Had a customer put an order in on sunday night for next day delivery witch would ov got sent out on the Monday morning but as it’s bank holiday Monday the is no post so next earlier date is Tuesday witch it got sent out on then got a message saying it hasn’t come so checked the tracking and said that tried to deliver but customer wasn’t in then I contacted them to say u need to pick it up from your local depo or arrange a re delivery witch that must off done and received it today but says that got ripped of an there out of pocket we have never ripped any on off and never would never saying a few mistakes haven’t been made an if thay have I have always fixed it by putting extra in on there next order just didn’t think there was a need to give a 1/10 review when the customer was in the wrong not the vendor it’s so easy for the vendor to get the shit end of the stick on here
