What's going on with the NDD?

So pistach used to be excellent, but the last few times I've ordered with NDD its taken at least 3 days to get here. I've got friends that are having the same problem. It seems to get sorted out in the end, but why is NDD even being offered (and for double the price it actually costs). Clearly items aren't being sent when they say anymore. I could understand if RM was striking again, but they haven't recently.

Anyone else getting consistent problems with NDD? A lot of reviews starting to say similar things.

It's still usually the best shake for the price, but I'm not a fan of overpaying for something that's not being provided.

Help with Order Placed Whilst Not Logged In

Can anyone help with an order placed whilst not logged in? I sent BTC to vendor and have a note of the BTC address but they are saying it hasn't been received?
My wallet says it reached them?
Don't know what to do.
This happened before and the order went through without issue I just didn't have a reference.

Update: vendor confirmed my order has been dispatched when I supplied my name, address and time the BTC were sent. Seems when you buy without logging in, the order is received and processed but you don't get an order reference. Hoping it arrives without any issues but I do worry if I needed to dispute it, there is no record on LB of it ever being placed?!
Fingers crossed this is the last time it happens.

I did exactly the same thing the other day but thankfully after emailing the seller he confirmed he received my BTC payment. I still haven't received the goods but it was only a couple of days ago but i'm guessing i have no way of querying it should it not arrive, although i do have the payment confirmation ID so worst case, i'd try and use that.

Thanks for the response. Seems it's pretty common. My wallet shows the money has been received by the vendor but I have no order number to work with.
I assumed the bitcoin address you sent to was unique to each seller? Really hope so. Why can you order when not logged in anyhow? It doesn't make sense.

This is the second time for me, as with you, a quick message to first vendor and order was confirmed and received 3 days later. Comms good with this vendor but the lack of visible proof or an order on LB worries me when you might need to dispute it. Wonder why you can purchase without logging in? Must be a privacy thing?
Hope your order arrives soon, 11 days seems a lot from a UK supplier? I'd be worried ;-)

I must be a lucky charm as whilst on the phone to a friend yesterday, who was moaning about her NDD not showing (she paid $11 extra for it) it dropped through the door. Enjoy yours :-)
