Hey guys so I bought some vapes from lb few days back and 3 out of 4 were damaged.. so I couldn’t enjoy my smoke and my money is stuck too .. so is there any good vendor who ships good vapes to India ? Thanks ..

Well I ordered from a vendor called uk dispensary and 3 out of 4 vapes were leaking and didn’t lasted a day .. so a little worried if this happens this time too .. I put the order on dispute .. and the seller saying I have to pay 18 pounds for a reship .. totally not good

One more thing .. do I get a refund from dispute since seller is refusing to reship without the reship charges .. since my 3 out of 4 vapes were damaged and leaking ..

Waiting for Refund Borg to process my refund of an order I cancelled. And it’s taken nearly 5 days to get a response saying they cant find my order online. Hoping its just a typo error in the order no. but has anyone else had issues getting refunds from an order they have cancelled. And how long does it usually take?

Not normally a problem. Try and find your order page in your browser history and send refund Borg a screenshot 👍

An active token is used for you to receive payments under the referrals programme should you have any,
If you've sent your wallet address to Refund Borg I would sit tight for a few more days before chasing them...

Just got a message from Refund borg saying

‘funds haven't cleared on the blockchain, we need to wait until it has.’

I used Atomic wallet and set my network fee way too low.

Does anyone know how I speed up the payment so it clears on the blockchain and I can get my refund??

Look up RBF replace by fee in your wallet’s faq. That’s the only method available to speed up payments, and it often doesn’t speed up anything.

I only use LB on my Iphone and it doesnt give you the option to attach an image. I will use my laptop and see if i can attach an image. Cheers mate
