Only just got the update after placing order on Friday buddy. I use you all the time so it's not about the overall service but this order was terrible given it was a custom order with special next say delivery paid for. I appreciate the problems you faced and understand why that delayed my order but I only got that update nearly four days after order placed. I never ever leave these type of posts as I always get updated on any issues...this was done because I literally couldn't get an update at all since order paid for on Friday morning. Glad to know the order will be with me tomorrow now and I will look out for it. My reviews and ratings for you have always been top notch! In future I will not place orders close to weekend and also check in with you before placing custom order to see that it can be sent with the special/premium postage paid for. Quality of products NEVER an issue...it was the lack of comms/update that was an issue.

I'm not that pedantic (",)...completely aware Royal Mail standard services are atrocious so paid for special next day guaranteed...vendor has now explained that oreer wasn't sent due to envelopes but that update was only provided after I shared this post so it's clearly down to poor comms...if I knew when order was coming I wouldn't have left the post would I?
