i started with a couple little puffs each night before bed for a while, tiny little puffs, no effect really.

i would do it while chilling with some smoke getting stoned, i would take a decent puff from vape and just forget about it, like i had never done so. zero expectations, i was wanting to feel the effects arise in the most natural way, i was wanting to let the vape take over and lead me somewheres, somewhere i had no expectation of, i had no preconceptions, i kinda tricked myself into forgetting i was puffing from the vape as well as toking.
the spirit molecule has many many effects, and its very very personal, it will remember anniversaries and reward you.
its actually best looking at it as a living molecule, one that has a spirit, thats why its best getting to know it slow.

after a while and after 2 vapes i got comfortable with it, i decided to go for a breakthrough as i had only a little left in vape and it was a case of now or never.
its incredibly relaxing, i was chilled as all hells fire when i broke through and was right up for it, both myself and the spirit molecule were friends at that point.
