On your order page, you will see a dispute tab. Click on this to begin the dispute process. This opens a new 16 day time window for the vendor to offer you a resolution to your satisfaction. If they do so you can click to cancel the dispute, but if not auto resolution Borg will apply a refund once the time window has expired.

Do not cancel the dispute on a promise as it cannot be reopened. Always wait until you’ve actually received the promised goods or refund.
