The first order showed up in 7 days, this one took 12 calendar days. If you are in the EU, like myself, you may get charged VAT. That's where my orders got hung up. I'm still impressed.

No ploy here sir. All orders are genuine customers, we don’t use any alts. I’ll admit the all caps is a bit of an autistic thing, but I don’t see how it would sway someone to buy or not, does it really look that crazy? 😜 I can remove the all caps if you wish, it’s no bother.

Any packages that don’t make it are fully refundable, this is a guarantee by us. Even if a package is in lingo for longer than 16 days and the customer has taken a leap of faith in us by not disputing, we will still honour the refund manually if the package ends up really not making it to its destination. Refunds are also interchangeable with free ships. Should a customer choose to opt for a reship instead, and the reship also doesn’t make it to its destination, we will still give a 100% refund but no longer wish to offer our services to that customer / address.

26/8/25 2nd act commencing. tracker provided, shows as delivered this morning after 8 days. Only prblem is RM tracker shows a photo of a front door thats not mine, in a district far from me. Unless its a genuine mistake and I was given the incorrect tracker, maybe for another bigga, I think this is referred to as "Modified Postage label Scam" and is pretty big on ebay atm. But waiting for the vendor to come back to me with why my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in another city, or why I have been given the incorrect tracker, either way currently *****BUYER BEWARE*****

Always communicate about an order from your order page. This will ensure that the title of the message is always the order# and prevent any confusion. It also maintains the messaging thread on the subject…

The LB Algo figures that if a uk-uk order hasn’t arrived in 9 days it’s probably not going to and invites you to log a dispute- you just click on the tab that will appear on your order page. This protects your coin, because it will not be released to the vendor during the dispute period. Never be persuaded to delay opening a dispute.

However, most disputes are resolved between parties so there is then a 16 day period for you to try and agree a solution with the vendor. If it happens you can click ‘resolve’ to end the dispute, but never do this on a promise- it cannot be reopened.

If you can’t agree or simply get poor or no comms, after 16 days auto settlement Borg will apply a refund. This may not be 100%, ultimately it’s decided on reputation ie purchase history etc (this is to prevent new alt accounts being opened just to scam vendors).

A process that largely protects your coin and offers dispute resolution is what makes LB great!👍
