Hi everyone, with the holidays quickly approaching, you may or may not be aware of how congested the postal system gets at this time of the year.

We suggest that if you want your order quickly, to order SPECIAL DELIVERY.

Please note, as it comes closer and closer to Christmas, even special deliveries take 2-3 days. We hope you do not give us a negative rating for something completely out of our control :)

If you order t24, you will need to wait a minimum of 3 days before asking us for the tracking.

If you order signed for via our distillate listing, you will need to wait 7 days before pming us. We suggest NOT ordering signed for during the holidays, they often go missing around this time because of temp workers, it's harder to steal special delivery parcels.

If you order special delivery and it doesn't arrive in 2 days, then you should pm us to check on the tracking.

We are now running our trial competition on our cart listing. We have added options for 1, 5 or 10 raffle tickets. You can of course order carts without a raffle ticket!

Every 2 weeks there will be a draw, the first will be 18/11/24 and then every 14 days after. If we do not get enough interest we will be stopping. Any entries for this competition, this is the listing you must post your raffle tickets to. If you do not post them here, you will be asked to before claiming your prize.

I didn't know the site take 16% I thought it would be 2-3%

But I'm closing the shop on here I'll either add 16% on all the prices or have a rethink
