Taking money but no product paying extra ordered Friday still nothing don't order off this guy

Word to the wise if your in uk do not bother ordering from the EU it's take longer for package to arrive than when you buy from America not the vendors fault I no but I won't be bothering again it's joke grrrr

Fcking delivery's never come

Waiting for a package nearly 2 weeks has been sent twice any one this is happening to

3.5 years after being on this brilliant site and after 15 successful orders my latest order has disappeared without trace..

Ordered, paid for and marked as sent on the 30th September but still no sign of delivery 12 days later.

The vendor has been great, saying leave a while and will sort out a reship, I've ordered from them before without any issue so have no worries about stealth or honesty from them BUT...

...My paranoia is going through the roof! Has it been intercepted and now I'm about to get a visit from the boys in blue? Every day of non delivery the fear and loathing builds..

Has anyone experienced this? Any wise words to set my mind at ease?

I recently had to cancel an order as the vendor I ordered from ran out of stock . Seller was fine with it . Received a message from return Borg asking for details for refund . So I went into Coinbase . Clicked receive btc and sent this address to the return Borg with my order ID . It’s been 24 hours and I haven’t received a reply yet . I have also message transaxe explaining my situation and haven’t had a reply. Please help as I don’t know what to do next . Or should I just be patient ?

Cant get better than this, took a punt on a new vendor and im really glad i did as this MAC-1 is to die for... the smell is mouth watering and the bud itself is cured to perfection, the amount of stickyness is spot on and the texture of the bud on the fingertips when rolling up lets you know your in for a treat. The vendors communication is alive and kicking with quick replies to any questions. Will be back very soon to try other items from your menu. Wish you all the best on here...

How long is fair to give a someone to resolve an issue?

I ordered 7g of supposedly top shelf bud, it arrived 2 days late after paying for NDD , no drama , royal mail are a pain at the minute, benefit of the doubt given.

What I recieved looked nothing like the pictures, I'm pretty sure I was sent the wrong product but I could live with that slight mistake, but the main issue was it had seeds in the buds, which is unacceptable. Paid around $100 for 7g so it wasn't budget weed.

I messaged the vendor 7 days ago to notify them of the issue, and to give them a chance to resolve it. They replied and said they would pass the details onto the main guy and look into this. I messaged them for a follow up but I've had no response. How long should I wait until raising a dispute? Never had an issue on here, I'm surprised as it's a well known vendor and I've spent a decent amount with them over several accounts. Thanks

This site upgrade has taken us a step back in time rather forwards.

First the stock feature for vendors didn't work.
Then the upgrade removed that option.

How are people supposed to sell items when we can't control stock on site??
do you think we have an unlimited amount of items? Or want to keep constantly checking our panel to make sure we haven't over sold? It's ridiculous

The hassle of overselling or having to explain to a customer, then refund ect.

It's a total shambles.

For a site that sells things. This feature should be a priority
