with you then you can still dispute it and auto settlement Borg will offer a % resolution dependent on ‘reputation’ of both parties.
