Same here. Ordered on the 29/12 and paid NDD and nothing has arrived 2 days later. Gutted.

Same. Ordered early hours on the 29th... Wasn't marked 'sent' until gone 5pm that day. I've asked for a tracking number. If my messages are ignored again, straight to dispute.

Same. Ordered before 1pm, item marked as sent and then zilch. Massive pain in the arse considering no post until Tuesday. RM rarely fuck up and i found that delays are (nearly) always due to vendor fucking up.

The same thing has happened to me.

They've not been online, message hasn't been answered. Dispute it is. I can't remember the last time I had to do this... quite sad really. It's Escrow Suisse I message, isn't it?

Messages have been ignored, no proof of postage. I'll be arguing the case it wasn't sent. Pistach was given right to reply before the dispute. If they can produce a tracking number and respond, no problem. But the ignorance is a JOKE. Grown adults don't do business like this. So yes, dispute after two days and a lot longer for Others. The earliest it can possibly arrive is a week, so I am getting the ball rolling now.

Absolutely dispute after 2 days.
You should be able to dispute an order from the moment that it's been marked as sent if the vendor is found to be lying at any point.

1. Pay for NDD, (7 hours before the vendors cut off for same day post and ordered ONLY after confirming that this particular vendor has made a topic where they've categorically stated that items will be posted every day that Royal Mail is operating

2. Vendor marks as sent

3. Nothing arrives, no communications, vendor can't provide tracking number because it didn't get sent.

4. REFUND

Basic logic... Adds up. My thoughts exactly.

Weird, I did literally the same thing, ordered 1st ndd same day and it was marked sent around 5pm aswell which obviously misses the earlie pickup for that day.

Last time this happened to me personally pistach said it was Christmas delays, weirdly I checked the tracking when it turned up and it wasn't sent until I sent a message asking where it was I think 2 days after I initially ordered but was told straight up "sorry Christmas delays" (tracking showed it sent same evening I asked where it was).

I'm thinking pistach is doing what others do now and just randomly marking things as sent which is frustrating... don't mark it sent if its not (directed at all sellers with that!).

Seems like pistach either needs to sort this ASAP or alot of disputes will be coming in from people by the seems of it.

Same here, but am just wondering if it could be RM delays on Pistachs side (as in delay taking order from there post office to depot etc). Although it's annoying timing am still happy to give the benefit of the doubt. As it's still only 2 days late for now..

I'm sure Pistach would be urgently scrambling to send us all our tracking numbers if that was the case. Unfortunately some vendors rely on the naivety of the few and keep them strung along until the coin is released.

It is simple. : if you cannot provide tracking that says it's stuck at RM, then it hasn't been sent.

Nobody in their right mind would be armed with all that tracking info and then ghost their customers if they're legit. Literally just wouldn't do it. They have no evidence of anything. Everybody should dispute immediately

That is why we pay for NDD and tracking. When messages are blatantly ignored, RM ceases to be the issue.

Same here again. Ordered early 20th December, paid NDD and nothing so far - now 11days later and suspect it won’t be arriving for a while yet. Have asked for tracking number but messages are being ignored, apart from a reply days ago saying to expect RM delays. Most likely something has gone slightly awry at vendors end as opposed to RM if others are experiencing the same issue. Normally Pistache is great and I’ve only ever had good experiences with them but this is dragging on a bit and I’ll prob be opening up a dispute soon if they can’t be bothered to communicate.
Thank fuck managed to sort some out elsewhere otherwise it would be a dry New Year.

Ditto, trying to dispute but option isn't there on order page like it used to be. My message has been read, yet I have no response and I paid for NDD. Ordered 6am and marked as sent at 5-6pm. Nothing yesterday, gave benefit of the doubt and nothing again today. An order placed with another vendor at 3pm on the same day arrived without an issue which is quite ironic considering that the order from Pistach was a fail safe incase of the other order not arriving in time. Turns out it was that order that actually saved the day.

Your dispute should be available from about 11 Jan (I think).

Yeah there was a time before when the "dispute" link was on the order page from the moment the order was placed. Looks like you have to give it the ten days before it becomes available now. I'll be contacting escrow regardless. Just need to find a link to them again. As far as I'm concerned, if Pistach cannot immediately provide a tracking number attached to my address with evidence of posting on the correct day, as per their own terms, then I should immediately be entitled to a refund.

Absolutely mate! You 100% deserve a refund for being lied to.

I'd have 110% more respect for these vendors if they would just be honest, guess that's hard to come by in this business though ;) a simple "sorry we're bogged down, we'll get to you soon" or just straight up cancel the order and I'd happily try there services again!

Yeah exactly that. Cancel the order, "really sorry temporarily out of service", coin back in wallet, grab something else for now, come back again later. Honest. Transparent. Communication. Simples

Same mate, "posted" on the 29th but 100% sure they haven't even sent it yet, and they even messaged me that it's been posted. Royal Mail are always spot on with NDD packs.

Pistach are usually highly reliable but this is a second time that a NDD order hasn't arrived next day. 3 days late, Not sure what going on but pissed as its New Years eve and I'm left high and dry. Post is always spot on with other vendors so not sure what is going on here.

He probably just hasn't sent anything mate, I'm happy to eat my words if I'm wrong and apologize but I've been using these markets both dark and clearnet for years now and I know how this game goes... Vendors think we're fucking stupid (well, some are but I digress... ;) )

Pistach's service hs fallen off a cliff as far as i am concerned. a couple of months ago i would have said he was my no 1 reliable vendor for a NDD...omg second time over Xmas i have a pack missing. sent on a NDD but doesnt arrive. now i have to reorder from someone else and try to get a NDD for saturday at new year...my electric bill dated the 28th arived today, YMH NDD arrived 2 days ago. Ive had loads before from him and know it will arrive but OMG the stress....just put it on a fucking NDD...whats so difficult? and when i do get a message the NDD hasnt arrived in 3 days?? i give up with this one. not worth the stress and waiting for the postman every morning at half past seven. ffs mate.

I had to file a dispute with Pistach (old account) and was similarly annoyed by response times... But then I got a re-ship by tracked post closely followed by the original order (day 19 iirc) so we closed the dispute and agreed a deal on the double order and we were both happy.

I think just busy rather than ill intent, but I wouldn't hesitate opening the dispute.

Hopefully you're right. I waited a long time to message Pistach, considering covid and xmas plus all the bank holidays etc, then messaged on two separate occasions which were both ignored. I hate that it came to this as I've purchased from Pistach before successfully, but I have opened a dispute. We'll see I guess..

I've started a dispute. Will keep this post updated as things progress. I've seen another post with a few people also having issues from this vendor. I don't mind items being late, but the lack of communication is just rude. At this point, Pistach have my money, and I have nothing to show for it.

There is no stigma in opening a dispute..it protects your coin. If it’s resolved (most are), you simply let escrow know and it’s cancelled…job done..👍

Hi sorry to hear this, Pistach is usually a very reliable vendor in my experience. But if your not getting a reply you’ll need to open a dispute before the date is up. Hope this helps and hope all gets sorted buddy 🙂

This happened to me mid-Dec. Pistach absolutely taking the piss with orders. I ordered NDD on 4th Dec. 5 days later, nothing. After 7 ignored messages. I got a reply saying “what’s your address” replied with address. Another few days, nothing. Eventually said I was going to begrudgingly dispute and what do you know. It arrives the next day. So I ordered the 4th. Didn’t arrive until the 22nd and on the package I received it is listed as sent 21st. Absolute bullshit artist and won’t be ordering again. Comms are ridiculously poor.

Will probably give you a better idea of what's going on, still people waiting though so don't think your the only one.

(Your 29th parcel at the earliest got posted on the 4th as some are reporting, nothing got posted on time it would seem and we all got told it was delays by rm or similar... also a reason why 3 times my request for a TN was ignored I believe).
