I was definitely logged in. I did send to a transaxe address I think and they said that the order was completed. I then messaged the seller 3 times and none have been read or replied!

If it's not listed in your order history when you click on the orders tab then the seller indeed received nothing, no order was made with them.
Maybe contact transaxe support if that's the case.

Transaxe gave me the seller's name when I gave them the address I sent the BTC to and advised me to contact the seller. I got no response. When I look at the messages they have not been read never mind answered. What do I do now?

To me it indeed sounds like you weren't logged in, cause this has the exact same outcome.
Perhaps a glitch? Get back to transaxe explaining vendor is ignoring all comms and also that you perhaps weren't logged in.

You’ve had no response from the vendor for 3 weeks at all? Seems an awful long time to wait with no reply and a disappearing order.

Did the order ever go to “sent” status? If an order sits paid for 100hrs and isn’t flagged as sent then it is automatically refunded. I don’t believe this would remove it entirely from your order history but I may well be wrong.

Have you submitted a wallet with Transaxe? If so I would check this wallets history. If not perhaps message transaxe asking if the order was auto refunded etc

Thanks for this info. It was shown as paid but not as sent. I saw that the BTC was received by the vendor. I will contact transaxe again. Is it possible to get a refund if I hadn't logged in?Thanks

I’d only be guessing if I was to tell you anything about being logged in or not brother.

I’d hope if you provided them all the transaction info then they could refund.

Your coin goes to an escrow service when it’s shown as paid, the vendor doesn’t receive it until 16 days later in most cases.

Thanks. I'm on it with transaxe. Not sure I understand totally but if I sent the BTC to the correct address - it got to the vendor - I should be able to message the vendor with my address and Bob's your uncle,no?

Taking people outside of escrow is not the biggy way, it is plainly obvious you use this sites quick results in order to grow your 3rd party platform, where people are not protected by escrow (big no no if you care about the safety of your funds!)

This is the guy who charges same day delivery and doesnt send til four days later. Also the packet smelled more strongly of terp spray than the bud . In fact after an hour outside the packet the bud didnt smell at all . Raised a complaint asked the guy to contact transaxe and he never did . Avoid . And yes he sells outside biggy a personal choice but not for me . If you can get scammed on biggy imagine what these people will do offsite . To clarify I have been here three years plus never had a dispute on my page as this guy is clearly trying to call me out unnecessary.

Just go to transact with the bitcoin address you paid to. Blockhain transactions are all public records and every payment is accounted for.
