9 days after your order being marked as Sent you will see a 'Dispute' tab appear on the order page. Click here to open a dispute and create a new 16 day window for you and the vendor to resolve- the vendor will be informed you have opened a dispute. Most disputes are resolved this way and if so just click 'Resolve' to cancel- but don't do this on a promise as it cannot be reopened.
