Not feeling any Niacin flush off them though, but do feel more balanced generally, focussed, easier to handle stressful situations, and an enhanced level of emotions, even when not taking the shrooms. Those Staments Stack microdoses sound interesting. Sell them to me in a pitch? I'm currently microdosing but with under half that dose, and I feel like I need more...

Hi MightyRux. What is your current dose and are you having a tolerance break?

I find 0.25g gives a noticeable uplift in mood and a nice balanced dose. The Niacin enhances the delivery of both the psilocybin and Lions Mane and also aids in NAD production (but thats a whole other topic).

My wife enjoys them but with 0.2g of Lions Mane instead of 0.4g.

We can do custom caps on request minimum order of 3 packs. I'm currently looking at a 0.25G psilocybin & 0.2-0.3g Niacin combo.

0.11g with no additional supplements with what I'm taking currently. Been doing a day on and a day off, generally. Done about half of the 40 capsules so far.

I’ve never micro dosed at that level lowest was 0.15g. I prefer the 4 days on 3 off protocol and find it gives me the best results. The fresher the mushrooms are added to the caps also helps and unfortunately like weed there’s a lot of mass produced shrooms coming from all over the world with no history of how old or how they were grown.

I'd be most interested in a 0.25g shroom, 0.75g Lion's Mane and 0.05-0.1g flushing Niacin combination. That seems closest to the midpoints of the Stamets Stack formula?

I tried putting 0.25g shroom, 0.5g Lion's Mane & 0.1g Niacin into the biggest capsule (000) I could get and I struggled to get it all in. Most I could manage was 0.4g of Lion's Mane. I could do you that combo but the Lions Mane will be in a separate capsule. It's tricky at times as some shrooms grind down better that others.

After a bit of research, it seems that it's mining nfts again that's causing the congestion on the blockchain. This did happen a few months ago.

We have too. I've experienced this once before, in the last bull run, when fees were crazy at the 200s sat/byte area. Maybe its the same issue. A couple have bounced back, to be fair they were at 43. Mempool space will show the current fee rates. Last I looked they were in the 100s. I hope this is the case anyway.

Exodus has both normal btc wallet address and Legacy wallet address.. think you just need to swipe right when you at the btc address page to use your Exodus btc Legacy address.

Hang in the Skuda the wall will give u some love, try to understand the algo push yourself to the top as most buyers only go down 5 pages max.
Ledgers are not compatible and exodus ( may be wrong just remember having issues with Exodus sometime ago) requires kyc docs now ask Bulldog or Polly they will help I am sure.

Nice to see some change in the making. Just out of curiosity, why a stablecoin? Would it not be easier to just implement Sol as the payment token? Don't mean to be negative but it's very difficult to create a stablecoin that will continuously maintain it's peg. Is it an algo based stablecoins you guys are developing?

I did see that Circle have just released their EURO stablecoin which afaik is on Solana Chain. Could possibly be an idea to use. Would be like USDT but without having to pay ETH gas fees.

usdt solana has been around for a while, stable and smallest fees around

this is correct, usdc is also a popular usd stablecoin.

the new euro backed stable coin is a good suggestion and we are keeping an eye on it's progress.

They will use an existing stablecoin on Solana.

Privacy is decent and network fees will be minuscule although you will need a tiny amount of SOL in order to transact.

Yup. Its supposedly sacrificing the decentralisation for far higher TPS....but the fact it can be turned on and off doesn't sit right.

Are you actually creating a new coin from scratch? Would it not make sense to at least switch to a currently existing coin that resolves some of bitcoins issues? At least as a temporary solution until your new coin is finished.

It's as simple as this really, there's teenagers setting up websites for their 'NFT Projects' which have all crypto payments implemented including BTC, ETH, ADA, XTZ, SOL etc... If LB really wanted to utilize another chain or layer 2, it would of been sorted a long time ago.

I see a lot of people going on about privacy concerns etc, yet majority are using a CEX to on-ramp/off-ramp so your privacy is already out the window I'm afraid. Even BTC, to people that know what they're doing, come on it really ain't hard to follow the coin on-chain.

We are buying bits of herb at the end of the day, LB is pretty tame with the products on here so I can't imagine feds are gunna be spending resources and money to track down JimmyBois half oz he bought for the weekend. Obviously maybe a bit different for vendors though I appreciate that.

But then again speaking as someone who has very little knowledge on coding, even I can create a SC that receives payments, distributes under certain parameters/conditions, creates information functions etc.. It'd be simple ASF don't get me wrong, but I really don't think this would be hard at all for someone that is clued up on it.

I find it astonishing that they're happy for buyers to go elsewhere. I use another platform now and pay in LTC, £100 costs me about £3 to buy and less than 1p to transfer which is completed in less than 20 minutes. Its a real shame as I love LB but I'm not willing to pay through the nose for the privilege when there are very much comparable market places, that accept 3 or 4 payment methods.

The more payment methods the better in my opinion but i get how hard it is to restructure these things.
Pity the evil overlords wont let you guys just use Fiat payments would be cool if i could just buy using the good old British pound.

Yet there are other clear net sites that do just that- give the option to pay in £££...why are they not bothered I ask myself?

Good to hear lets just hope it is as stable as BTC with price fluctuations would be good for vendors while we are waiting to be paid out to have the facility to switch into stable.

What sort of timeframe are we looking at for a move to using a different coin .. we need it now more than ever .
