Have you messaged Transaxe Support to explain the situation, provide the order number and details, and ask for them to sort it out if you don't receive anything?

Give the vendor a chance to get the items to me and then I will. Luckily its only a £30 order

Have you ever had to dispute before under your signed in account? I had to put in my first today and I'm not happy to do it, but it's over £125.

No disputes, apparently they've sold out of product so the vendor has cancelled it. I'm in talks with transaxe at moment to see if I can get a refund.

Where do you find the order number if you wasn't registered?

When I first started ordering a couple of years ago I didn’t use a log in, no problems. I have since then ordered without signing in,but you can had the order onto your account, and then chat with seller if you have any issues

I've tried messaging seller but they just not replying. I'm not 100% what I'm doing to add the order to my orders. Looks like I'm taking the hit, was only £30odd quid order so not too terrible

How long ago did you order? Chances are if your payment went through and you gave the correct address you should still get your goods regardless of whether you were logged in or not.

It's not great that the seller is not communicating, good comms would have already solved this. If things don't pan out please do name and shame, it's the only way others won't get stung. Good luck, hope you get what you paid for.

Was on the weekend buddy. I've messaged at least 5 times and been ignored by them. I messaged them with order number almost straight away so they knew it wasn't a piss taker, been using this site for 2 years with 100+ buys and first time I've done this. I can't see them sending item if they can't even be arsed to reply to me. If nothing by end of.week I'll post on their page

Don't give up hope mate. Chances are it was only sent out yesterday, I've seen a few of these topics and they normally end with the package landing so I hope it's the same for you. If not, follow MightyRux's advice and get Transaxe involved.

How do you see order id number if you wasn't registered while you made a order? Order got cancelled from the Game Changer & now I can't find the order number id

I've messaged the seller about 5 times but no reply, don't look like I'm getting what I paid for and I don't think I can do anything about it to be honest. If nothing comes or no communication I will name and shame the vendor but doubt they care really

Seller replied that the item has run out so the order has been cancelled. Really don't know what to do now. Just glad it was only a 30 quid order

A cancelled order will see your coin returned to you, although you may be asked for a wallet address. That should have happened by now if seller is being genuine.

Contact transaxe via chat on their page and explain. Include the order #. It’s worth doing- you will get your coin back👍

Thanks for the help buddy, I've messaged transaxe. It's a lot of aggro for 30 quid though. Live and learn and only order when signed in, in future me hhinks

There are a lot of people who only ever order when logged out, some sort of anonymity thing I don't really understand. It all works fine right up until it doesn't as you've found out.
Hope you get your coin back quick. Vendor was still a knob with the comms, I mean really?!

Always sign in normally, just seen something I fancied and bought it without signing in. The seller did get back to me, after 5/6 messages, so at least I know where I stand with them

How were you able to add the order after placing? I did the same thing and feel like I’ve made it difficult for the vendor...

its not a big deal as many orders are made this way. but you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here

in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 2 weeks you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to.
