We have the right to protect ourselves and our property. In the UK we still have the right to bear arms, but it has been hidden from us using legislation and obfuscation. Yes there is something wrong with their system. I had the same. I could see that the money had reached the seller's wallet but they said they hadn't received an order. Then they cancelled the order. Messaged support and refund borg said that the payment had come through after cancellation! Ridiculous. It was through within an hour to the wallet but site said not paid. It isn't automatic it seems and it looks like someone has to approve something as a real order. Poor. Don't order on a Friday night! Am awaiting a refund but nothing is happening...

Mine took nearly 48 hrs to clear. I messaged my wallets support and they took care of it. Give that a shot if no joy
