I’ve been waiting for just over a week for an order. Vendor’s been cool and assured me, noting a few of his NDDs have been taking up to 4 days recently.
I’m happy to wait, but was hoping for further reassurance from other Biggas. So, have you had a first-class untracked order drop after more than seven days? What’s the longest you’ve waited for an order to drop?

We had a 1st class package take 4 weeks and 6 days to arrive to one of our customers and I think there was 2 a fortnight ago that took 22 days. It really varies at time to be honest. Hit and miss!
Didn’t drop today either. It’s tough to know what to do as I believe the vendor sent it. How long should I wait until it’s reasonable to request a partial reship?
It all depends on your vendors wait policy. We have 10 days in place at the moment but each vendor is different. It varies really, depends on if yours or their area have had issues post out mate.
This time of year the xmas posties get laid off so waiting times increase as the permanent posties adjust, nothing to worry about, i did the xmas contract a few years ago and got laid off on the 7th of feb, I'm waiting a few days aswell.....
I ordered from the same vendor only a week before placing this order and it arrived in a day. All other post seems to have been on time, too. Tax reminder from the DVLA arrived only yesterday, for example.
I recently had 2 orders posted at exactly the same time (verified by my fav trusted vendor) but arrived exactly a week apart, the 1st arrival came ND. There is no logic to it. Also you don't know where your vendor is based, if he is in north scotland and you are in devon and with all the snow and short staff 7 days would seem quick. There is also the possibility of orders being wrongfully redirected by rm or even unseen at the bottom of cages etc, we have all had things arrive after a month on more but i can honestly say that i have never had a package not turn up in the end in my whole life, i hope it turns up soon mate, how about we all get together and start sewing rm for forced tolerance breaks :)

Same for me. Same vendor took under 24 hours last week. Still waiting at almost a week for this order.

I’ve placed around 20 orders on LB. never had a problem until recently - an order I placed on the 31st Jan still hasn’t dropped. The vendors been reasonable. They’ve communicated but will only offer a 50% refund or reship. I’m a little frustrated but guess this is fair. What do you all think?
In a “did they or didn’t they” dispute with a proven vendor, Escrow are unlikely to offer more than 50% by way of resolution. 100% refunds happen when the vendor has fekked off or provide zero comms.

I don’t know if they could provide proof as it as sent first class with no tracking. I think that’s what really annoys me - it’s only my second order with this vendor and, for all I know, they might not have sent it. Then again, they may have sent it and RM have lost it. There’s no way of knowing.
I know what you mean. I had 2 RM’s not arrive from well trusted vendors when I’ve never lost any other post in my life! Could my small orders have slipped through their systems? I guess so. I now only order tracked or NDD and if they don’t offer that service I go elsewhere. It costs of course, but I can’t be doing with the stress! ;)

I’ve learnt my lesson. Odd thing is I ordered on a Sunday and the status was changed to sent in less than five minutes. The vendor could easily have changed the status and then forgot to send.
Agreed. I’ve seen NDD sent times at 05:10 and can’t help wondering how that works?...their PO must work different hours to mine!

You can accept a part reship and still dispute. Let Transaxe know about the reship of course, and let them decide.
Seems a little unfair on the vendor. I’m genuinely gutted my orders not arrived. Primarily because deciding what to do next is such a conundrum.

Transaxe state (words to the effect) that they will only improve on sellers T&C's if they can see a pattern of problems that you can't.

Placed my first order with this vendor this morning. No update on order since and Iβm guessing this is because the vendor doesnβt dispatch on Fridays. This is fine, but Iβve not been able to find the relevant info re dispatch times, etc. on their page. Could anyone else thatβs used them let me know when they dispatch etc.? Thanks in advance

Hi mate. Little Biggy have done some updates and some sellers are finding it hard to find there way around the site. I have made a few orders with DIUK and have always been happy with product and service. I suggest send them a message and be patient dude as I'm sure they are very busy also.

So, I placed an order on Monday. On Tuesday, one of the vendor’s employees let users know the vendor was in hospital by logging into the vendor’s account and adding a post to their wall. Since this, there’s been no communication and my order is still showing as ‘paid’. I’ve messaged the vendor and escrow but am not getting a response from either. Any thoughts on what to do?
Other than waiting for escrow to respond there isn’t much else you can do. Give them a few days then chase again and make it clear you want to cancel the order because there is no way of knowing when (or if) it will be fulfilled...

So, I placed an order on Monday at approx 5pm. Thought it would have been dispatched yesterday but it’s still in paid. I trust the vendor and a message on their board notes they’re unwell atm. Ethically, I think I should wait. Would I being taking the piss if I requested a refund at this stage?

Well your money is with Escrow and if there is no indication of whether the order can or will be fulfilled in the near future then a polite request for a refund to place an order elsewhere doesn’t seem unreasonable to me. You can order again from this vendor when they are fit so there’s no need for anyone to fall out ;)

Ive been off tobacco for years, thought I could never give up rolling (I loved it!) I bought a glass pipe (& the easy way to stop smoking book) and really enjoyed the 'cleaner' high from pure weed and never looked back. Since then I have tried a variety of ways (have you tried the making a pipe from fruit, apple, pear etc and put in freezer ?;) ) Ive been using the PAX 3 Vape for years now for weed and wax and love it. Its not cheap to buy but effective, stealthy and quick to heat up. Thats my 2 cents, all Ill say is get off the tobacco, its nasty and the only reason its does anything for you is because of the withdrawls caused by smoking it. Break The Cycle and smoke the weed pure :)

If you ordered around the 31st and are still waiting for your order, I’m in the same boat. I’m filing a dispute. Here’s why:
On the date above, my order cost me 0.0022 BTC. Today, this is worth £76. On the date that I ordered, it was worth £49.29. Hans offered me a 50% refund after my order didn’t arrive. Yet he’s returned just 0.0007 BTC worth roughly £25. This, of course, is closer to a 33% refund. I paid in BTC and half of what I paid (0.0011 BTC) should be returned to me. As it stands, Hans has kept 0.0015 BTC worth approx £51, more than the value of the original order. As a result, the only person losing out is me. 0.0011 BTC is currently worth £38 meaning we could both only suffer a loss of around £10. This would be fair. The current situation is anything but.
If anyone else is in the same situation, file a dispute. It’s what I’m doing as I personally don’t think Hans sent me a thing. The more of us that file, the more likely it is that we’ll get what we’re owed.

Hi all, I’ve been using LB for close to a year now. Am not a huge smoker so only have a total of 20 orders. Of these, 19 have arrived promptly. Recently, though, I’ve experienced my first issue.
I placed an order on Sunday last week and it still hasn’t dropped. I think it’s be fair to give the vendor til this time next week before requesting they re-ship. Do you think this would be reasonable? It would mean the order had been missing for more than two weeks.

I ordered on Sunday and was waiting at my front door with baited breath. Nothing. Not the vendor’s fault and certainly understandable at the moment. I even have a good stash. I was just looking forward to trying a new strain and I’m really, really impatient.

Snow will affect parts of UK. Should your vendors post pass through a sorting office in any of those regions, it could have impact i reckon. Also if region is hit by covid. I have had NDD take 4-5 days around Xmas. Having said that a recent vendor I use seems to take just one day NDD. My guess is that vendor is closer to me and their post doesnt pass through affected areas, at least at the moment. Its a gamble for sure anyway, but this weather + covid + RM dont help.
It’s lame but I’ve had delays before, I’ve never not received an order (touches wood). Confident it’ll arrive, just being impatient haha.

Hi all,
Still early days atm but vendor sent package 1st class on Friday. Royal Mail claim to deliver first class next working day (including Saturdays) but no sign of it yet (Monday). I’m probably worrying about nothing but am relatively new here. Anyone else finding RM taking longer to deliver right now (end of June)?

No need to worry man, i think royal mail is still a wee bit all over the place. Some people waiting a week + for mail, im sure it will show just give it a wee bit extra time right now.
You're well over the worst mate. Waited a lot longer for 1st class in covid and also no shows. Same scenario for me as you're in and didn't come today, seems to be improving I'd say tomorrow

No sign today. Postman’s been and gone. Vendor has great reviews so it’s cool and I’m not an every day smoker anymore (a four and one-year-old take care of that) so am happy to wait. More concerned about losing cash (because of interception) but that’s the risk I took.

I get an error every time I try to access the orders page. Iβm using an iPhone with Safari
I ordered at midday yesterday and the vendorβs profile says 3pm cut off. Nothingβs been sent, however, and I havenβt received any comms from the vendor. Iβve sent a message querying this but Iβve not yet received a response π€·ββοΈ
My personal experience is not positive. I found GC to be disorganised and childish in communications. I can only speak for myself, but I was polite and patient, and GC was a time waster. His comms are terrible.
Comms arenβt great but products are amazing and heβs a one man band to be fair to him. Although Iβm still waiting for a response
I ordered on Sunday knowing dispatch would be Monday so delivery via 24 hour tracked means delivery Tuesday but posted after 15:00 means ann extra day even still with that, yet Iβm still waiting! The post is extremely miss leading and false! I have tried to contact the seller for tracking twice now and zero reply! I wonβt be riding from them again, I can see transaxe having to get involved soon!

Royal snail 24 tracked is a scam by RM. I really don't know why vendors use it. It is bad for business. But you might get it on a Sunday! As I did.

Itβs clearly advertised as 24 hour Royal Mail tracking! False advertisement! Is not good service, zero communication every says scam with this seller! Green Cat is not a scam, it's ok to not be happy at waiting but why do people always have to go too far? You've been here long enough to know better than that mate. No I can 100% appreciate your point bud! As youβve said Iβve been here a while and in that time this is the first time Iβm waiting and waiting. Even during the big postal strikes next day was next day! If itβs sent first class sign for itβs not tracked it only gives proof of delivery. Itβs not a tracking service!

Mate he DOES send out 24hr tracked you will see the big sticker for it on the front of your pack when it lands. That doesn't mean he's offering next day delivery tho, it clearly says 1-3 days but it IS sent by 24hr tracked you will see mate. Maybe there has been an issue sending it or maybe its stuck at a depot obviously I wouldn't know about that and I get thats why you need some comms but they are not scammers mate that was my main thing. Like I say genuinely hope you get it soon :)

Royalmail do not have to deliver 24hrs tracked the next day. They even state on their website it's not guaranteed NDD. I had a 24hrs tracked take 5 working days and it arrived this week. I'm guessing we're already experiencing the delays of the up coming bank holiday

Yes completely understandable to be frustrated regarding 0 coms, I was just making you aware that 24hrs tracked is not guaranteed NDD like you mentioned, and you can't claim compensation on it either, as far as I'm aware.

DONT LET KAOS BUY HE IS A SCAMMER AND A NEGLECTFUL BUYER. We had an incident where he was sent some pretty disgusting Shake, we immediately got into a bit of a problem and we offered him compensation. He chose to have a refund instead of a 3.5 of smoke as that would βonly last him a week anywayβ. After everything was resolved and he told everyone we had sorted things out (on the nasty posts he left) we had told him for letting us sort it out, we would hook him up with a free 3.5g when our new weed lands. A week goes by and we havenβt had anything listed in little biggy. I ordered14g of stardawg with ndd from Daan for the first time last week, paid on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday. Nothing's arrived and I provided info for tracking but they've not sent the tracking number, seems like a few are having this experience?
He advertises weed he hasn't got, then cannot supply it so doesn't answer messages. Eventually it will probably turn up but you are better of ordering else where.

That sucks man, really, but as others have said it was silly to make such a large order with a complete stranger. I wouldn't do that if I knew where they lived, let alone blind with no comeback. If you assume 420 is telling the truth, then you are out of luck, they can't cover it. If you assume 420 is lying, then you are still out of luck. Chalk it up mate, as hard as that is, and never trust a stranger with such a large amount. Go small first with new suppliers. Build the relationship. If a new supplier wants you all in first round then they intend to rob you dude.

I just went on his word and pure trust, a handful of messages later the products were ordered and paid for. Everything seemed sound.
Nothing arrives, I ask uk and he said he was done as well and nothing he could do. Said he didn’t even know him and was just sent stuff like how me and him were doing business at the time. Obviously I didn’t take this lightly, this is when he turned very nasty and showed his true colours, just told me to do one and I was stupid to trust anyway pretty much.
I am the stupid one and was trying to save money buying larger amounts. I was struggling to make ends meet and was solely just making enough to medicate my own cancer and provide some lovely hash at the same time to the community.

So... A deal you did with a third party off of LB was a no go. I don't see exactly how someone giving you a referral makes them responsible for the issue. And don't get me wrong, I'm really sorry you lost out. You dealt off of LB with no Escrow or security. Bad decision. I don't see how it's possible to blame someone for a decision you made in error.

If you require a more legitimate script for your condition try the sapphire clinic, they charge Β£50 pounds initial fee then 2 more Β£50 check up fees and Β£106 per month and they will send a pre agreed amount of medicine to any pharmacy you require. Cheaper and more reliable. Just contact them and self refer. Then they get your details from your doc and youll be scripted within a month for 106 per month or 130 if you choose oil over flower. My tracked order has taken more than a week. I messaged Pistach asking them to track my order and update me and was fobbed off. I sent another message last night - again requesting tracking - and theyβve been on LB since but havenβt replied.

In the same boat here, although 1st class postage, its been over 2 weeks and haven't received my order. Sure it could be royal mail losing the parcel it could also well be a mistake and item was not actually posted, reship was promised last week but no reply if this was sent or not, never had issues before with this vendor...even had 2 other orders in the same period of time from him that I've received with no issue

Well you are doing the exact same thing with me. I ordered on 27th of Feb still no delivery and I have been asking you for the tracking number since 5 days with 2 follow ups. You might have good products but your service is poor.

Just got mine as well. But it clearly was only sent yesterday as opposed to the 29th... Mistakes do happen but a bit more transparency would have been helpful.
Order from 29th landed, marked sent 4th. With it being Christmas and New Year I wouldn't personally complain too much. Glad I had some faith and patience!! Greatly received thank you! Happy New Year to Pistach and everyone else reading!!

Don't get me wrong mate, I'm not trying to have a go or anything. I wish I was more like you to be honest. I have particular issues about being lied to due to past experience. And I've always been that annoying guy that can't see a glass half full or a glass half empty. I see half a glass and I was promised a full one. It's hurts me and burns bridges but nobody would be so full of shit if nobody else put up with it.
The exact same issue and exact same waiting time would have been a solvable problem with transparency and honestly. I could have covered myself while I waited if on day one they said "Sorry we haven't sent them, they won't go out until after new year" for whatever convoluted reason and a nightmare would have become a slight inconvenience.
Trust is now entirely broken for me which is a shame. I haven't tried the orange cookies hash yet but the shake (underweight by 1g) actually smells gorgeous and doesn't taste bad at all. I would have been a returning customer.

Received mine but will dispute for at least a partial refund. Pistach took the time to write a topic that categorically stated that our orders would be sent if RM was operating on that day. That's what I paid for and it didn't get sent for another week. I made it clear that I wanted a refund DAYS before it was sent so they could have sent a refund instead.
If RM screwed up then it couldn't be helped but they didn't send the item when promised and didn't answer any questions in the meantime AND had time to refund before sending it out.
Now I've bought twice and this turns up the following morning.

I cant speak for the quantity of the weed but this guys customer service is just as bad as royal mail, if I spend 100s of pounds on a order and pay for premium delivery I can accept that royal mail can sometimes be the delay but what I won't sit quietly by and let these vendors ignore us customers who make it possible for them to operate

Sorry, I was just pointing out that NDD is still working most places- you're probably just unlucky enough to be near one of the few sorting offices which is being limited by covid. Fingers crossed it turns up.

Avoid avoid avoid he or she is so bad I would rather go without then even try them out again so I payed around $200 for some mid grade on Ndd a week later I actually got something which I think was a thc/cbd mix they had listed the next week as new stock for nearly half the price I paid such a bad service

It's frustrating I know. I've been there. Pistach is solid though, supplies great products at fair prices and gets it right most of the time. Don't be so quick to burn your bridges on here, a little patience and understanding goes a long way. When it arrives you'll be double happy and it will all be water under the bridge. Too many jump to the public posts before allowing decent amount of time to pass because they are chomping for their new smoke. It's not Amazon Prime and we are lucky to have it. Hope it arrives soon. No this simply is not good enough I pay for premium delivery I've had 2nd class orders arrive in the mean time its a joke piss poor service. Its not simply water under the bridge and I really don't get the feeling he's a solid vender I have to send multiple messages and post on his wall before I get a reply I've got plenty to smoke that's not the point I paid premium delivery rates to have something different almost 7 days ago so is he shit or royal mail or just both. to many customers are sheep and to afraid to call out had service for fear of I'm not sure no one said amazon prime but there are multiple other vendors who I feel are much quicker and reliable peace
Frustrating for you yes but perhaps its been intercepted...? Pistach has twice sent me free product for messing up my order (ran out but sent me something else instead - when I mentioned it I was sent a free 8th of my choice) and I've had most deliveries next day on just signed for. You're unfortunately not getting the same experience as me. I ordered 3 days ago, signed for. I live right down in the SW and the postie dropped it in today after lunch. Lovely smoke and I'm very pleased with Pistach's stealth and service. Good luck with it. :)
Interception wouldn't prevent tracking details being sent by the vendor so that we can see this for ourselves. I ordered NDD tracked... so where's my tracking number? There isn't one
People Jump on posts like this because it's an early warning sign of major problems (not saying that's what's going on I think they are just busy plus xmass ect)

Its royal mail usually. Ndd doesn't mean much to them atm. Another vendor sent ndd to me it didn't turn up for 4 days. Package came on 5th day and dates on postage confirmed it was sent out when said. Atm better off just doing 1st class. Same thing.
Pistach is good guy he'll sort you out plus think he takes weekends off,plus he'll probably have tons of messages to go through and yes it is a cunt when the next day don't turn up but this time of year is hectic for parcels

a real NDD guarantees a delivery by 1pm or your money back. so many vendors claim to pay a NDD but just send a cheap Β£3 recorded delivery instead.

He usually answers messages ok,also I've messaged him last Friday and not got reply yet but as said before think he takes weekends off plus he'll have a back log of messages to answer from the weekend plus it's run up to Xmas everything is carnage the now,ps hope your parcel arrived soon
Well he has just messaged me back so hopefully I'll have the peace of mind I was after and my order arrives soon, its just frustrating a situation and I dont like not knowing what's happening I was just after a tracking number I hate to have to resort to posting a message on a vendors wall I never wanted to be that guy complaining
It happens to most of us on biggy at some point with orders taking longer than expected and don't worry it will arrive and if it doesn't pistach will sort you out he's probably the best on here and has been for a good while,used to use a few other massive vendors on here that I now avoid like the plague due to there selective scamming
I did think he was to be my new go to vender from his reviews but I'm very picky/needy with my vendors after a knock I received from pc plod when ordering so now probably just me being to worried/paranoid π¬

Mate, get a fucking grip of yourself. You're behaving like a belligerent child. Bitcoin is a volatile currency and you take this risk every time you buy from here, that's the risk you take ordering something illegal over the clear net. The fact that the price of bitcoin changed between you buying and getting your refund is just tough fucking luck.
It has happened to me in the past. I went through escrow and sorted it there, not spamming the vendors page and arguing with people in the comments. And yes, I did get back less than 50% of the BTC value but I took it on the chin like any normal person would.
Escrow always releases in btc and unless you are a noob or have a limited rep you should do better than 50%.
Give it a rest now! We all know you have lost an order and it happens to us all. Superhans has always been good for me. I have used different vendors and occasionally something goes missing. Shit happens. All my orders from Superhans have arrived just to note.

This isn't Amazon. And in this instance, yes you are wrong. You pay in bitcoin but the currency this site works to is USD. And you got refunded in USD.
im new here and i recentely made my 7th overall (but first purchase) with this vendor, and i couldnt disagree more with your assesment of this site, ive either slightly overpaid or underpaid on 90% of my orders, and not once has it been a problem after communicating with the seller and on top of that ive recieved all of my orders within 48hours of the order being marked as 'sent'....just waiting on my green crack from super hans because the reviews and the description looked awesome!

This is hard to write and is not intended as an excuse. I often ‘lose’ myself in fits of rage. These are particularly severe when I feel I’ve been cheated or have lost out in some way. I then clam down and regret what I’ve said. I admit that I am not well mentally. I haven’t been for some time.
I have relied on underhandedness to address a perceived injustice. This is, ultimately, juvenile. I have made my case on here previously (in topics/posts that I want to, but cannot, delete), so I won’t discuss that here. Instead, I want to apologise to Hans. I was enjoyed, but there’s no proof you’re scamming anyone. I also apologise to the other users that I subjected to cruel and hurtful comments.

If you promise a 50% refund, you should issue a 50% refund. If a vendor doesn’t keep their promises, why should they be trusted?
Because there are ways of going about it.
Whilst I agree with you on the BTC... 10 negging threads will just get you banned whereas 1 message to transaxe could have taken all the stress out of it for both of you.

You know that if the price of BTC had stayed the same there wouldn't be an issue here? But because of how volatile the currency is, refunds are often given in £or $. It is what it is. It can work out better, or worse, depending on what the BTC market is doing.
