To everyone I have not yet replied to please message me directly and I will explain what happened, over 30 parcels have been seized (28th Nov) and we’ve had to relocate completely 😞

I wonder what everyone else makes of Strainsbury's explanation... Not happy with only a 50% refund. Other vendors (like Pistach) offer full refunds when things go wrong. I feel that not only my address has been compromised but I'm also losing money (and time). Curious to hear everyone else's point of view.
It does indeed suck for Strainsburys though if the story's true.

I would imagine more than 5 people would be contributing to this post about their order if it was 30 that were effected. I’m sorry but I do not accept 50%. And I do not accept the reason as anyone could say that.

Agreed. And why would RM open a letter because of a wrong address?? Makes no sense at all unless the package reeked and/or the runner's hot. Or maybe the runner just stole the parcels? I really can't imagine the post office employees trying to arrest someone in their shop, hardly believable.

I’ve had this once before where the runner stole the parcels. A well known vendor on here admitted it and didn’t have to refund as within a week he shipped me the same value order. That vendor is still vending successfully on LB with a variety of delivery options GT 👍

Yep I remember really well. GT proved on that occasion that they could reign on the LB scene (I may give their courier service a try - Strainsburys left me dry!!_).
If Strainsburys really want to become one of the top vendors, they need to up their game.

It was my first order with them, so it doesn’t encourage me to come back. Feel when you pay for special delivery you shouldn’t be penalised and I didn’t notice a policy on their page either. Might have missed it though.

To be honest I’m gutted this seller is not selling at the minute as the postage is spot on , unfortunately this is the risk we run from getting our medication this way , bit harsh but if you can’t afford to loose the money people need to seek out a local street medical supplier, I’ve been waiting over a week for a package from another vendor and I’ve just wiped my mouth a moved on if it arrives then bonus I only ordered off someone else cos strainsburys have had to close to a while not sure why ever one is blaming these guys there new and trying there best to get a good reputation but unfortunately sometimes huddles get in the way of this business that makes us look silly ,,,,, personally I will keep ordering from strainsburys and can’t wait for them to be up and running again , in no way is this a personal attack on anyone this is simply my opinion, merry Christmas everyone

Hi Bigorre, if you read Pistach’s bio he offers 50% refund or reship if parcels don’t arrive. I offer full refund if I make a mistake however the packages were all taken by Royal Mail as I’ve explained in the message. This is one of those things that we can’t control we have to remember we’re dealing with illegal drugs and it’s really upsetting but I did everything correctly from my side so I don’t think it’s fair that I have to take a 200% loss (both the goods and the full refund) for 30 parcels. It’s a very common resolution for nearly all vendors, when parcels don’t arrive due to seizures, almost everyone offers 50% refund or reship. I know its something that we’re both not happy with but you can see from the tracking that the parcel was handed to post office on time but it’s just one of those unlucky things :( I’ve had almost 700 successful orders with hundreds of happy customers I would never wish this on anyone bro

Guys you can put whatever you like in your T&C’s but the only rules that count and are binding are LB’s

You can’t take a 200% loss. How do you work that out?…if Biggas are refunded then your loss is the value of the product. If you reship and keep the payment your loss is the value of the original product plus new postage.

Either way this one is on you. Biggas should dispute asap….

Mate come on it clearly is not 30 parcels. We have 4/5 people complaining. And if you have 700 successful order you would have made a fortune on that. So 💯 refunds should not be a problem at all.

How did the post office know that the address was incorrect? The label had already been created online. If there was an address issue it would not have been noticed until delivery was attempted. Not at post office level. They just chuck it in a bag to be collected?? Correct me if I am wrong. I am just going from what I have seen with my own eyes at the post office when sending a parcel. It gets launched into a big white postal sack. Either that or I'm having some weird Mandela affect

It only takes one tosser at the post office to get suspicious and report it if someone walks in with 30 packets. If it went to the returns centre that would confirm it

police in this country don't have enough resources to investigate actual crimes. its very unlikely police will show up at your door for a packet of weed, and in the unlucky event they do, they cant prove anything anyway. anyone can send something to your address without your knowledge. most people don't get the knock on the door.

The only thing is. It's illegal to do that. It has to be a customs officer that opens mail. Especially if its just because of a wrong address

This means that once the envelopes are sealed, neither Royal Mail or the intermediary companies delivering the mail to Royal Mail for final delivery are permitted to open them and assess the content. If a royal mail (special delivery) parcel is posted on Sunday, will it arrive on Monday or Tuesday?

I only ever had 2 issues with Pistach. First time, he simply hadn't sent the order (before Xmas) and waited until after New Year to send it. He ended up messing a few people but he did ship everythign eventually and I got a free 3.5.

Second time, the item (1st class) didn't arrive. Pistach resent 100% of the order, no questions asked. The initial order ended up turning up a few days later and Pistach were real cool about it.

I order NDD to protect myself. Your operations are not really my problem, as you say, it's an illegal business. But I did my part, paid for the safe option.

I also imagine that clients sometimes make mistakes with their addresses so if RM really opened those incorrectly labelled parcels, you'd be constantly in the same situation.

I was offered my order plus some for free initially about a week or so ago so would have had a bit more bud because of the trouble. This has been retracted to a 50% refund. The same Message must have been sent to everyone. In that case I would expect a 125% refund. Can’t make an offer like that then retract it.

I hadn't been offered anything. Only comms I had was the last message about the 30 seized parcels. Also surprised there aren't more people complaining apart from us 4-5 fuckers...

Most of the vendors on here walk in with 20 to 50 parcels daily if they do NDD, for first class stamps or any online paid for postage you dont need to walk in... so i think i speak on behalf of strainsburys and many other vendors, WE DO WALK IN WITH 20-50 PARCELS OF WEED.🤣

Same here. Nothing offered apart from the message today 50% refund. Like judge Judy says... if it does not make sense it's not the full truth. I am using a new vendor now. Parcel came next day not with RM. Good shake and price. I am waiting for RealD to come back. Strainsburys has lost my trust. I am still keeping my dispute and I am not accepting the 50% offer. Gutted as I thought I had found a new vendor. Weed was really good.

I ordered on the 25th, had the tracking update say it's accepted at the post office, but then it didn't move and I had no further tracking updates until the 7th. Sit tight people, all the best.
A friend of mine ordered after me and received their order from strainsburys in a few days, despite living much further away. Just the way it is at royal mail right now.

Yes the pre purchased special delivery has been accepted. Your parcel is not anywhere near Royal Mail if it still state”sender preparing item” honestly all you need to do is look it up as I did. And it’s in rm faq also. These are not at any post office if it states “sender preparing item” the shop is shut over what 4 missed deliveries? I don’t think so.

That's exactly what mine said. I called and she told me it was a hazardous or prohibited substance and for me to contact the sender.

Your dispute will be resolved by auto settlement borg 16 days from it being raised. You don’t need to do anything else but if it turns up or you agree a reship or other resolution then you can cancel it.

Just made a dispute as well, no point waiting any longer, especially with all the strikes due to take place next week. Shame because my first 2 orders with Strainsburys were excellent and I thought I'd found my new to go vendor :(

I made an off site order with him (yes i understand the risks) after the 27th for 350£ and received it the next day so don’t understand why he’d scam for on-site and not off site with no consequences. like my 5th order with him with no issues

I would have been prepared to wait and not dispute as well but the lack of comms is worrying...
But I really can't understand why woulda vendor work so hard on their ratings to fuck it up over 4 orders. Surely it's not worth it, must be more to the story... I'll give it until Monday and will dispute if no updates.

I am so sorry to hear that. I was also tempted to use that route for my next order. But after this issue here I am not going to use them anymore. I was on their side at the beginning but now what they are saying makes no sense so my faith has also been lost.

Pre paid special deliveries online is how. Then they get collected. Nobodies taking 30 items to a post office. It simply isn’t true

You’re obviously new to this. If you think we pay online using our own bank details so it can be tracked directly back to us you must be dreaming. Track any order you’ve made using LB and you’ll see that the first stage is “dropped at post office”. I don’t know why you’re making things up when the proof is in front of you.

We always pay with cash when doing special delivery. So no trace is left behind

3.3 UK Postal Packets. If Royal Mail staff identify a postal packet that is suspected of containing prohibited drugs and the packet has not come from abroad and is not destined to go out of the United Kingdom the Police and the Security Helpdesk (020 7239 6655) or out of hours, Central Postal Control on 0345 266 1060 should be contacted.

3.4 The Police Officer attending Royal Mail premises should be shown the suspect postal packet. Without opening it, the Police Officer should confirm whether the postal packet contains prohibited drugs. If there is a positive identification by the Police Officer or by a Police sniffer dog that prohibited drugs are present the Police should be informed that a controlled delivery can be facilitated by Royal Mail Security. Alternatively, they can remove the postal packet unopened after completing the receipt embedded below. (GS231 Receipt for Postal Item)

3.5 Where this is dealt with by CPC the actions taken will be entered on the CPC Log as a RM Security incident and reported to the Security Helpdesk.

3.6 If the Police Officer is unable to identify the contents of the unopened postal packet then Royal Mail Security can still arrange a controlled delivery.

3.7 A controlled delivery is one where either the Police deliver the postal packet as an agent of Royal Mail or the delivery is undertaken by a Royal Mail employee at a time known to the Police. Postal packets must not be delayed in order to facilitate a controlled delivery.

3.8 Should it be decided that a controlled delivery is the preferred course of action the Security Helpdesk should be contacted on 0207 239 6655 who may make further arrangements with the relevant Investigation Team Manager.

3.9 If the Police contact Royal Mail alleging that a specific postal packet is suspected of containing prohibited drugs then arrangements should be made for the Police to attend the relevant location and identify the postal packet. When the postal packet has been identified the process in 3.4 and 3.5 should be followed.

3.10 A postal packet which is suspected of containing prohibited drugs should not be opened at any time by a Royal Mail employee. Once a postal packet has been identified by an expert as containing prohibited drugs then the Police or Customs should be allowed to deal with the packet as they think fit. A Police Officer, Customs Officer or sniffer dog will be regarded as an expert for the purposes of the identification of prohibited drugs.

One vendor messed me about but Polly puff advised me to dispute before time ran out and I did it felt good getting my money back. Things have been happening with royal mail but usually the good vendors get those items to you wether 1 day 2 day 4 day 6 day . Some 11 day . But seems as this time it's not gone all your ways . Gt . Also spare staff dont have clue what they doing at leeds yorkshire lot of spare staff havin to take over so much parcels piled up coz spare staff dont know what they doing so they just dumping them in piles like a bunch of wild apes raiding through banana peels . I feel my parcel is in there from my vendor.

I would highly suggest calling the track and trace to ask where it is. Does it say on the tracking website that it has been sent to a po box. I'm in London so may be totally different reasons.

Nope, just says it’s with the sender’s post office. Item was definitely posted but hasn’t move since last Monday… not home at the moment, hoping it magically appears as i’m as dry as a German’s joke.

My order actually arrived today 22/12 - the one posted 28/11! Cheers RM. Would be good to see strainsburys improve the communications during a problem. Hopefully majority of people find their orders haven’t been seized either. If my replacement also arrives, I’ll happily pay for it.

Nothing to do with RM strikes. All parcels have supposedly been seized by RM. Why? No idea! The reason given is that one of the parcels had an incorrect address that led RM to open the mail. I call bullshit! Surely, they would have attempted delivery before trying to open this one parcel? Which means the other items should have been delivered.
Also, RM T&Cs for prohibited items state that police need to be involved, can't see how RM would have been able to open this parcel on the day it was posted, and at the same time seize all the other 29 parcels.
Doesn't sound right, and if it doesn't sound right, then there's more to it.

I can't think of a good reason why a seller would want to claim responsibility for 30 of their orders being seized. Not exactly good for business. They had a 9.9/10 rating before; in recent days its 9.7/10. I also can't think of a benefit to pulling sales over a busy holiday unless the seller needed to (probably laying low). If the items went to the return centre there's a good chance someone suspected something at the post office. either the runner came in looking sketchy stinking of weed, or 30 low weight special delivery packets raised on eyebrow with some jobsworth. Going by this thread and tracking discussion, it looks like the packets were held at the post office on some suspicion until they could be collected and processed at the return center. if you don't accept the offer of a 50% from the seller you can raise a dispute and let lb/transaxe handle it. hope you all manage to get high for the holidays

I’ve had to aswell. Shop is shut over what 4 missed deliveries which is not a good sign plus there are zero comms and biggy has been up. Vendor has been online also. What other choice is there really. We shouldn’t need to be doing this and I’m sure there was enough stock to simply resend a half oz to me. But zilch in 9 days. 4/5 special deliveries addressed to 4/5 different people do no just go missing ! People are misinterpreting pre purchased special deliveries and the “sender preparing item” on tracking. The before mentioned status means the sender ain’t sent it to the post office !

“sender preparing item” I had this with a tracked delivery from another vendor a couple of weeks back - I was concerned but it did turn up. It was the Royal Mail tracking website that was at fault. Delivery took around 7-8 days instead of the usual 1-2 days. I hope yours turns up too :)

By disputing you have protected your coin. If it goes ‘unresolved’ i.e does not arrive or the vendor does not contest it then auto settlement borg will refund your coin after 16 days from the dispute date. (If the item had not be marked as sent it would auto refund after 3 days). They will contact you for a wallet address to refund to.
If the vendor has simply buggered off you will get 100%.
Where contested by the vendor the algorithm settles based on ‘reputation’ I.e. your history on LB and the vendors.

If your item like mine still states from 28th November or other “sender preparing item” it means the vendor has pre purchased the special delivery online with the intention of sending. The packages have not made it to Royal Mail yet either by a drop off or collection.It says this if you look it up. That’s why date stamps on the tracking are earlier for the purchase of the delivery…16:10 then some time after 16:45 “sender is preparing item” This batch of packages have not been sent by the vendor. Special deliveries do not go missing ever. Especially multiple items for multiple people. They simply were not sent out as the special delivery purchased remains unused as the “sender is preparing item” still to be either collected or dropped off TO Royal Mail to deliver. Maybe some went walkies before this stage or something. All we need is an update really. This also must be stressful for the vendor if he isn’t at fault. The shop is now even shut as a result of this.An update sorts everything out and lb seems back up and running so comms should follow right ? 👍

There needs to be much much less guilt around disputing here. We’ve been left in a bad situation through absolutely no doing of our own. The vendors who serve their customers with replies and respect deserve the credit here. these situations that are frankly ridiculous and out of order rightly need to be highlighted. We all have troubles in our lives…. Do you just disappear ? All it needed was an update. And people should rightly assume they have been stitched up if the vendor is online and giving people no update on the orders which they have lost 100’s of pounds on.

The seller has done his bit. If it gets lost or intercepted then you need to suck it up. The nature of the game unfortunately.

I disagree, we pay a premium on each order on here for that protection. If you as a customer takes the hit on a tracked order that you can prove has not arrived, what's the purpose of paying the premium fee?

Dispute it, you can close the dispute once it arrives 👍

The beauty of LB, and why its so successful, is that you don’t have to “suck it up”…

I just felt I should mention something as I'm having difficulties from that postal date as well, missing deliveries (not all just a few) and hoped to offer a little morale support.

I use post box when I dispatch orders so I'm afraid I can't offer anything else in regards to post office protocol and how they deal with issues.

I’m not sure what’s happening I’ve got numerous messages with the same issue, it’s very weird because half of the people have received their orders while the other half have tracking numbers which say the same thing 😭 please contact Royal Mail ASAP and I’ll be doing the same to find out what’s happening, as soon as we come up with an answer to this mess we will take steps from there ! Apologies in advance and fuck you Royal Mail 😡😩

Could it be a stealth issue? I wasn't too impressed with the very minimal stealth offered by Strainburys, but this was when they first started so I have no idea if that's improved. Yes, they used a decoy item which was inovative, but 1 vacuum sealed bag with a dodgy seal wasn't good. Feedback was given at the time to highlight the issues, but I've not ordered since. I hope this isn't the case 🤞

I've only placed the one order with strainsburys the other week and the packaging was top notch total stealth.(nice gear too!).

Did you get any news from RM? I can't really place another order so forced to wait. What's your policy in those situations? Do you reship after x days? I don't want to get affected by the next round of strikes starting Friday...
