She’s quite small for a Main but she makes up for it in sass and attitude. Doesn’t take any shit. Her bro is a big ginger lad called Pumpkin and he is big but has short fur, couldn’t get a pic ‘cos he’s lolling around outside somewhere.
It’s like animal farm in my gaff, got mother in law who visits with her Collie cross and youngest daughter who’s got a Labradoodle.
The cats tolerate the dogs which is nice……

I believe they are strays. As they have been appearing everyday at my cottage for the past 3 years.

So I decided to leave food outside for them on a regular , and brought them a little cat house which they have stayed in most nights.

When the weather turned ice cold I built in a cat flap in the entrance for them, so they can enter the cottage any time.
( best decision iv ever made ❤️)

LILO ( the black one ) is still so nervous with me, she really has trouble getting use to humans , or Maybe just me 😂

Bless lil Lilo, perhaps she was ill treated in the past? Or maybe its just her personality! im Zorro’s fave human but she still can’t deal with me on most days…but then again neither can most humans! 😂
Not sure if it will help you and Lilo, but I bought this spray which is a natural anxiety stress relief spray (well supposedly) it stinks of feet, but can be sprayed on cat beds, carriers, scratch posts etc. meant to be good for all animals and humans. Its called pet remedy.
And I have also used a high strength cat nip, (pets at home) they seem to work in non stressful situations.

Thank you, I mean I mainly only talk to my flowers a few farm animals and now my moggies, who decided they also like my companionship 🙂 ( to a certain extent) , so I really adore animals.

Especially those that have been neglected or hurt. But yea, you could be right about lilo, as she’s showing the same signs of jasper the dog who my mum adopted because the rspca had been receiving news about a neighbors dog who was being ill treated and starved by a bunch of heroin users. When they found jasper he was lying in his own filth, and was ever so skinny.

Now he’ breaking out of his shell a bit more , and ever so lively and happy, fat and fluffy then he was then. ❤️

I can also tell, you have a soft spot for animals, and I appreciate those that do.

Im so sorry to hear about poor little jaspers start in life; thank god he had your mum to rescue him!

I totally understand where ya coming from, my kitties (well one; Kitler) loves attention and being cuddled, you can literally hold her like a baby, blow raspberries on her belly, she loves it 😂 and she doesn't bite or scratch just takes it and wants more! 🐈‍⬛

It can certainly get quite hectic and noisy at times. All of my cats absolutely love to be cuddled and scratched, but I always feel bad stopping since my hands seem to cramp before they are done😅. I am saving up to add a Maine coon to thefamily,y but they are so expensive.🐈‍⬛

Zorro sounds like one of my old cats. She eventually got a bit better as she got older, but unfortunately passed before she could shine.
Yup Maine coons are massive cats! Super friendly and cuddly, I believe the biggest recorded is just over 4 feet.

I’ve never known anything that makes dogs happier than the beach! My dog is quite old now but take her to the beach and she is just a puppy again!😍 (has to sleep for two days to get over it though!😂)

I think spritz, watermelon skittles and blue gelato grown with your hands would be VERY worthwhile 🤤
