crazy to see this im having a simular issue with the same seller. Only sent half my order , hes acknowledged he's made a mistake but a week later he has not sent out the remaining order and is just making excuse after excuse as to why he hasn't sent it.

already done this tbh. i just find it mad all he has to do is send the package but 8 days later still hasn't sent the tracking details and just gives lame excuses. first bad experience on lb which is a shame
Same happened to me bro and 1st bad experience in LB in 5 years!! Keep in mind I ordered from a EU country. He sends out the gear, it arrives to the country but the address was wrong (other vendor stuff arrived to that same address without a problem) so the stuff was sent back. As I msg him he says oh that sucks I will reship. Instead of reshipping he just ghosts me for like a month and then when I make a post about how to dispute when the dispute bottom is gone he suddenly pops up and offers half a refund. Fuck me over once never gonna touch your stuff again. Seams like time to time he just shoots out a bad egg, go figure.

never had a problem with Nero... im sure they will sort things bro hang in there, shipping from Spain or any other country is always going to be filled with danger..
Bro, I am not the vendor but 12 days is still okay, just wait a couple more days since Nero is shipping from spain. Spanish orders had me waiting half a month+ sometimes. He is not a scamming you for sure, maybe just hit his DMs for coontact. We are sure he will gladly help you out.
From our experience some people tend to dispute late without reaching out, if the vendor is not informed abt issues he cant do anything to fix them regardless.
