Hi, I placed a large order (for me at least) for over Β£200 worth, 100g of shake/popcorn which should have covered me for a couple of months medical canna use. I ordered Friday 28th June, and payment cleared before 12, for a cut off of 2pm according to vendor. Paid for Saturday NDD, at 12 extra.
Waited patiently til 1pm Saturday, checked order, and it's not even been sent. Marked sent at 8pm Saturday night.
It's now Tuesday 2nd, 7.30pm, and still no sign of either a vendor response (despite 3 messages sent) or my shake. What do I do next? I have tried to get their attention by posting 1 star reviews and still nada.
First bad experience on LB and not sure what I can do next. I need my money refunded ASAP so I can replace it, otherwise I'm gonna be left short.
