I get that the vendors are busy people, but as a loyal customer to one vendor (Pistach) I’m now hugely dissatisfied at how they’ve treated me - I’ve probably spent around £1000 in the past year. I thought we cultivated a great relationship, until now!

After Pistach agreed to resend they asked me for my address -
after I sent it they then decided to respond with “haha take care”.

I’m actually upset, I mean I know it’s silly to be upset, but they were my old faithful - has anyone else experienced a vendor suddenly turning on them? How did it make you feel?

I live in the Highlands in Scotland and I'm as remote as it gets. With DGT if my order is in before one the postie hands it over by 11am the next day. Even with the weather and the strikes, next day every time. Four orders with this guy and my orders are not just on time with excellent stealth, but are always a little bit overweight too. Incredible service. Can't go wrong with DGT

I think during the current times, you have to take any NDD with RM with a pinch of salt. 2 days isn't bad.

It's not the fact it's a day or two wait, it's the fact it wasn't despatched nor was I notified until it was too late. I could have purchased elsewhere but they dragged out replying all day until I had no time to re order from another vendor. Should have stuck with DIUK like usual.

I buy an Oz for myself a month, I don't have enough spare income to throw away $500+ a month on re-ordering because I've been let down, so now I'm out of pocket and product until a refund is made, If that's even possible. I'm not after sympathy, I'm just explaining my personal circumstances so you can try to see why I'm a bit irritated..

Its well worth mentioning to that if I order with Canadian imports at around 11am they post it the same day and Mr Postman comes my way at 9am the next morning :) I've noticed a few other vendors with NDD don't usually post it the same day the order is made.

If youre getting NDD and it comes with tracking why shouldnt the buyer know when the parcel is inbound. We always send tracking with NDD and as it should be. Buyers would be willing to pay for that service but for ease of transaction we feel like its best to provide it for free.. after all, vendors should be making profit anyways.

Funds don’t get released to vendors for 16 days so it’s with escrow. I agree that bad comms is totally frustrating.🤬
The Dispute button appears on your order page after 9 days, so dispute and get your coin returned. Doesn’t help you right now, I get that.
If I was you I would split that monthly order into bi-monthly halves and if you are going to place it regularly with the same one or two vendors request a custom order with a reasonable discount…might work👍🤞

As an example, have you looked at Canadian Imports menu? They include free NDD on all orders and are great people to chat to so I’m sure they would be happy to discuss your needs & desires!

I haven't had the pleasure in dealing with them yet. I've only really used DIUK, The Green Team and PISTACH as my main go to vendors in the past.
