So yesterday was the last day for my dispute to be raised, I waited until the latest delivery time and no parcel arrived, so came here to raise dispute, but the option had disappeared. I assume it disappeared on that day at the same time my order was marked as sent?
I also clicked “extend” on this order page a few days ago, it would be nice if this extended the dispute window as items shipped from US to UK can be rather slow.
Bit confusing really, should have the time stated too as now I will have to raise a late dispute if vendor comms are unacceptable!
My package seems to have made it through customs checks but then it stayed at local delivery depot for a few days until finally being marked as delivered, “collected by Border Force” 🙄 assumed once it was through main ports it was safe for delivery?
