I ordered thru TG on April 19, it's now 6 days later (April 24) and I have yet to get confirmation that my order has been placed. Since you have to pay beforehand on TG, I'm starting to feel a little uneasy. Their menu link went down a couple days before I ordered. This makes me suspicious that the payment addresses on the menu were swapped out and an imposter is now acting as Pistach. If anyone can confirm they've placed and received an order since April 17th I'd really appreciate it.
having similar experince with selective replies, lesson learned though will be sticking on site from now on.

forgot to update this but i eventually received the pack and got a 15% coupon for my troubles. for what it's worth, Pistach didn't lead me off the site, I actually found the TG group first. i'm not hip to all the news/drama here but i thought i'd add that since people seemed to be concerned about it.
I never had problem once with pistach. Buds are top shelf even some of their low budget. Also very reliable for me. Only one to two days wait always with this vendor. Got some pukka pink rozay to took into. Keep up good work pistach. Loves

ordered well within cut off time on friday, marked as sent an hour later. asked for the tracking number as it doesnt arrive saturday. im sent tracking number on tuesday to see royal mail still waiting on the parcel. 'sender is preparing item' so it has a label but its never been scanned into royal mail. not replying to certain messages, v dissapointed, no weed left. will be opening a dispute asap if it doesnt arrive.
im more than happy to eat my words and apologise if this is handled properly. raging atm though

Paid for ndd no sign of mine. Still waiting on tracking number. Even made trip to sorting office to check if it was there (having a mare with getting post delivered to my flats.)
Just out of curiosity did your tracking status change before delivery? As this happened to me and just appeared?
Was it 1st class signed for or a different service? Obv there was a bank holiday to keep in mind could just be royal mail haven't scanned it yet. I placed an order last week took 2 days 1st class signed for but no bank holidays involved. So hopefully it drops for you soon.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm is what it says on tracking but i had ordered special saturday delivery, marked as sent on the friday before 2pm. also says sender preparing item on sat 2:10 am, would assume the lable was printed then or something not sent friday as stated. Could be wrong tho. hopefully drops soon but i have a feeling it wont
this dispute is re-opened, please reach settlement with the buyer to avoid financial penalty. once they send us a message the dispute will be closed.
Hi andiie yes. It got sorted. 75 days later. They said they were shut but I ordered on the 12th and they closed aftet that. Even got a sent message. This was the second time this happened so I have had to stop buying from this vendor. Gave them Chances to sort it out to the point i would have preferred to have something else of the same value. Luckily i got stuff off the street (which defeats the point of Little Biggy).
