It's 100% your right to dispute the order with the borgs, but I think it's also worth mentioning that it's a vendor's absolute right to refuse to sell to anyone they decide.

I'm genuinely not taking sides here, but sometimes I think people forget this isn't Amazon.

I'd argue you're perhaps over generalising by speaking for the entire consumer base of littlebiggy, and their attitudes towards vendors. I'd also argue that perhaps I have a bit more experience than yourself in dealing with varying customer's expectations on here.

No it's not but i know who this bigga is talking about and they've given very little detail.
None of us biggas are perfect, but none of us are trying to make a living here either.

Not entirely sure why you're having a pop at me buddy, but in my experience, (which is fairly extensive at this stage) I'd say that "sometimes" (as I said in my original post) people forget this isn't Amazon.

I've had countless abusive messages over the years from people who either haven't read my terms and conditions so get angry when their order is cancelled, or complain in a vile way after 24 hours saying their item hasn't arrived, (even though I send First Class only and don't guarantee NDD).

I'd suggest that until you've had to deal with these things personally mate, you don't really see both sides of the coin.

Again though, you're entitled to your opinion. No offence meant from my end.
